+ -1 moreGreg arrived and introduced himself. I told him I had turned on the air conditioner, however the compressor outside did not start. He said he knew what the problem sounded like and went outside and checked that out. He showed me the part and indeed it looked all rusted and degrated. he asked if I wanted it replaced. yes I did. after that he did the service inspection everything else looked good. The air conditioner works excellent. He told us of the guarantee and season services Air Solutions provided. We were happy to sign up. I like the protection.
Description of Work: I checked Angieslist for an A/C service to check out my unit for the season start. Air Solutions had very good reviews, and a coupon for the service. The technician, Greg, was very polite. It turned out that my compressor outside was not starting. Greg jumped on it. The capacitor was worn out. He R&R'd the part, and finished checking out the system.

+ -1 moreFurnacee failed about noon, called Air solutions and they had a serviceman out in about 2 hours. Unit was not repairable as it was 22 years old. They quoted a fair price and had the replacement unit in the next morning. The servicemen were very competent and courteous .Sortly after noon the furnace was heating the house. I was very well satisfied.

+ -1 moreThey came out a year ago and the service went well. We used their service and we end up buying a whole new heating and air-conditioning unit from them. They seemed very competent and they explained things well to us and we were pleased with the installation. I have no complaints or whatsoever with them. We thought they did really good. They've done well in the follow-up year. The unit came with a few service for five years and they've been really good calling and setting up appointments and doing that.

Description of Work: We discovered this morning our upstairs and downstairs heating units did not work. They were able to send an employee out within an hour of our call. We needed some parts replaced on both units and they were able to take care of us. He was able to help give us information on some other questions we had regarding our upstairs unit and repair work that will be needed in the future. We will have a new unit put in upstairs and a heater downstairs in the spring as well as another air return installed upstairs to improve circulation. We will definitely be calling them to do it when we are ready.

+ -1 moreShowed up on time, check over the outside compressor unit, including cleaning the coils and charging system with 1/2 lb of freon. Proceeded to come inside, check the thermostat and vent flow as well as change the air filters in the return unit. Seems like a great company that won't over charge you or try to sell you something that you don't need. Very low pressure service men who present the facts, the options and let you decide what is best for your current situation.

+ -1 moreProvider showed up on time. We had a blockage in the drain line on one of the blowers and the technician cut the line, cleaned the drain, and reconnected. All of this took maybe 15 minutes. They also did a complete clean on the outside units, changed filters, and checked a problem with the blower motor on one unit. I was happy enough with the service that I signed up for their monthly program and am still happy with their service!

+ -1 moreThe service was fantastic. Our air conditioner was no longer able to keep up with cooling our home. We had to call Air Solutions on the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. Despite the holiday weekend, they were able to send a technician to our home within a few hours. All of the staff who assisted us, from the initial phone call to the technician, were all very courteous, friendly and professional. We were very thankful to have a company like Air Solutions available to help . We will definitely continue to call upon them in the future.
Description of Work: Installed a dual capacitor and contactor in a downstairs air conditioning unit and added freon to an upstairs air conditioning unit.

+ -1 morethey were onsite within 3 hrs of my call and were very thorough in their evaluation of my a/c unit. Unit had not been serviced since 1990 and they were very surprised by how good a condition it was in( don't make them like they use to). Unit required about 4 1/2 lbs refrigerant.
Description of Work: Serviced central air conditioner. Unit uses r22 that was $75 lb.

If I have any complaint at all, it would be price. I have no idea if I got the cheapest price I could but they counterbalance the price with several rebates and incentives.
