Thank you for your review, Even though I do not agree with the review you had given us on price. I have to ask this question? Why is it that everyone who purchase the Angies List coupon believe that all the electrical work should be covered for $200? The Coupon is to help with the cost of repairs sometimes it covers all of the work and when you are calling us to do a big job such as you did to wire and add outlets to a brand new Florida room you were building it cant possibly cover the amount of work that your were needing. I looked back at your service ticket and I honestly thought the price was very cheap. You wanted to add 8 new outlets which will require new circuits to be added to the panel in addition to pulling the electrical wiring from other areas so you can have power in that room and the hooking it all into the panel. Electrical work is not cheap especially if you are hiring a really good electrician who knows what they are doing. I realize that sometimes it gets a bit pricey but wouldn't you feel good knowing a great electrician did the work the right way and your house would be safe from electrical issues. We also provide a lifetime workmanship warranty on everything we do..Sincerely Julia

I read your review and have looked up your account to see why you have given us an F rating, I noticed you purchased a coupon for an electrical upgrade.. Here is the estimate you asked us to provide you at the time of service. 1- 325 meter base, 2- 200 Amp main breaker panel moved outdoors the 325 meter base is to feed both of the 200 amp panels, convert your small panel meter base into a J box, install a new emergency sub panel for a generator, add a box to hook up your Rv, install whole home surge protectors on all panels and grounding and bonding on all panels.. You expected all of this work to be done for a price of $949.. It simply does not make sense to give us an F rating for the estimate you asked us to give you. We also offered you a 15% discount on top of the Angie's List coupon. Sincerely Julia

Thank you for the review, I looked over your account to see what the reason was for your review. I noticed that you had wanted to have us hang a customer supplied light and use the $99 for $200 coupon. To install your customer supplied light would of been a charge of $110 which is covered in the coupon But, I see that you decided to ask the technician to give you an estimate on other work that you were wanting to have done such as adding 6 lights that were to be placed in a setting where there was no previous lighting so in order to have that done you must provided electrical to each of the lights you were wanting to have installed along with 6 switches to operate the lights and a breaker to hold the power to the lights and then the lights themselves. Which of course goes up in price anytime you want an estimate for that many items of course the price is much higher. Please know we did give you what you asked for even though you did not like the price. Also, I did call you after the time of service with the technician at no time did you tell me you were upset with the price this is something I could of taken care of immediately with you and it could of resulted in a different outcome. You are still welcome to call and discuss the pricing and see if there is something we could work out to make you happy. Sincerely Julia

True Tech did excellent work. They had much work to do in moving the box and stringing the wires to the outside. Everything was fine but it cost too much. That is why I would not hire them again even though the work was exceptional.
Description of Work: True Tech Electric moved the circuit breaker box from inside to outside my house. The box was more than 40 years old and needed replacing.
