It went very well the plumber arrive early before the secretary called to notify me of his (Steve) time of arrival. After the walk around with a look at the problems he went to work finishing in good time. So far I am pleased.

Tech arrived on time. Young man was very politel. Gave me information to help keep the furnace running efficiently. Made me aware of their twice a year check up for the furnace and AC. I have used this company previously and am always well pleased with their service.

Old faucet had dripping problems, new one does not.

It cost us an extra $90 to have the faucet replaced, plus I had to purchase the faucet. They wanted $350 for the faucet, so I instead found a very nice one at Lowe's for only $94. They did a good job with the faucet, and it only took about an hour and ten minutes at most. I wanted them to replace the flapper in the toilet, but they wanted an extra $240, so we decided not to.

I asked for an email confirming that the $78 charge for providing an estimate would be refunded if I decided to not use the service. I did not receive this email, so I am cancelling the service.

One day delay after they made service appointment. They called on appointment day (about 4 PM) and offered to come late but really wanted to switch to new date and we accepted rescheduling. We rescheduled for next day and they did come that afternoon. Technican did a very quick check and lit and tested the unit. He also answered all the questions we had about unit and ID'ed the manufacture which we couldn't find. Unit was only 7 years old and used very little per the inspection. Not much to clean or repair. Done in less than an hour.

He did an excellent job. He had to splice into the line outside the house and drill through the brick wall, which is what I requested. With my Angie's deal, it was only $150 including $50 parts for 2 hours of labor with no additional fees.

The service went well. The technician did a great job. He performed the work well and in a timely manner. I had anticipated having 2 toilets installed and an exterior leaky faucet repaired. When I called to schedule the appointment and tell them what I was looking for, the receptionist did not sound like that work would be a problem. Once the technician got out for the job he told me he could only install 1 toilet and repair the leaky faucet. I did not have the second toilet installed because their pricing was so high. I would not use the company outside of purchasing a deal for a job. I would have like to have known about the additional charges ahead of time.

Everything went well, technician arrived on time and worked on units, cleaned and tested. Woul duse again.

Everything was perfect. They showed up on time and completed the project quickly and efficiently. Well worth the money. Will consider using them again.

This was a $99 for $200 special. The plumber was on time and courteous and friendly. He assessed the problem, had all the supplies necessary to fix the leak in the drain, and made the repairs quickly and efficiently. I would have given him an A, but within a couple of weeks it was leaking again. My renters had friends over and one of the friends had tools in his trunk and just tightened the connections. I thought that plumbers put tape or that purple glue on joints, but apparently not on this job. It isn't leaking now, so I think it just wasn't tight. 4

The plumber minimized the hole he had to cut out to get to the line which was good. The faucet is somewhat set back an area in the wall to where a hose can be somewhat difficult to attach. He said his hose worked fine but when I gave him a brand new hose to attach, he had difficulty. I asked him if he could extend the faucet out to where it could be more attachable , for the most part he said it couldn't be done. So now I am not much better off than I was. before I can at least put a vice grip on the faucet to turn on an off. Now although it has a handle to turn on, I can't easily attach a hose to use when I turn it on.

The house we bought had an attic room addition that was not properly vented. Air Solutions came out and reviewed our entire heating and air conditioning system and provide three options for fixing the problem in the attic room. All this for free. We had two other vendors come out to bid on the job and they were much less thorough in their assessments and gave solutions that only partly solved the problem. Air Solutions wasn't the cheapest, but to us they were clearly the best option. We selected the Air Solutions mid-cost option which involved complete replacement of the upstairs furnace and air conditioner, replacement of most of the duct runs and addition of a new return in the attic room. The work was done promptly, cleanly, and professionally. They even identified and corrected a house wide problem with our propane pressure. We were really pleased with the final results and have enjoyed the new system for over a year now. As part of the new system we got an twice annual maintenance and when they came to do the new system we paid (Angie's list deal) for them to service our other furnace (house has two systems). The technician found a part in the old system that was about to fail and would have left us without downstairs heat this winter. Quickly and reasonably priced did a replacement and we are nice and warm. I recommend Air Solutions to anyone, particularly if you have a difficult to solve problem like we did.

We purchased the Big Deal offer $99 for $250 worth of plumbings services.We had two faucets that we wanted to have updated and the $99 deal seemed like a good value. Scheduling the service was very easy. However; when the plumber came out, he had a price book for services. The rate to change out one faucet was $233., that's a bit high for me. Earlier this year, another plumber charged $75 to change out a faucet in our powder room. In my opinion, the Big Deal offer from Air Solutions was a bait and switch because there was NO real value in the coupon.

I realized this company is long distance and I need someone local to come out and assess the situation. I have contacted Angie's List to find someone locally to fix the leak.
