The gentleman that came was knowledgeable and confident. He stayed until the air conditioner was up and running. They offer a yearly membership contract which I feel is a good thing. I would highly recommend them.

The electrician & assistant came into my home & looked at was the fuse box. Told me that the fuses were "doubled up" where they should not be and that the entire box, as well as the other fuse box outside my home both needed an overhaul. They said it was a huge danger. They also noted a silver pipe outside that connects an outdoor light was a hazard & that I was risking electrocution. Prior to quoting the jobs I had asked them to look at, they had a $5000 bid of work they said I needed done. They then quoted $450 to install the chandelier & $188 for EACH of the 3 bathroom lights. He was willing to cut the bid to $250 for the chandelier & $400 for the bathroom. Another electrician is charging me under $200 to install all the lights & said that the fuse box & pipe are completely ok True Tech tried to scare me into doing $5000+ of work telling me the house was dangerous as is which was false. They tried to pray on me because I have an older home, more expensive home.

I have used True Tech for electrical before so I called them to fix my A/C. The tech was so helpful and I got a much better deal than what I thought it was going to be. They even fixed the latch on my door that has been broke forever. Good guys.

Proposal was efficiently given and work began on schedule. However, problems arose because houses built 80 yrs ago are much tougher to work with than newer construction. Estimated 3 day job took 8 days. Some parts of work were left ragged - boxes not quite straight, plaster walls damaged more than necessary, minor details overlooked. But extra effort was expended to ensure satisfaction, especially after one tech accidentally drilled a hole through an upstairs bathtub while trying to create a path for wiring downstairs. Company rep agreed to a reasonable solution for the unexpected damage.

The work was outstanding! David was professional and took time to explain the installed device.

The salesman (who might have also been an electrician; we didn't get that far) showed up three and a half hours late and looked over the wiring job. I thought I was in trouble when he started in on the sales pitch for an HVAC service contract. I told him I was not interested. I knew I was in trouble when he pulled out TWO price lists: One for people on an ongoing HVAC service contract, the other for people who actually wanted electrical work done. We fiddled around with the price list(s) and when we got up to $1200 I asked him to leave. (Another electrical contractor did the job for under $500). I paid $34 for the service call and considered myself lucky to get salesman Joe out of the house for that. He had the gall to demand my driver license number as if my $34 check was going to bounce. I never saw the paper booties with which several other reviewers seemed impressed.

True Tech has done some electrical work for me so when I needed to have my A/C checked out I called them for a reference. They let me know that they also do Heat and Air work. So I had them out and the tech Dustin did a great job. It is cool in my house again.

The service man was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Everything was done just how we wanted and there was no mess left behind. I would definitely recommend their service to others in need of electrical work.

Based on my complaint, frequent electrical outages, the technician, Ever, inspected my breaker panel and meter base. He wrote up a detailed estimate. When I approved the estimate, the work was done very quickly. The overall price seem a bit high to me but certainly not out of reason.

True Tech are the only ones in the State Certified to make these permanent connections on aluminum wiring without having to replace your complete wiring system. So I thought I was stuck with them because they are the only choice. Turns out I would not ever let anybody else but True Tech work on my system in the future. These guys were excellent in everything from scheduling to completion. They also background check and drug test.

We called True Tech and their very friendly dispatch was able to schedule us for the next morning. They were on time. They took extra care before they even walked in our house covering their workshoes with shoe covers and being very courteous. The technician and I discussed what needed to be done. He then prepared an estimate with all the full details and description of what would be done and for how much. It was so easy. He got right to work after I signed the estimate. The overall quality was very nice. They were professional, knowledgeable, cleancut, and so careful. It was just a pleasure to have such nice workers doing the work. They then followed up the next morning with a courtesy call from their dispatch office to make sure we were completely satisfied with the workmanship that had been completed. We will definitely use True Tech for all of our electrical needs.

Very professional and clean. VERY HIGH PRICED. I had three lights put in and it cast almost $700. I will not be calling again.

I called True Tech to ask some questions and the guy who answered the phone was very helpful. I was able to get booked for the same day. So I booked and I was told the tech would be Kenny and they would call me before they started my way. When Kenny arrived he showed me his badge and put booties on and came in. We looked at my projects and Kenny gave my wife and I some ideas that would save us money. Well I could keep going but I will just let you know that we were very impressed with this company. And all of our work was completed the same day and Kenny never had to leave our home for parts etc. and yes, I may say they were a little high but well worth the extra. A+++ for True Tech Electric.

These guys are unbelievable. Just give them a call and see how they answer the phone. The technician even had on booties before entering my home. He said he didn't want to track anything in on my carpet. I have never had a company concerned about tracking something in! I LOVED that they have a lifetime warranty on their work. I have never been this impressed with a service company. They were so professional. Don't let me forget the tech's name is Rob. He was so caring! I will for sure have them out when I have electrical needs in the future. I also can request the same tech- now I like that!!! Thanks again. I almost forgot to tell you what I had done: I had some outlets installed in my master bath, a fan hung, and a fixture installed. The price was given to me up-front (that was nice).

I had True Tech out to get some ideas on my kitchen remodle. The tech, Robert, was super nice and had a lighting book for me to find my new fixtures. We went with the can lights and he installed them the same day.

Great experience. True Tech was the only company to take on the job and did it correctly. Clean, Neat and professional. I have had several other companies out and most just said they had no experience with the GE relay lighting system. A few tried to fix it but just made it worse. I was ready to give up when my freind told me about True Tech. They did the repair and I was very impressed with the level of competence from this company.

These guys were referred to me by Best Buy. They install a special power hook up and even installed the mount for the new flat panel TV. The tech even helped me get my other equipment hooked up to it at no extra charge.

True Tech helped me find the right lighting for my painting. They were referred to me by Best Buy to install power to my new plasma, but I had more work for them. Great company.

They gave my kitchen a new look. The recessed cans make my kitchen look great. Very professional company. I recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work done.

After this last storm I had a tree on my power lines. True Tech came out the same day, completed the repairs and got the power back on before the kids came home from school.

This company was amazing. Especialy after my last contractor was cursing in my home. True Tech has a policy that if they don't clean up, were floor savers, if they smoke,or if they use profanity you don't have to pay. This electrician was a true professional. The best service experience I have had yet.

I am so impressed with this company. I really like the price up front. I felt like I received what I paid for (Quality) and my overall expierence with this company has been great from the time I called in to the tech coming out. This company shows respect for their clients with the SHOE COVERS and the RED CARPET and CLEANING UP after finishing the work. I will call them out again. They are very honest and gave me serval options. I am now a True Service Club Member! I look forward to the advantage of that program.
