It turned out just fine. The service was okay. Scheduling was fine. They tried to sell me a bunch of stuff. Their punctuality was okay.

It was OK, the technician did the job. That rate is good. They were functional, the guy explained what he was doing. I didn't like to be up sold on other things. I didn't have issues with the services provided

I give them 100% excellent. I had double companies come out to fix it and none of them could fix or determine what was going on with my generator. True Tech was the only one that found the problem was with the propane thing and got it running where it was stuck. They did a maintenance on it and self checked it. They got the propane thing working. The price was wonderfully low. My interaction with them was perfect. Zi and Alan were perfect, professionals and easy to talk to. They told me everything they are doing beforehand. It was a wonderful experience. They put down a concrete pad for me. Everything was done under $400. I have them coming out on a maintenance agreement now.

Excellent. Also provided input on possible damage to water lines in slab of radiant heat system.

Josh and another man worked this job and were both professional and hard workers. I would most definitely use TrueTech again.

I would think that everything went well because it basically is like inspecting the plumbing system in the house. It was a casual type inspection I will say, but the technician did point out to me the issues with the water heater because there are certain codes that it needed to meet and he recommended something for me and I decided not to go with the company to perform the job. The pricing was good.

They had to get up into the attic to do the wiring. We had to pay some extra costs, outside of what we paid for the Big Deal.

Was able to get an appointment for next day, Josh arrived on time to clean our vertical dryer vent. He noticed the screen on the exhaust vane on the roof and told us that the screen should not have been placed there as it will easily clog the venting. He removed the screen and showed us the wad of lint that was obstructing the exhaust opening. He proceeded to clean out the rest of the vent and showed us the amount of lint he had collected in the vacuum at the dryer port, a significant amount. Josh was polite and answered our questions. He was good enough to park the company vehicle in the street rather than blocking our driveway, a nice touch. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely use True Tech again next year as we are making dryer vent cleaning and annual event.

At first, I thought they were really expensive. I asked them about the pricing, and they came out and worked out some deals with me. They were very polite, very efficient, and every good workers. They were also very knowledgeable! It turns out it was not all that expensive!

Everything went well from the scheduling to the end.

The guy that came out didn't have enough suction hose so he was not able to do the entire length of my vent so he didn't get it all. So the job was not completed, they offered to comeback later to finish it but I couldn't take any more time off of work. The supervisor was really nice.

IT'S A SCAM!!!! Nowhere in the coupon does it mention anything about it only covering costs up to $2000. It says a 100 amp 30 slot panel replacement for $949 - period. So what do they do? Jack the price up to over $5000 then discount it down to about $2500 to make you feel like it's a good deal. What a crock! They ought to be selling used cars. I did request a little additional work, but more than double the price? Believe me when I tell you I will never purchase anything through Angie's List again.

It went fine, they were punctual, easy to work with, and completed the job efficiently.

They cancelled on me 4 times and were late every time they did come out.

Only complaint really is $165 for a thermocouple replacement, after the discount I get as a monthly services customer-- not discounted price was $245 -- the part is only $6, and he was only there for an hour or less. They were also supposed to come out around in the morning, as 12:30 rolled by I called, and they pushed back to 4.

I called them Monday to ask about prices and had questions about the $99 plumbing deal. They said a plumber would call me back, but they NEVER did call me back.

I have had them back about eight or so times. They have done fine. The only drawback is that they are usually late to the appointment. The technician always does an excellent job. I will still continue to use their services.

I have used them for several years. I have a VIP plan that is about $30monthly.The plan is a great savings and it also puts you as a priority same day service if you are on it. One summer when it was really hot, I had to call them when my air went out. When I called them, they came out and repaired it immediately. Their technician’s stay the same and they are a good company overall. I continually use them over time as I love them!

Fan installation was scheduled for a Tuesday A.M. Called me and said they would have to schedule me a week later due to customer loss of power issues. I did not want to wait. Called another electrician co. on Angie's list, who incidentally did a wonderful job. ( Hayes electric).

They installed faucets, put shut off valves on the hot and cold water lines to bring it up to code, and installed new drain plugs in the bathtub. They are very good and detailed with their work. They cleaned up well after the job was finished. They are a little expensive, but they are very good at what they do. Their service is excellent!

I have used their services two times now. Both times, they have been great!

I have been using their services for about six years. Their prices are comparable to others. The technicians are punctual and do good work. The jobs were all up to code and passed inspection. Everything has been great!

It was real easy to schedule an appointment with them. They were on time and professional. They completed the job in only about thirty minutes. They even installed new covers and left no mess behind. The cost was a pretty good deal. They did a good job!

The technician who came out was professional and he did provide me an estimate while he was there. However, when he handed me the estimate there was a bill included when there was no work done. When I had called to schedule the appointment, they never let me know that there was a charge. I refused to pay the bill and did not hire them.

I needed to change the capacitor. They came up with so many other things and did not complete the repair. They are charging too much and did not arrive on time. They also gave me all types of estimates that I did not need. They didn’t do any work and charged me for the service fee. I had to call another company to come out and complete the repair.
