I was pleased with the services performed. We had some structural problems which needed to be repaired prior to the siding installation and everything went smooth and looks great. Gutters went up the day after siding was complete and matches perfectly.

A friend of mine complained about them, she said she didn't like the way he compared others and put them down, and she decided to go with someone else becuase of that. We went to their showroom and chose the windows that we wanted. They quoted us a price to put in the windows, and there is a covering on the outside of each window, and they didn't tell us that wasn't included in the price, and we had to pay extra. When you put the windows in, there is just a brick, and there is a plastic that goes around it, and that was extra, I thought that it would have been included. Becuase you can't have a window without the border. We were a bit annoyed about that. They did a good job.We chose them because they were cheaper, and their windows looked good.

The overall experiance with Baldwin Enterprises was great. Kevin is always prompt with communication. The staff were here when expected and very nice and courteous. IF there was anytime they would be later then expected we received a phone call to let us know. They cleaned up nicely after the job was completed. We love the way our house looks!

They came and left while I was at work, but I didn't notice a thing until the following day after work. The installers did a great job my wife did not know anything had happened, but she did question why some of our wind chimes were neatly placed on our porch swing. Thanks!

My entire experience with Kevin Baldwin and team was more than we could have ever expected. The product, effort, and price negoitation was fair and honest. The implementation team, Jim and Ed were onsite for three weeks. They were prompt, friendly and consultants throughout the project. It was a big job, Jim, being the master tradesman applied his skill and knowledge to every question and concern we had. They responded proactively to a couple of changes we asked for and actually improved on them without hesitation. The house looks absolutely beautiful, (wish i could post pictures) the color schema was perfect and accents just pop. The uncanny benefit is the noise reduction, living in tornado central there is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood and we can rarely hear it from inside. Not to mention the instant temperature stabilization, the house is cooler and maintains temperature more efficiently than ever before. To put it in perspective, 5:30 the day of final walk through it's 95 and were standing outside, our AC wasn't even running...... Thanks again Kevin and Team!

They worked hard and long to get everything right. There were no interruptions although I thought of new things (1 or 2) which they had no problem doing. They made my old house look new again. It was breezy inside even with the windows closed. Now it's air tight and my energy costs are down. I liked all the people involved. Kevin, the boss, has assembled an excellent team. I'm sure you can find people to do this work cheaper, but I don't think you'll find anyone who will do it better.

We had used Baldwin Enterprises to upgrade our windows, guttering, and add siding. The windows were originally done in Feb. 2013(already made a review) and the siding and guttering was done in April, which we loved as well. Then we were hit by the May 20th Tornado! Approx. 3/4 of the siding and fascia had to be replaced and all of the guttering, plus one of the new windows and 4 screens. Since everything was fairly new we called Keving pretty quickly to set up an estimate. He came out as soon as he was able to get into our neighborhood. He got us scheduled and the new window and screens ordered ASAP. He worked well around the schedules of the roofers, fence people and contractor for the kitchen. We are again extremely happy with the work and cost. Love that his crews are good with details too! Clean up was not an issue either. Everyone we have dealt wit is so personable and professional. We have recommended Kevin and will continue to do so! Kevin was also very helpful in submitting pics and costs to our insurance company.

Baldwin Enterprises did a real good job. I thought they were prompt, on time and showed up when they said they would. They got everything down that they needed to. They were out the next day.

I contacted this provider to get an estimate on some repairs for a home we are purchasing next week. Robbie called me back and left a message saying they do not do window work and that no one could get to our house to do work by mid week. I called back to explain that we would not be able to get an estimate until next week since we have not purchased the house yet and that we wanted to see if we could get an estimate after closing. It took a few minutes to explain this and I felt like she was getting frustrated during this conversation. They are going out of town in 9 days so she said I would not be able to get an estimate until mid August. I tried to get a time estimate for how long it typically takes to replace siding on a roughly 20 by 10 ft area. She said she could not say but it could be a day or weeks. I asked if their was any way to get an estimate before mid August if time opened up, and she said she would call me back if it did. I am pretty sure she just wanted to get me off the phone. She redirected me and avoided the question when I asked if we could schedule an estimate after their return and have me call and cancel if not needed when I asked. I know that they must be overwhelmed by the volume of work before leaving town, but it was a very unfriendly and unhelpful phone call. I also wanted to let others know that they do not replace windows or window panes as advertised on their website and through Angies list.

Kevin and his staff had previously replaced some windows in our home and did a great job. Although this event caused a much larger project, it was completed in the same flawless manner. The materials were ready when Kevin said they would be and they were installed either early or on time. Not only was the work done right the first time, but everyone cleaned up after themselves. Of all the crews we have had working on our home, Kevin's people are the most professional. But that should be expected because he personally sets the standards for his company. He not only sets the standard, he lives the standard. He does what he says he will do when, or before, he says he will do it. He returns phone calls and responds to voicemails messages better than anyone else we have dealt with. His rates are more than fair but, he is not the "cheapest bid". If you are looking to get the job done as inexpensively as possible please don't waste his time and when your job "goes south" remember that you get what you pay for. As previously stated, this is not the first time Kevin has done work in our home and I doubt it will be the last. If there was a rating above "A" he would deserve it.

