Amazing and very impressive. I bought the deal on Monday and got the schedule I asked for on Friday. The technician showed up on schedule and got right to work after I showed him the unit locations. He finished the job with changing all the filters - including the highest one in the living room which he had to tiptoe on 6 ft ladder to get it. But he got it! Talking about going above and beyond! Then he handed out the paperwork for the rebates including the envelope! I was VERY IMPRESSED on how organized the entire process is. Thank you!!

Gragg was punctual and was very professional. He took exceptional care to ensure our hard wood flooring and carpet were not soiled. He was focused on servicing the gas log fireplace the entire time and helped us understand how to use it safely. He is very personable and courteous. We are very happy with the service performed.

Ed showed up wearing a belt and a tucked in shirt which made me feel good that there wouldn't be a crack outbreak in my home.He did his job quickly, efficiently, and clean up after himself. He also flushed sediment out of my hot water tank even though that was not part of the issue I was having. Ed fixed the reason my garage was flooding and even though he's a Packers fan I would use him and Air Solutions again.

Timely service call considering the 100 degree day. Technician (Greg) was quick but thorough in his diagnosis and repair. He explained things well and was fair in his pricing of the job. First time using Air Solutions, and based upon this experience will use again.

Need air repair. They role me they would come the next day. No show by late afternoon. I called. They again told me they would come the next day. Again no show. Called for the third time on Friday. They then told me it wouldn't be until after the weekend.

I've used Air Solutions numerous times in the past for AC work, so when I heard they also install hot water heaters, I figured I'd just have them do it. For the most part, everything went fine. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and professional. The only problem arose when I had the City do an inspection and found out that a certain part wasn't installed. I called Air Solutions and they promptly had the same technician come out and install the part. Air Solutions then called the City and had them come back out and re-inspect at which time it passed inspection. So, it was a bit of a hassle to re-arrange my schedule for 2 additional appointments, but overall, I was pleased with the results and would use Air Solutions in the future.

Great overall experience. I was the 2nd scheduled appointment of the day. The technician went directly to the task at hand. He removed and disposed of the old disposal. He hardwired the new disposal. My home was built in 1940. Almost every service call I have...there is some unknown issue that has to be addressed. It was a good experience. Thank you. Very happy.

Service was excellent. They sent out a technician promptly the same morning, on a Sunday no less, he arried on time. He got right to work on the original complaint (the water leak), quite happily took a look at my outdoor unit when I asked since was already here. He clearly and concisely informed me of his findings, answered questions without reservations, his knowledge and experience was obvious. He even played catch back and forth with my interfering 3 year old as he was explaing the problems and possible solutions. While working on the hvac unit we also noticed the vent pipe above the water heater was seperated and askew instead of properly connected, he fixed it without a problem just to help us out and make it safe for my family. Not only was his professionalism excellent, but the service was definitely above average. I will happily call them again for anything else that comes up.

This was an Angies list special for an outside faucet installation of $49. Service provider did a great job, quick, and professional all for the special price that was advertised.

There was a small problem with the repair. But when I called they came out promptly and fixed the issue at no charge. While obviously having everything go right the first time is preferable. The way they respond when you call and say something isn't quite right says a lot. I would recommend them again.

I bought a Big Deal for this service and it was terrible. They came out within a reasonable time after I set up the appointment. I had no problem with their scheduling. The issue was that there was a loose wire in the blower section of one of the units. He opened a book and said they had flat rates for wiring and that it would cost $198. When I asked what he meant because there was less than 30 minutes worth of work there, he said he knew it, but that was the rule. I had him there, so I went ahead and paid it. I had to even supply the wire nuts for him to make the connections because he did not have those with him. I complained to the supervisor the next day about the billing rate. They said they would get back to me and they never did. I can tell you for sure they will never be here again and all my neighbors are completely aware of what occurred. The person seemed to be capable of doing the job and he had a good personality. He was embarrassed telling me what he charged me because he knew what was going on, but he said he had to do it. For the $198 for 30 minutes of work I almost did it myself. He told me how much it was before he even started. I think it ridiculous to have those kind of rates for service.

It was fine. They did a good job. It was a young man that spent a lot of time getting the job done. It was a difficult job. I know they lost money on the job but he continued to work through the problem and gave us a good final product.

They wanted to charge $500 for services, but I was able to get work done by another licensed plumbing company for $134. The office staff was fine and done in an timely manner.

It didn't work out great. When the guy came he did very little. He lit the pilot lite and then walked out. He was here about five minutes. I felt like the $100 was a jip. He did say that until it did it again there wasn't anything he could do. I thought he would clean it and do a tune-up. He came out withing two weeks. Since I'm not satisfied, I wouldn't refer him to anyone. I didn't get any help from him. The issue still isn't resolved. It will start and then after a couple of hours it will go out. The price was to high for the work that was done. He was nice. I would not use them again.

It was great. I was very pleased with the work.

Still waiting on the part needed to repair the gas logs.

It went alright. His boss wasn’t happy that he did the job because they were getting so many calls. Although he didn't get the problem completely taken care of, I was appreciative of him coming out to help out with the problem.

They are excellent on everything. The cost was good and it didn't cost more than $49. I would them again in the future.

It was actually for plumbing. It was great. They reinstalled my drivers disposal. They checked everything for leaks in all the bathrooms and didn't find any leaks. It was excellent.
