Description of Work: The tech changed out our filters through-out the house and cleaned our humidifier. We have a contract with True-Tech and they come out regularly for different services as needed. As usual the tech was professional and polite. I marked Price as "NA" as there was no charge for this particular maintenance visit. We have been very pleased with their work and with this contract; we know who to call from plumbing to electrical.

Description of Work: they came to change a light switch it was not repaired properly and now the light switch is on the opposite side of the wall are controlled by that switch and they have failed to come and fix their mistake

Description of Work: I booked them to clean the dryer's duct. They miss the first 3 appointments, they called the first and the third time that they couldn't make it but didn't call the 2nd time. But they were very nice when I spoke to them over the phone, and finally told me they can only be sure that they'll be able to make the first 2 appointments in the morning due to the possibility of encountering unforeseeable problems in a client's home. But when the service person did show up the fourth time, he was on time and beyond helpful, not only he preformed the job professionally, he even fixed a problem with the dryer duct connection. I am very happy with the job and all the people I spoke with on the phone. I just wish they would have let me know on the on set, so I could have make the morning appointment in the first place.

Description of Work: price is out of reason for the service preformed. They enlarged an existing hole in the ceiling hooked up a hot wire neutral wire and a ground wire and attached to ceiling with 4 screws and attached a 3" pipe to the exhaust exit and laid it in the attic. THATS IT !!!!!!! $450.00 WOW!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Repaired Air conditioner and worked on a heater vent. As always everything was great! Not sure about the date or the cost but they came the same day I bought the deal and since I don't remember the cost it must have been reasonable. Love, love, love True Tech.

Description of Work: We were charged for them to come out and give estimate for how much it would cost to ground outlets in living room to meet City of Del City standards. Their quoted price of approximately $120 per outlet was on top of the $80 I had to pay them just to come provide the estimate. $400 to work on three outlets in my living room was too high; they said that was the best they could do so I went with another electrician who handled that and more for the same cost.

Description of Work: After three years, I dropped True Tech services because the monthly rate was no longer a benefit. They once gave stunning service but it was slowly becoming average. Years ago they replace my air conditioning unit with a great discount. Recently, though, the cost of a new water heater was just about like everywhere else. Why am I paying each month if the annual inspections are more mundane and the cost break is not there?
