Description of Work: Only problem was getting appointment. Had to reschedule 3 times due to them not being able to show early enough in the day. But work was very good and definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They did a great job. The intermittent problem was not duplicated but he took the time to check out all of the components in the the system that could be tested.

First guy was a dud but they sent a 2nd guy out a few days later and he did everything needed to fix the problem. I heard 1st guy got fired so the company was very responsive to my complaints about him.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal, $75 for $150 Worth of Electrical Services. I had them out to provide an estimate, but never had them do the work. Their pricing was too high for me.

Description of Work: The service was to include a water heater drain and plumbing evaluation. They drained the hot water heater and the technician went to each of my drains and turned the water on, then off. It was not explained to me how this was an evaluation of my plumbing system. I would have appreciated more communication.

Description of Work: Fairly promptly came to give estimate to install bath tub faucet/shower and bath tub drain. My carpenter had area open and easily accessable. I had faucet/shower set and most materials. I could have done job in less than two hours. |don't believe $350-450 per hour a reasonable charge for a job as routine as basic plumbing with easy access!!

Description of Work: They installed a back-up generator at my historic home, built 1914. Initial scheduling was a little delayed, but once the crew had started, everything went smoothly from there. They were respectful, knowledgeable and professional. The cost was higher than initially quoted in part to me choosing a more powerful generator, in part due to the layout of my house.

Description of Work: They installed a fixture, fixed some outlets that were not working in our house. They were to come back with a part to fix another one and they never showed back up or called. They fixed a porch light issue that has since gone out again! We bought the deal from Angie's List, but it cost a lot more once they got here. Would have been okay with that if everything worked. We have been disappointed in them.

Description of Work: Did Nothing! Came in and did a visual of the kitchen faucet, refered to a manual, came up with a price for a replacement part on a brand new faucet that exceeded the cost of the faucet. (Unsure of the actual date of service, it was a while ago)
