Description of Work: I did not use this provider since I decided I could accomplish the task myself.

Description of Work: They were called to add |6 exterior lights around the perimeter of the front of my house. Their first price was "somewhere between $800 to $1000", they came and provided a confirmed estimate of $11,500. Angie's list is just a means for them to get on your property with a proposed low or cut rate pricing. They even said I needed a new electrical distribution panel and the charge was $6000 quote even though they advertise panel replacement on Angie's list for $900. They have no interest in being a top shelve provider but more to increase sales, no real benefit to the customer but only their bottom line. I was very disappointed in the service they were supposed to provide. There is not any lights worth the $2000 each pricing they provided. I guess they just didn't want to do the job.

Description of Work: Electrician was very professional and nice and completed the work. He disconnected the old oven, installed a new plug in the wall and connected the new oven. Quality of work was good although it seemed to take much longer than it should have to complete the job. He showed up around 2:30pm and didn't leave until almost 7pm. He went to Home Depot for parts and was gone more than 2 hours (HD is 5 minutes from my house)-- maybe he took a dinner break which is OK but just would have been nice to know. Am satisfied with the quality of the work.

Description of Work: Never heard back after I left my information with person that answered the phone. Was supposed to come out and look at what needs to be done. No response. It's been two weeks.

Description of Work: I needed to have the dryer vent cleaned out that ran under the concrete slab quite a long ways. They had all the correct tools on the truck, did a very professional job, very neat, and they were on time. Yes we would use them again.

Description of Work: The tech provided pricing for installing a electrical receptacle in the patio cover. The price specified was essentially $1,000 for one receptacle. I know the material cost would be approx $50 and the labor should not be more than 3 - 4 hours, so that gives an exorbitant labor rate.

Description of Work: Came in to service a prebought $75 coupon for a ceiling fan hang. Didnt mention the travel fee til arrived. Talked him out of that. Took old fan down realized it needsd a pancake box (understandable mark up) put my fan together started to hang it then we realized it didnt have a pull chain, so told me to call his office and schedule him for another appt. and he handed a bill me for approx $250 more. Paid. Called them 3x, online on phone x2, said they would call back to schedule me for $200 more work and discuss bill. Never did. Decided my $75 coupon was not worth money expended plus additional fees to be incurred. Incredibly dissappointed that a company would operate this way.

Description of Work: They repaired a leak in a wall in the living room which had water pipes running through. I had gotten a quote earlier using their maintenance program. They finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. Very pleased!
