Description of Work: They repaired a bathroom faucet. They did a great job.

Description of Work: I called them to add a 30am circuit with outside plug near where I park my RV. The first tech had an emergency, so they called me to say another tech would be coming out. The one that they sent was very late (after 6pm). I had waited all day. After he came and talked about what I wanted, he said he would let me know when he had the estimate prepared. I called two days later to ask about it, and the office had to track it down. It took some time, and when they found it, the estimate was very high. Julia at True Tech office had been very helpful during this whole ordeal. She talked to other techs and got a much more reasonable estimate. I told her that I would like them to do it, but I wanted a different tech. Another tech came on the day he said he would and did the job. Julia provided excellent customer service, and even though I did not meet the tech that actually did the work, I checked it out, and it was done exactly as we needed. I will use True Tech again, but will ask that the first tech not come back. I might add that this is the second time that the first tech came to do some work. The first time, he added several things that I had not expected, but needed to be done, so I allowed it. That is what he tried to do this second time. Instead of just estimating what I ask for, he added labor and parts for things that he said would save me money, but it made the $400 job around $650 with his estimate.

Description of Work: I don't recall his name but a True Tech repairman came to the house and was there for a couple of hours fixing dripping faucets and one leak under a sink. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. My only issue with this visit was that I did not understand up front that I would be charged a "travel" fee. That may have been in the fine print of the special offer but since I lived in their posted "service area" I didn't think there would be an additional fee for just driving to my house. Other than that, everything was fine. I know now to ask if I am going to have additional charges for things like travel or bids. Live and learn.

Description of Work: This was Angie's list deal for $100 off electrical work so my net cost was #46.(GREAT). The tech was very professional, and timely. He installed a relay and a photoelectric cell to control all my front exterior lights automatically. Great job, fantastic price. He also repaired an interior plug socket in the attic that was malfunctioning... minor job but with NO additional charge. He was very nice.. I intend to contract with this company again when I need electrical help.

Description of Work: First they cleaned the A/C unit and then measured the freon levels. Almost all the freon was gone and determined there was a leak. Since the unit was over 20 years old we opted to replace rather than repair. The replacement went smoothly. However we had to have them return when the compressor was not turning on. Description of Work: Labeled Circuit Breakers. Discovered an unused 220 active and not connected to anything. Technician explained everything he did and made suggestions. He was very thorough and courteous.

Description of Work: True Tech technician replaced two snap switch light switches in the house. He was prompt and educated me what he was doing and how. He gave me a discount for placing a sign and finished promptly. Good service overall.
