Work completed as described. The installer actually decided after work was part way completed that two of the additional air returns were not needed. Also installed a dual compress and fan motor run capacitor to the larger outside ac unit. Service personnel were polite, knowledgeable and did the work when and as written. Guys worked in over 100 degree temps in the attic. Items and new parts were brought into the house as needed and old taken out. Carpeting was protected with a plastic runner and they even vacuumed up any insulation that had fallen during the re-build. I would definitely recommend Air Solutions! Mike Bartlett did a wonderful job analyzing the problem with our air conditioning and identifying the areas that needed to be corrected.

I thought the install went as well as possible. It did take one day longer to do the work than the salesperson, Josh, had said. That was also extended due to the July 4th holiday. So I had to take off more work to be at home. But within 24 hours, the AC wouldn't stay on. Had a tech come out on Sunday. The new drain line was not properly run ( it went uphill), and had clogged. I also smelled gas in the closet that they removed the furnace. He shut off that line. Nick the service guy said he would place an order for Monday to have it inspected. I asked if I should call to make the appointment. No he promised he would do it. I call the office on Monday about 11 am, sure enough Nick hadn't told anyone about it. I ask to speak to the owner, but Brian the Sales Manager takes the call . I also found out that the job was indeed not completed, and that an electrician had yet to come out, but I paid I thought for a completed and inspected job. When the second guy comes out to inspect the gas valve he puts a new I valve in. In about an hour I have to call them again, saying the smell is still here. I also talk to my Salesperson, Josh, and ask to make sure that the owner is aware of this. But I never received a call from the owner, very disappointed in that he doesn't take customer's concerns at heart. I guess it is about the sales and getting my money. Monday-July 15, I get a rejection notice from the City of Tulsa about several issues, one being that the flue wasn't done properly so that carbon monoxide could be released outside, a huge concern for me. He also smelled a very faint odor of gas in the attic. A couple of other items also have to be taken care of before it can be passed by the City. Now the Sales Manager seems to be tired of me. It got red-tagged a second time, this time the vent which would get really hot was too near a wood beam in the attic. Could potentially be very deadly for a fire. They cam out and sawed a notch in the beam. It worked, and it passed finally. I had read all of the glowing reviews of this company which is one reason I went with them. So I am not quite sure why so many things are happening on this job. I held off writing this review until today. I have faith it will be fixed, but I was so vocal about having all of this work done to friends, and they ask who should I recommend to do it? But I have to say the new ductwork is a dream!

I have friends that have used them that they were more expensive than what they thought that should be, but I personally haven't yet and after the five year maintenance thing is I will have. I would use them for the next five years because of the warranty.

The charge was about the going rate. It was about average. They were prompt. My recollection of it was that when I called, they came right out. They did very well.

This company was not the cheapest air conditioners that we bought but they were the best units?The company stands by their product and has quickly responded whenever we have had issues!

I purchased a big deal for Air Solutions Heating & Cooling Inc. I did not incur any additional charges. I didn't have any problems with it. They were very good. I would use them again in the future. I would refer them to anybody.

Service repair person tried to intimidate me into buying a new unit. When that didn't work, he stormed out of my house. But not before he dropped the 'F bomb' on me.

I had my husband be there, and I don't remember paying anything else. I think there was a temporary fix on something. I'd say they did the job. He didn't say anything negative. Probably I will not use them only because after I talked to him then my husband told me that he had a client that was heat and air, we'll probably use them but not because of anything that they did. If you keep that out of the equation, I'd say yes.

Our house was not cooling down, although our A/C unit was running continuously. We set our thermostat to 72, but it the temperature was hovering around 86 degrees. After calling a few service providers, Air Solutions was able to make it out same day, while others said they could try to fit me in later in the week. After a quick diagnosis and replacement of our capacitor, our A/C was back in business and our house cooled down to 70 degrees in a matter of hours. We could not have been happier with the profesionalism and courtesy of the Air Solutions technician, Nate. We will definitely use Air Solutions as our sole service provider in the future!

We used this company to service a house we inherited located in another state. They arranged everything over the phone and did a good job as far as we know. The service was required as part of a sales contract we had made.

Efficient installation of whole house new heat and air conditioning systems in the midst of a house full of company and graduation party. They offered a better price for two Carrier units than another well-known Tulsa company offered for ONE last winter when one of our old units started acting up. Everything new inside and outside plus new thermostats and alarms for carbon monoxide gas. We would definitely recommend this company. Only one thing would have improved this transaction - their original estimate included several "rebates" which we have not yet received.

I enjoy dealing with Air Solutions Heating & Cooling Inc. They are quick to respond and always on time. During inspection several things were identified as future problems. The Technician went over my options with no pressure. I will definitely use them again.

The service went well with Air Solutions Heating & Cooling. They were just a little late showing up but other than that everything was fine. Their pricing was good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did the original thing and recommended that I talk to their salesperson and he came out and talked to us and we decided to go ahead and replace our system because it was 20 years old. Subsequently, we paid more than the Big Deal. I wasn't following them around but they were evaluating our furnace and air conditioner, making sure that it was working as well as it's good.

Showed up on time, very proffestional and courteous, got to work right always afterward sat down with me and explained everything he had done and any problems he had found. Gave me "no pressure & recommendations.

They assessed the issue I was having with my A/C and basically just told me what was wrong. They really couldn't fix it. The Freon was low. I called the home warranty company I had and they fixed it. It was fine. Since the unit didn't have Freon he couldn't service it. He did say I could call them back to do service on it at a later date.

I assume the work was done, the technicians was courteous and professional, but placed emphasis in encouraging me to replace my unit with a high-end air conditioning system. Nothing negative other than I felt I was being given more of a sales pitch rather than encouraging me to try alternatives first, which I recognize can be risky with the hot weather approaching. My unit is old, but it works well, however, there are some parts that are showing a degree of ware. Would have preferred that the technician focus more on how I might save money rather than spending more. I could be wrong, but the alternatives, I felt, should have been given more emphasis. Otherwise, the technician was professional and timely.

AIR UNIT HAS NEVER WORKED BETTER.UNIT WAS NEW IN THE 90,S AND I GOT A YEARLY CONTRACT AT A GOOD PRICE

I have an ERV which was installed 2 years ago, with no information on maintenance given to me. Although not an actual part of the A/C unit, Nate went ahead and showed me where the filters are so I could maintain it. He also informed me of the state of my units, which are old and have been nursed along for some time. He made suggestions of ways we may be able to get the units to run for a while longer, but also informed me of options for replacement units.
