He was a very nice plumber who fought valiantly against a very uncooperative faucet. In the end, the faucet was repaired and stopped leaking.

We did not like it. The guy was trying to sell us his service, he wanted us to replace the whole furnace while it was actually in pretty good shape. They were a big ripoff. They were trying to sell me a $4,000 contract to maintain the furnace. They told me that something was broken in there and it was very dangerous. They wanted to replace my furnace for thousands of dollars. As it turned out, I went to another company and they replaced the control panel for $500. The whole winter the furnace has been perfect. They told me my furnace was dangerous though it wasn't working. They told me the carbon monoxide was extremely high and it was going to kill us yet he couldn't have measured it since the furnace was not on. I was so annoyed with these people because they came to my house and scared the daylights out of me. They told me my house was going to go up in fire. They were just horrible. Everything they told me was a lie. I brought in another company who got me a new control panel and the carbon monoxide reading on my furnace was zero. By the new company, everything was perfect. The guy from Air Solutions was using these scare tactics trying to sell me a new furnace and the guy was so persistent, he wanted to bring in the sales man to sell me a new furnace right on the spot. I purchased 2 deals for $39 because I have 2 furnaces; the one that was not working and the other one that was working which he claimed to have done maintenance on. I will never ever use them again and I'm very disappointed that they were recommended by Angie's List. I didn't have them do anything additional. They came out right away.

One word to summarize: "Outstanding"

The repair took 2 trips. The first trip the provider notified that they needed to order parts. This took place on Tuesday, February 23. Provider called Friday afternoon, February 26, to notify parts were in and they sent someone out to complete the repair within an hour of the phone call.

As always, Air Solutions was courteous and professional and quick. Even better, they were also able to solve a problem with the hot water line running slower and weaker! Would definitely use again.

The actual cleaning of the fireplace was great. They did good on that. They came out not too long before Christmas. I got other charges because I got additional things from them. There was no additional on this whole thing here, the big deal I got with Angie's List. He didn't clean the windows of the fireplace very well. That's the only reason I gave him a B. I think that the price was fine. I don't know what the price should be but it was worth it to me. The quality was alright for what I purchased. I think maybe that they should advise you are maybe you're going to want more, basically he was like, you've got bugs and everything else in your sand and stuff like this and I just have to put it back in here so, you know they might suggest to people that they may need some additional base things like sand, and that kind of stuff. For me it was a good deal. This is the first time we've had a gas fireplace.

Discussion ensued about heating/air and plumbing service contract which I purchased as well. The very next week my furnace died so timing was perfect. Because of the contract, service call was within one hour of the furnace's failure and replacement then next day. Not sure I saved any money, but a lot of anxiety was saved by knowing who to call and that they would respond quickly with no emergency charges. Installation crew were careful to clean up after themselves and remove all the bits and pieces.

He was prompt, professional and polite. He also was good to answer a few questions I had about using gas logs. I would use them again.

The service man was very professional and pointed out potential issues only when I asked. He responded though that the units while older were working fine so there was no need to do anything more. He also provided me with a rebate form filled out for ONG to get a rebate for the service on the gas furnace. The rebate will pay for the call!

uWell, in the beginning it was terrible, when we received the estimate to do those two jobs. The final estimate, in our opinion was unreasonably high. We tried communicating with the owner via e-mail, and phone messages, without success. Finally after some time passing we did receive a call from the owner. He was very apologetic, gracious and helpful, it had to do with employing family members. He took care of that and send out a nice experienced gentleman, who had pride of project. Everything went well and the price was greatly reduced. In the beginning our rating would have been an 'F', bt after the owner made some adjustments, THE END RESULT WOULD BE A 'B'!

They did a great job - punctual, efficient and quick. I'd use them again.

Eric Morey and his partner did fantastic work on my garbage disposal. Eric was very conscientious and kept working until all leaks were gone and replaced the old disposal with a new one. He was courteous and did much more than what the estimate had called for without changing the price.

I bought Angie's List "deal" for A/C check up. Scheduling fell through. Two MONTHS later, my A/C failed, and I called to schedule regular service call, hoping to utilize the prepaid amount as a down payment. Apparently, 5:15 pm on a Tuesday is too late to call them -- got answering service. They got my $47 for the "once-over" that never happened, but I will not throw good money after bad money by waiting and hoping that they will schedule and perform. There are enough HVAC firms in this city that there is no need to beg. Currently about 100* outside, 88* and steamy in the house.

It went well and they were very professional, however, I am not sure I should have been charged for a gas log fireplace cleaning since there was nothing to clean there. Perhaps more info should be given before this is purchased. I am not sure I have the date of service correct. It was probably later.

I have their yearly comfort plan. They come out twice a year to service my AC/Heater. Tech is very knowledgeable and professional. Always calls to inform when the Tech is on the way so that I don't have to take the whole day off waiting on someone to show. I recommend them to all my friends!!

This was an Angie's List deal for an outdoor faucet repair; presumably because it provides the vendor the ability to obtain exposure for a HVAC company's plumbing business; and because it provides simple jobs that can be fit into their schedule during non-peak time periods. Accordingly, I thought the price made sense for the amount of time involved by the vendor as well as the parts supplied. The dispatch function (in Sand Springs, I think) was a bit pushy, but I had a tight schedule and feel like I had to force them into working around my schedule, not theirs. This resulted in at least one call that was of the nature - "hey, we have our plumber's ready if you can get home early." Sorry, I scheduled with you about two weeks out and need you to live up to what you scheduled. So the plumbers ended up coming later in the afternoon. I supervised the work. The plumbers were very knowledgeable and ended up replacing the entire faucet. They put on what appears to be a quality part. They stopped the leak and did exceed my expectations with communication and quality. They didn't try to up-sell me on something beyond what I really needed or make the job more complicated than it needed to be. I would hire them again.

I guess I was expecting more was required for cleaning gas logs. I was a little shocked that it took less than 30 minutes to complete the job. It looked like a job I might try to do myself next time. Don't get me wrong, I was happy with their service and I feel he did what was necessary for me to continue using my gas logs in a safe manner this winter. The serviceman was kind and courteous and he brought me a little bag of items with their advertising on it. He put on booties before he walked on my carpet and believe me, I respect his concern to help keep my carpets clean.

They could very easily have told us we needed new heating units, but instead let us know our ducting needed work. Great service and super easy with scheduling.

Was surprised at the level of detail that went into the tuneup. Using cameras, the technician was able to see a safety issue inside the heat exchanger, I was given different options for correcting the issue , chose the one that best fit my needs. Very satisfied with the work and technician.

. They took awhile to get a scheduled day to come out but that was expected with the recent offer they had on Angie's list. They were timely and professional but did not render the service I expected or paid for. It was for a faucet replacement and all they did was replace a washer in the faucet. They have now rescheduled to return and replace the faucet as the offer stated. I will update my review when the job is complete.

Our service man (Ed) showed up promptly at our scheduled time and was very professional and informative and had our faucet fixed within 20 minutes or so. He gave us additional information regarding the company, Air Solutions out of Sand Springs, along with information of how their pricing schedule works in case we have future needs. We were very happy with the results of this transaction.
