The guy was knowledgeable and knew what he is doing. The experience turned out really really well.

Their prices always seem to surprise me. They wanted way too much for the work today. As soon as I complained, they dropped the prices immediately. I should not have to complain to get the best price. I believe the owner is responsible for their business prices and policies.

I was pleased with their service. They did just fine.

They do a really great job. They are very clean. They even put on foot covers before they walk in the home. Their price is reasonable and they have always been on time.

They did a really nice job. It is now working perfectly. The personnel were friendly and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They also inspected our ac unit and furnace to ensure everything was working fine. We used their services because they are good and efficient. We also signed a contract for a year. We are really impressed with their services. I also like that I only deal with them directly. We purchased it from them, they installed it, and took care of everything.

They were great! They came at around midnight. They showed up and was very professional.

They have good customer service. The woman who answers the phone is always spot on about everything. One guy came, he was professional, and dressed nicely

He came in and began to inspect to look for any other problems. I explained I called for plumbing work and only wanted my sink repair. He repeatedly explained, "That is not how we do business". After much arguing, he finally fixed the problem. I was frustrated because I felt he was pushing additional sales on me. I then told him he should have explained this up front. The did fix what I wanted don but I really felt their advertising is misleading and they try to push additional sales.

The work was okay. However, they are way to expensive.

Our air conditioner condenser unit was not coming on. We called at 8 PM on a Friday for service, and the technician arrived within an hour. Prior to sending a technician out, they asked if we had verified that the breaker inside the house had not tripped. We verified that it had not. The technician examined the unit and discovered that one of the fuses had blown on the power supply. He discovered that the blown fuse was due to my negligence in making sure the condenser didn't have dust built up on the coils, and that the condenser had overheated due to lack of air flow and popped the fuse. He explained how to keep it clean and showed how to change the fuse should it happen again in the future. This technician did everything he could to keep me from having to call him again.

They are on Angie's List. It was one of the specials from Angie's List online. It was a good deal overall. The actual cost was $500, but I paid half the amount because of the specials. The equipment was decent. The technician was very good. He was very courteous. He was here and gone in a couple of hours. They did have to reschedule three times, which was a little aggravating; but we had a problem with the weather. They take their current clients than any of the specials. There was a minor hiccup with the scheduling. The technician was very good. He explained exactly what was going on. He explained about the best place to put the fan in.

Purchased a home surge protection from an ad on Angie’s list for $250.00; by the end of the project I had a new electrical panel a sub-panel for my generator and surge protection not only for the home electrical but also the home phone. Called and made an appointment and the electrician was at my home on time and inspected our panel and reported that it was not only over loaded but our last electrician that wired our shop/out building did it illegal and with no permits. Joe informed us that legally he could not touch our breaker box and said that we had two choices, one we could get our money back, or two he could fix the problems. The wife and I requested him to give us an estimate of the cost of correcting our electrical issues, also we asked for some additional work to be done but asked for estimate to be itemized so we could decide if we could afford the extras. After about an hour or so Joe had a full and complete itemized bid for our home electric problems, and went over each and every one of them. He told which ones were necessary and which ones were nice to have. Joe spent 6 days at our house and on average 8 to 10 hours a day. Joe personally went do and got the permits and displayed they at our home, also after the work was complete he make sure the inspector came out to sign it off. The inspector from the city came out to look over his work and he commented in all is years this job was the nicest job he has seen in a long time. So, if you are looking for a company and a electrician that will treat your home like their own Call True Tech Home Service and ask for Joe.

Donnie was early but he had called and let us know. He did a thorough inspection and advised us on other services. He also set an appointment for us with a plumber to install our tankless water heater.

Salesman came out and was very pushy and made my wife very uncomfortable. Only brought the prices out when we were seperated, used bad language including the F word in front of my wife and myself. Completely unacceptable and lack of professionalism. If you're going to come into my house to do business that costs 5k or more, show some respect. Wouldn't use them and wouldn't recommend them, go to Interstate Heat and Air, very professional and polite. On the phone he also told me he didn't want to come out to my house unless he was the last company I called, since that's the company that usually gets the job. Seriously? You have a chance for a 5k job and you lecture me on what conditions you will and won't come out to my house? Get out of here, and learn how to do business with some respect for the customers.

I called True Tech to get some new fencing installed, after a wind storm knocked an 8-10ft section on one side. After spending 45 minutes looking at everything other than my fence, the two men informed me that there were more pressing issues to fix! They said I needed a new roof, siding, and windows! They wrote up a ridiculous quote and offered me financing. I told them all I wanted was that one section of my fence replaced, which upset them, then told me it would be $1800 to for 8-10 feet of standard stockade fencing. RIDICULOUS COMPANY!!!!!

The problem occurred on a Saturday evening,. The service call was prompt and finished on a Sunday morning. The drain was cleaned and new disposal was installed.

It was about a 10-15 minute job, the price was unbelievable. The thermostat was $173 and the disposal was $381. We already had the thermostat and disposal here. Needless to say we weren't very happy about it. The disposal guy wasn't too bad, he got in there and did his work. The other guy just kind of stumbled around.