I used Angie's List to identfy a replacement window company. Baldwin Enterproses has an "A" rating with very positive reviews and they were also located close to my home. I decided to give them a call. Ms. Baldwin who answered the phone was very nice and said Kevin Baldwin was able to make it our house on the same day, Kevin is very personalbe; in fact we discussed some mutual recreational interest like we had known each other for years. Kevin was able to provide me an estimate either on the same day or shortly thereafter. His proce was comparable to one I had received a few months earlier so I knew he was in the ball park. I likeed Kevin and his product so we decided to go with him and very glad we did. The windows look great. In fact the very next morning one of our neighbors down the street that we had never met beofre was standing in fornt of our house admiring our new windows. He wanted to know who manufactured them and who we used to install them. The installers were very good, they showed up when they said they would and even came back to do some touch up work, no fault of there own. We had forgotten to tell them to cut the security system wiring after removing our old windows. After we removed the old wires it messed up the caulking a little bit and they were glad to come back and touch it up. Using Baldwin Enterprises was a very good experience and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend. Greg A.

The people were wonderful nice personality and did a perfect job for our house . It is exactly what we wanted they showed up every day until the work was done. I could of not asked for a better job..our house looks beautiful now. I have a granddaughter that is three and I was never afraid for her to play around the yard when the guys were working because they all seemed to be like Christians, I know Mr Baldwin is. The job was done in a timely manner.we could not be happier and I would recommend them to any one that asked for and wants perfection in the people and job !!!!

They showed up when they said they would. They did a good job. I even got the free storm door for using Angie's List. I have no complaints.

Overall, I have had an excellent experience with them. They explained everything and they were very prompt about doing it and getting it done.

Baldwin Enterprises, INC was 1 of 5 companies I "interviewed" to do my siding. Kevin Baldwin (owner) arrived at my house, we walked around my property, took the measurements, and provided me a quote. I explained what I wanted installed on my house and also made it a point to mention certain things (additional insulation backing, a solid core vinyl siding, door facings), to ensure my comparisons of all 5 companies was ?fair?. His quote included the siding, and guttering, and all that we talked about. Although, his quote was not the cheapest price, his explanation and discussion of his product was sufficient for me to hire them. They started the work about 2 weeks later, and Rob (the installer) called me to confirm the start date. Due to the weather, the start date was delayed a few days. The weather during April was not conducive to working on Siding. Rob?s facia and eaves work was accomplished for the guttering guys could come in and get their work accomplished as well. Only negative part: when the work was complete, there was several small pieces of Styrofoam throughout my yard. Additionally, the front storm door was installed incorrectly and the door did not close completely. However, when Kevin Baldwin (owner) came to collect the payment, we performed a walkthrough around the house and he saw the small pieces on the ground and proceeded to clean up himself. Additionally, I showed him the front door and he immediately fixed it. The additional work Kevin provided showed his dedication to completing the work correctly and cleanly. Overall, my experience with Kevin Baldwin and his group of contractors was a very positive experience.

The experience with Kevin was great.He gave us a fair price an great advice for other home projects. The quality of work was excellent.We will be using Kevin again to do siding for our home soon.

Mr. Baldwin was here when he said he was going to be, explained why he thought the siding had come off (looked like previous company did things incorrectly, which is probably why the siding came off), the amount he charged me was fair, and they did a great job. My only wish was that the men who put up the siding would have picked up more of the nails that were dropped on the ground. Even so, I would definitely use this company again.

Very easy. He provided estimate and approximate start date. Work was done timely and Kevin always responded promptly.

Workers arrived on time and expected to finish in one working day. There were two employees and they both worked at a steady pace to complete the project. One of the windows was a large "picture" window which slowed them down a little but they took their time and removed the old window and placed the new window. They replaced a total of 11 windows and 1 door. The removal of the old windows took more time than they figured so they had to return the next day to finish the job. The windows were installed and sealed in one day but the finished trim required that they return for 1/2 day to completely finish the work. All trash including the old windows was removed the first day of the work and the remaining trash from the finishing work was taken with them when the job was complete. They had warned us in advance that the area inside each window needed to be clear for about 5 feet in front of each window to allow the workers space to remove the old windows and install the new one. We had moved most of the furniture before the workers arrived and they helped us with any of the larger pieces that were in the way. After the windows were installed and before they left for the first they helped replace the furniture that was moved for their access. We were also notified that the company would be placing a lien against the property till the full amount of the payment was received. We paid cash but have not checked to see if the lien was placed and if it has been removed.

The process was very quick and simple. The owner was able to come and give us an price within 3 days of calling. Within 4 weeks the window where installed. The installers that completed the work did the job within 1 day and they look great.

I was happy with their work. I had some troubles with loose siding after another company installed new siding. Baldwin's price was very good for all the work that he did and the price of the vent cover. If I have to do siding again I’d call Baldwin this time.

Great, work was quality and everyone was very nice.Even though I gave them a "B" on price I know it is costly sending your crew all over town to do small jobs. I know some people wouldn't have bothered with a small job, so I appreciate them even more.
