Description of Work: I was in process of home construction and wanted the unit for garage storage of boxed items that work well with the unit. I ordered it and so did my contractor on the same day by mistake. The company had me refuse delivery (it had already shipped they are so prompt) and for a nominal shipping charge it was turned around with a refund. The unit was installed professionally and has been perfect ever since. Make firm closure and minimal "rock" on the way up. I would purchase this unit again.

Description of Work: Bought this 2 or 3 years ago. Easy folks to deal with. Had it shipped from OKC to my home in TX. Local contractor installed it. Can't remember price as it was some time ago. Would recommend this product.

Description of Work: We had the smaller lift installed in our garage. They were timely and professional. In discussing the installation we mentioned our desire to change out the wooden drop-down attic ladder. They were able to coordinate the replacement/installation with an aluminum ladder at a reduced price. We have been very pleased with both the ladder and the lift.
