They're always on time and it's always a pleasant experience. If your filter needs changed, they change it for you at no additional charge.

They were very responsive. They came out on Sunday & Monday. They replaced the part quickly and charged a flat fee. We were very happy with them.

Everything went fine! I don't remember the exact price but if I had to use them again in the future I would!

About as good as getting your fears confirmed can be. We had a suspicion that the AC did not have any refrigerant in it. It was an old unit from the 1980s. it had lost all of its freon and needed a re-charge. However, the technician said it may get another leak as there was a lot of vibration from the motor. He mentioned that sometimes the company has deals at the end of the season on units. We called out an estimator that confirmed that the unit was undersized. Considering it ran all the time AND never provided enough cooling to keep the house much under 80. They had a cash special on a 4 ton unit (it's a larger house) and recommended replacing the furnace as well. I did not know that they furnace and

The service went great. One technician came out and completed the job in about an hour. He was very professional and got right to work. He did not waste any time. He was proficient, identified the issue and corrected it quickly. They made scheduling the deal very easy.

It went great - the rep was very willing to explain things and I learned why my water pressure is not what it should be.

They were very prompt and professional in getting the appointment scheduled, my husband just decided that he wanted another plumber that he knew (and we have used before) to do the job. This is nothing against Air Solutions Heating & Cooling Inc, we have just decided to go another way. I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal purchase.

The inspection went well. The service tech showed up and got right to work. He checked almost everything in the house for proper function and discussed all of his findings with me. There were a few recommendation made but nothing was pushed on us. The reason that I put a B rating for Quality is due to the fact that the water lines and plumbing under the home (with crawl space) were not checked. This could have been an invalid expectation on my part. Even with that, I think this was a valuable process (even at twice what we paid for it).

I bought the Air Solutions Angie's List A/C tuneup special for my elderly father who hadn't had his A/C serviced in 6 years. I thought it might be time to get it done. My father called me as the service guy was finishing up. I asked him if the service guy clean out the outside unit? He said no, so I told him to ask the Tech why not? Evidently, the Service Tech thought he was there to do a furnace job, and not an A/C job - oops. The tech called the office and found out what he was actually supposed to be doing and admitted that he did the wrong service and went ahead and did a very quick A/C service. I guess, on one hand we might have gotten both the AC and Furnace job done for the price of just the AC, but I really doubt that we got the FULL service on the AC since he only spent a few minutes on that part of the job. I purchased a 3 year Comfort Care package when I bought my own unit from Air Solutions a couple of years ago. I also bought the same package for a new unit purchased from Air Solutions on a rental I own. This package includes an annual AC tuneup and an annual Furnace tuneup. These are similar to what I purchased for my father this time. One thing I have noticed in each of these service calls is they NEVER carry to correct filter (even common ones). They ALWAYS say "I don't have that one on my truck". Each time, I just give them filters that I already have on hand. I'm beginning to think that Air Solutions does this on purpose. So far, after a total of 5 service calls between my house and my fathers we're 0 for 5 in the filter department. I have a rental house due for service tomorrow. We'll see what happens with that one. All-in-all, I've been fairly pleased with Air Solutions and will continue to use them. Hopefully, they'll get a little better in the service area.

The service went fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. One technician came out and completed the service in a timely manner. He suggested something that may be a problem down the road but not anything that had to take care of right a the moment. The technician was very good and professional. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Installer picked up two toilets at Lowe's and was on time. He did install one toilet okay except for an extremely messy caulking job around the base. However the deal was for two hours labor for $100. Immediately upon arrival he said they did work not by the hour but by the job and two hours was not enough but he would go ahead and do the one but it would cost an additional $335 for the second one. I had expected to pay some additional cost for the second one, but $335? The truck he parked in my driveway leaked a 2x3 ft. pool of oil on my driveway. He may not have known about the leak since it was clear oil and might have been a loose drain plug. I spent a good half-hour cleaning the oil off my driveway and my wife spent a lot of time trying to clean up the mess made from the caulking and couldn't get it all up. I hired another plumber to install the second for $150 who did a good job and it took him only one hour.

Went great. He was out within several hours of calling, even though they had said it might be the next day due to demand, and quickly found the problem, got it fixed and offered me several different price points for repairs and maintenance. He explained each level thoroughly and I was able to get the unit fixed and prevent some future problems with a minor fix. VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE!

The serviceman called while he was on his way to my place as I had requested & I met him there. He arrived early in the afternoon window on the day scheduled. He pulled my washer/dryer stack out of a closet that it just fits in. Very little space on each side of it & he had to remove the sliding door to get it out. He took his time "walking" it out far enough that he was able to climb behind to check everything out. He ran water through several times. While he had it pulled out he showed me what was behind the washer. He said that my washer was not leaking at all. That I had good fittings on the plumbing & I was pleased to see how good they looked. He said that there is no sign of a leak now & did not appear to have leaked back there at all. Since the water that I saw coming out from the wall behind the washer onto the bathroom floor that backs up to the same wall I was afraid that it could be coming from my washer. He assured me that there was no indication of that. He said that the leak would have to be coming down through the wall, probably from one of the 10 floors above me. I asked him if he could write something up for me to explain what he checked out and found so that I would have something to show to the building management the next time I see the leak. He did that for me on the invoice receipt. The serviceman was very cordial & took his time to look everything over. He then explained his reasoning to me in a clear, understandable way. He returned my applicance back to its original location & re-hung my door. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend the service I received & will contact them again if I have any other plumbing concerns or improvements to be made. The deal I purchased was a great price for the peace of mind of knowing that my plumbing is secure.

That turned out fine. One technician came out and it took him about 2-3 hours. He was courteous and considerate of the needs that I had. He did a good job.

The answering service was quick and punctual. They gave me an approximate time that day the serviceman was going to arrive. I was at work during the day so it was important that they called in before. They did and gave me a 10 minute warning. Once there they did the proper service, found the issue, found that I was still under warranty for the broken part and fixed the air conditioner. A few weeks later my breaker box kept on tripping on the air conditioner. I gave them a call again (unsure if this was related to the above). They came out for free that day, fixed a couple of loose wires and got it working again. They even called me back a few days later to check up on how the air conditioner was working. I was very happy with the service.

As far as showing up on time and the quality of the equipment we purchased we were very pleased. We saved considerably over the months on our heating and cooling bills. We felt the sales person was very friendly and courteous however didn't exactly have enough training to explain all the details we wanted and was just there to sell us; we relied on the technician installing to give us a better explanation of why things cost what they did and what they were doing. Our technician was really good. We received free services from them to come every few months and install filters into our home and check everything. What they don't tell you is they don't regularly come and do that or remind you that it's time for a new filter you have to call them and ask them to come. So basically you get this service (which we were paying $11/month for about six months prior anyways) that they don't follow up on for free or maintain without you asking for it; I felt like if I spent 10 grand with a company that they should follow up and twice a year come out and check their equipment out. When we did call for filter service the person who showed up didn't check his system as to what we had (even though it's readily available in their database) to make sure he had correct filters in his truck; went to get them after coming to our house and still returned with the wrong one that "would work" which didn't. I would recommend checking out all the companies available we found out that we could have saved an additional $500 if we would have went with a different company and they did maintenance on the unit regularly without being called and asked to do so.

Fixed compressor WITHOUT replacing. Could easily have tricked me into buying a new compressor. But instead, technician quickly found a stripped wire that was shorting-out. Repaired wire and was out of there in about 1/2 hour.

They called and rescheduled at the last minute; claiming that they tried to contact me earlier when they did not. I just don't want to do work with them.
