Description of Work: Determined 40 year old HVAC needed to be replaced - did so at a fair price compared to other companies. Able to answer all my questions and make me feel confident in their knowledge & service. My unit at my personal residence quit working on New Year's Eve - True Tech came out on short notice and had it repaired within 3 hours. They are now my go to HVAC contact.

Description of Work: We bought a Groupon for an electrical inspection. We also requested an estimate for specific electrical jobs to be done but never heard back from them. We had to re-schedule twice cause they didn't make to their first 2 scheduled appointments. When someone did finally show up he was the wrong serviceman. He did plumbing instead of electrical.

Description of Work: I tried the purchase ahead promo. Will not fall for it again. I need to get a ceiling junction box moved less than two feet to center a light fixture and their estimate was extremely over-priced. They spent more time trying to sell me an costly service package!! Even with my "down-payment" I was able to find a company to take care of my needs and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't ask for. I feel this type of promotion is a scam.
