Air conditioner stopped cooling late Sunday morning. Called Air Solutions early Sunday afternoon. Took my information and told me that someone would call me soon. I did receive a call promptly after. The caller let me know it would likely be Monday morning before someone would be able to come out and she would put me on the schedule. I called Monday morning to confirm I was on the schedule. I was informed that I was on the schedule and I would be given a heads up call when the technician was on his way. Shortly after I was called back and a technician was sent. Technician's name was Gregg. He arrived promptly. He was courteous asked me a few questions and went to doing diagnostic work. Soon after, he identified the problem and gave me multiple options from band-aid to platinum. I elected to go with the platinum option + service contract as I have two young children and do not want this to occur again. He completed the work well within the estimate he gave me (2 hours). I am a very happy customer and will be for the foreseeable future. Thanks Gregg!

Tech showed up promptly in the morning, and explained exactly what he was going to do. He completed everything in a timely fashion and kept me updated during the process as to how everything looked.

He inspected the heat/air unit inside the home. Found a piece of insulation that had gotten caught behind the unit and was causing some noisy vibrations. He also gave me some yearly things "to do" to keep the unit running at it's best. He showed me one thing I was doing wrong with my filters and believe it or not, that's what was causing my unit to work to hard to get air through. We've been cool since he left and I haven't heard any shakes, rattles or rolls. GREAT SERVICE...I will be calling them again.

The service went well. The provider sent two technicians. They were both pleasant and helpful. They explained a few issues and how they planned to address the problem. They actually corrected a problem with the air intake plenum without any extra charge. There was a problem with the setup from when the home was originally built. One of the technicians informed me of the problem, then proceeded to correct it which took a few extra minutes and some insulator board....and they didn't charge me any extra for it. That was fantastic because i had already purchased a deal off of AL for a discounted service and then they corrected this issue at no additional charge. All around fantastic experience.

No follow up phone call to say they were not going to make it on Monday. I called mid-morning Tuesday and told late afternoon or possibly Wednesday. Called different provider and received same day service. At least I was courteous enough to call back and cancel appointment. Don't be so greedy when you are not able to handle the volume of service calls that you have. Be honest with the customer so they can call around especially when you have hot house.

When I booked the air conditioner tune-up I was given a time frame of 9am-2pm. The scheduler did not give me an option of calling me when the technician was on the way so I could go into the office and then go back home when the technician was on his way. Fortunately, the technician arrived around 10:30am. He was very polite and professional. He did the tune-up, and explained that I needed a voltage distribution rennovation to ensure the electrical system would continue to function throughout the summer. He showed me a laminated sheet with several options labled "band-aid," "silver," "gold" and "platinum." I took what was labled the "band-aid" option to stay within my household budget. This additional work was completed within half an hour. The technician was finished within an hour. He was very polite and professional, and other than the laminated sheet (not so) discreetly pushing me towards the more expensive option, I did not feel pressured to agree to more expensive work. In fact, he told me he thoroughly understood my concern with staying within a budget. I was offered several knick-knacks as a "thank you" gift. I was also handed a brochure outlining their club membership, which includes free/reduced price diagnotistic service calls (depending on the option you choose) and routine heating, air conditioning and plumbing cleaning/maintenance checks. This looks like a good deal, and I think I may sign up at some point in the future. My $330 cost broke down as follows: A/C tune-up-$68; voltage distribution rennovation-$262. All in all, this went well. I was happier with this service than with other providers I have used in the past. I will definitely consider Air Assurance in the future.

The technician tested the freon, checked the system inside and out, and cleaned the compressor.

Works better now than when I moved into this house.!! No problems at all. Also hired him to install a new heater duct which was dangerously near some wood rafters. Did this at fair cost while he was here. Good guy. will use them again for sure.

Air Solutions does an excellent job. They are out heating/AC provider.

Very detailed repair man, gave me all the information on part issues and if I needed to do it today or wait later. Very courteous, took shoes off at door not to track in dirt or mud.

Very professional. Explained everything. Trouble shot our system and made simple & complex suggestions for solving our issues w/ approx cost. Our house is fairly new(5 years old) and the heating air was poorly done & insulated.

They're good. We signed an annual contract with them and we're very pleased with them.

It worked out fine. We had no problems with them so they were good. They came out within the first few weeks after we purchased the big deal to do the work for us and they did not charge us anything more than the price of the deal. If you can get a repairman out for under $1,000 you are in good shape. We would absolutely use them again in the future if we need to.
