Description of Work: Replaced a ceiling light, fixed 4 outlets that were not working, or not wired correctly. Tech was on time, friendly, explained what was needed. Very professional, and courteous.

Description of Work: Everyone I dealt with at True Tech were friendly. The technicians were easy to work with and appeared to be very competent. My only issue was I was in not prepared for the cost to have 3 pendant light installed. They used a standardized price list, which made me feel better but.

Description of Work: Came at scheduled time, checked the leak, went and got a new garbage disposal, and installed it. Service call was an Angie's list deal, with 10% off the rest. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: I called them to use an Angie's List deal to address an issue with some outlets at my house. During their review of my electrical system, they discovered extensive burned wiring and poorly done electrical work that was burning out the motor in my A/C Unit and Pool Pump. I was also aware that my breaker box had been recalled quite a long time ago and needed to be replaced. | |They performed all of these services, upgrading my breaker box, correcting a sub-panel for my a/c and pool pump and installing a new water-safe outlet for the pool equipment. The work looks really good and they did a great job. I also really liked my electrician a lot. Their office staff was always available to answer my call and everyone was very responsive to helping me. | |The only small complaint I have is about some issues communicating with the city inspectors that had to come out to look at the work before it could proceed. I don't know if this was an issue with the City or with the company's communication with the City but my project's completion was delayed. | |I have a service plan with this company and will probably continue to work with them for a long time.

Description of Work: I had installed a bathroom faucet but the plunger wouldn't open very much & so water was very slow to drain. Other plumbers told me that I would have to replace the pipes under the sink. This plumber was able to adjust it for free to my satisfaction. He also checked water around my washer & reassured me that it was just ground water.

Description of Work: I needed two ceiling light fixtures replaced and the vent above my range repaired. It took a long time to define the problem and they went to the truck to look online for parts for my vent. After 30 minutes I went out to the truck where they told me they were still looking for parts. I asked they just replace the fixtures and they said they would write up the estimate. That took another 15 minutes. Basically they were at my home an hour and a half before starting any work. After that they did a good job.

Description of Work: The work was great though more expensive than other electricians I've used. Their prices are based upon their companies book of rates and it was upfront. I didn't save any money on the deal- I paid $55 more than the $99 special to replace an outdoor fixture.

Description of Work: Repaired a broken switch in our breaker. It went very well -- they were friendly and worked quickly. We live in a newly-built home and have had several issues with the electrical wiring, which they were able to fix. We found them through an Angie's List Deal advertisement. | |Only reason they got a B on "Responsiveness" is that several months later we discovered that one of the plugs they were supposed to fix still did not work. We called several times to see if they would come back and never got a response and eventually had to go with someone else. | |Would happily use them again in the future!

Description of Work: I purchased an angies list big deal, and used to have an outlet installed. It ended up being quite a bit more expensive than I anticipated, but it did appear quite labor intensive. The tech was professional and thorough. The owner was prompt and polite. I would use them again.