Called this company to come out to check on a clogged toilet. They arrived timely and were polite. After looking at the situation he went to his truck and came back with an estimate of $391.00 to unclog my toilet. That was outrageous, in that one could purchase the tools needed to do this job for far less and it is not that complicated. I declined the estimate and was told that there was still a $89.00 service fee that needed to be collected. I told him I didn't have the money to pay that and he did waive the service fee. I later checked online on how to clear a clogged toilet & was surprised at the answer. Just pour about a half bottle of blue Dawn dish soap in the toilet & wait the next day before flushing it the clog will come loose. I did just that and it has not clogged up since and I am writing this a year later. Can't believe they wanted that much to do a job that a five dollar bottle of soap fixed. I will never use this company as it is all about money & not providing a service at a reasonable price.

I wanted 3 pendant lights hung in my kitchen over my bar, it is already wired and a switch is on the wall for it. I had True Tech come out, he went to his truck, figured the price and came back in with an estimate of $911 that is ridiculous, I had someone else come out and quote me $90 per hr and told me it would take no more than 2 hrs. They were professional; however, they were overpriced and I would not use them or refer anyone to this company.

I found this company on Angie's List. They have done multiple jobs for us. I have five properties. Overall, they were pretty good. They have a True Tech service that you pay for, and then you are supposed to be a priority. I tried them twice. I was in dire need, and they let me down both times. Even though I paid for the service, they were unable to serve me. I had to have him refund my membership. I tried them again, and they jacked the price way up and argued like crazy. Then, they lowered the price and agreed with it. I am wary of them. You have to watch them. The owner will not come forward to talk. When I talked to the people on the phone, the owner would refuse to get on the phone. He tries to be professional, but he isn't.

I began using this company several years ago when they only did electrical service work. They had an excellent and professional technician Brian,who unfortunately no longer works for them. They have always provided very professional service and give detailed estimates prior to work.They are on the expensive side, but i have found them worth it. They offer a service partner agreement for 26 a month which does provide a substaintial discount if you are planning to have major work done. Usually the same technician comes to your house. They now offer heat and air as well as plumbing service. The only problem i have had is when i had some new outlets installed and a bout a year later a different technician did an inspection (provided free each year as part of service plan) and told me the work was not up to code. (needed to replace outlets in garage with GFCI outlets) Maybe different people have ideas about the electrical code. Overall, i have been pleased with their work and will continue to use them as i like having one company that can meet all my needs. They do sometimes try to push expensive extras..but not too hard. I will say my neighbor began to use them after me and did become disatisfied because they could not come out to fix an emergency in a timely manner (she thought)

The lady at the office was very nice and helpful, she called me 3 times to let me know where he was and about when he would arrive, he showed up on time and was very professional, I told him what he needed , then he said he needed to go to the van to figure price, 15 minutes later he came back and showed me the price,$ 2056.00 I about fell over, previously I'd called a couple of other people and got phone estimate for the bath fan/heater install, and was quoted between 160.00 and 240.00 to install. True tech was wanting 455.00. So the remaining $800.00 was for installing GFI receptacles ? WOW. I will defiantly have other electric companies come out and get bid for same job, oh I was providing the bath fan my estimate in my head I was thinking it would be between 400.00-600.00, I'll see how close I am with other companies, if there prices were better I'd bet they do more business, because they are surely professional.

I don't know where to start! This company is absolutely wonderful. I called this morning and spoke with a very nice young lady, I informed her about the leak I had under my kitchen sink. She was able to get a plumber out right away for me and Randy was here within the hour. When he arrived, he evaluated the situation and let me know exactly what the cost would be, and fixed it right then and there! I even set up an appointment with them for later this afternoon to have their Handy Man come out to repair the water damage in my cabinet! This company has very high standards for their workmanship and their employees and that made my experience with them all the better! I would recommend them to anyone anytime!

When the plumber came, he was rude about having to be called out on a Saturday. We called the office to comment on how we were being treated and they called him while he was still at the house. He talked to me about how my S/O didn't understand what all was involved with plumbing, etc. Plumbing backed up again 2 weeks later and the same service person came out. Spent an entire day walking around the house and tearing holes in the walls to try to figure out what needed to be done to fix the "problem" but no snaking of the drain done. Given a quote of $1500 to put in a 2nd clean out trap in the downstairs bathroom and when the plumber left, there was still sewage backing up into the garage and we were leaving the next day for a week. We were promised that it would be taken care of while we were gone and we made arrangement to have someone let them into the house. We called T/T 2 days before we were to return (since our friends had never been called) and were told that it was going to be more money ($3000) and they were going to have to cut into the deck. Told T/T to wait and when we got home, called another plumber who came out and used a camera. Found a large root ball in the line leading from the house to the main sewer and snaked from the clean out in the yard for $300 (total). No problems since and we have not renewed the True Tech 'Membership'. Every time we had them out for any 'free' maintenance, they always tried to sell us more.......NOT WORTH IT - BIG SCAMMERS!!!!!! Even the former employee who came to fix the holes in the walls after we complained (not the plumber) told us the day before had been his last day with the company because he didn't like their practices and was uncomfortable with having to try to 'sell' more service. He didn't charge us for the repairs, used his own supplies and tools and refused to let me pay him anyway. What does that say about a company????
