The contractor immediately called us, provided an estimate, and set up a 2-day installation period in late October. However, on the first day of installation I was notified that an essential part was missing and that the second day of installation was postponed until they received the part. After 2 weeks of waiting I called True Tech and was informed that the part did not come in. After another week of waiting and another call they informed me that they had to cancel the order and reorder the part. Finally a week later the part came in. The tech was extremely professional and competent, but I am not sure of company management. It appears that it was my calls that got the company to take action on my order!

They were wonderful. Installed the generator outside while the temperature was in the low 20's. Skilled, efficient, professional; could not have asked for more.

Alan was on time and professional. Explained the devise and how it worked. He also provided me a bid for some other work around the house which I plan to use True Tech to perform.

They cleaned three rooms of carpet. They were OK but, I have had better carpet cleaning. I would rate them as average!

He did a good job, he cleaned up what little mess was made. He was also very responsive to any questions I had.

hey got the $75 prepaid, IThis was the 2nd big deal I've purchased from Tru Tech. A $75 for a $150 worth of service. The 1st was a $59 ceiling fan installation. Let me preface this review by saying the work done was not a problem. However, starting with the 1st, a $89 service fee was charged, after having had paid for the service prior to arrival. Not a rhetorical question, but what is that fee for? Particularly if the work is done. I did find a 1/2 off coupon for that, so $45. Then, having read others' reviews, about other high(er) expenses, I decided to cut my losses. They got the $75 prepaid, but that's where it will end.

Repaired malfunctioning breaker by replacement. They are very good but expensive.

From the outset, true tech's staff was responsive. Setting up a same day service call was easy, and seemed to not burden them with my urgent request. tBrian from true tech arrived late in the afternoon, and was very courteous to my family members. He wore booties on our already wet carpet, and was informative about what needed to be done. The quote was made that day and he obtained the materials for the repair. Further, requested an additional fix that Brian did not hesitate to finish or take on. Brian stayed late, and completed the work requested. Everything works fine. I feel like we got what we paid for and more. Will use true tech again.

Very friendly service from the scheduler to the maintenance team - offered the option of using coupon offered through Angie's List as a way to save money! Very pleased with that - every little bit of help counts. I would use again!

Installed a whole house 20KW Generac generator. Installation went as described by Tru Tech installer, Alan Roberts. Alan was personable, efficient, and professional.

I bought a big deal - $99 for $200 worth of plumbing labor. The plumber came out and gave me his estimates which were outrageous in my opinion. He said parts were extra. I called Angies List to ask for a refund, and you offered to find me a different plumber who would honor the $99 for $200 worth of labor. He came out today - very nice and pleasant young man. He gave me prices which were in some instances significantly higher than the first plumber. Two items: 1.) install a new sink drain and 2.) install new flapper in my toilet totaled $175.71. (I don't know if he was including parts, but I think so.) I could have done those two but the other $25.00 would have come back to me as store credit which I would never use because everything else was way too expensive. I told him I was going to cancel the BIG DEAL which isn't such a big deal. I am very disappointed with Angie's List plumbers due to their sky-high prices. I understand the plumber's pricing structure, but this is not a good deal for me. Please refund my $99 immediately and cancel this big deal. Thank you.

I had my Angie's List coupon for $150 off service that was estimated to cover replacing 3 light fixtures. I was not informed about the $89 service call charge before the estimate on the work was given after the technician arrived at the house and checked everything out. This should have been information I received when the appointment was made. She was very knowledgeable and willing to explain what was going on with each task. I did agree to the work. She did have to spend time in the attic to get the extra wiring done. By the time you figure in the cost of the fixture I had already purchased, the lighting fix in by master bath was very expensive.

45 minutes for appointment. Problem was something other than water heater. They addressed problem in 20 minutes promptly.

Joe the electrician was great. Communicated well. Was respectful to my household. Did good work. I will use him again.

Went great - Joe explained everything in detail prior to work and we agreed on work to be performed.

The guys who installed the generator were great- punctual, clean and friendly. They even wore booties inside the house. My only bad experience was with an office worker who was new to the job. She kept interrupting the work with phone calls to send the workers to another assignment (before my job was finished!) I called the office manager the next morning and the problem was quickly dealt with and I received many apologies and assurances that it would never happen again. Special thanks to Julia for that. Allen has been by to check on wireless remote receiver /transmitter I ordered and worked on getting it set up and functioning. The generator works flawlessly when it tests itself every week and thank goodness I have never needed it for real, but I have no doubt it will kick in during a real power outage.

Technician arrived on time and quickly completed the job. I had to call them out on a weekend as I was having guests in my house that day and the drain on the tub had to be fixed. Called them on a Friday and they came out as promised on Saturday and fixed the drain.

The work went well. Barbara arrived on time and evaluated the problem. She explained what was needed to take care of the problem and that the work would be without electricity for about eight hours. She went and got the supplies that were needed and worked diligently until she finished that evening. The dry wall had to be cut to get the electrical panel out. Before leaving, Barbara called True Tech and set up an appointment for the dry wall to be repaired on Tuesday. I was surprised when I got the bill for the work. In addition to the $2326.10 for the work, I was charged $89 for the service call. The repairman did not come on Tuesday and I did not receive a call from the company. I called them and was given another appointment. Thirty minutes after the time of the appointment, I received a call saying he would not be able to do it that day. Again, another appointment was made. The repairman did show up this time and on time. He replaced the drywall. While it was drying, he left and said he would be back in two hours. He did not return that day. He came back the next day to do the painting.

Carl called to say he was on the way. By the time he arrived, it was past the time frame I had been given. I commented on how long it took his to get here. He said the job he came from was not in Oklahoma City. The pipe to an outside faucet was leaking. Carl removed the pipe and when to get a new pipe. He returned; installed the new pipe; and replaced the mortar. Carl was quite professional.

We were happy with it. I had some extra work done that were not on Angie's List but we have to hold on to the price. I had some outlets replaced that had a little reset button because I didn't have those. I also had a lightning rod thing put in, it was like 6 or 8-foot deep because if the house get struck by lightning, the house won't catch on fire. They did a good job and I would use them again. I think they came late when they originally supposed to.

The install went pretty smooth, although I had to asked the technician to re-set the new light fixture so that the gap in the front didn't show. I purchased the $75 for $150 worth of Electrical services "deal" through Angie's List, but the install took only about an hour and i was charged another $180 on top of the $75 I had already paid, so the "deal" seemed to be a scam to me.

Way too expensive! They tried to sell me something I did not ask for! Utilized another plumber who did the work which only cost me around $3400.00. But, the second plumber was argumentative and did not seem to have his mind on the job. The business owner gave me the estimate but it was a licensed plumber/worker who did the work. I would not recommend either business.

Did a good job, really helped out that we were in a hurry to close on the property, and found out at the last min we needed this done to close. The service scheduler lady, really went out of her way to get it done in a timely manner to help us out! Service tech that came out got the job done fast and did excellent work.

True Tech followed through on the job with true professionalism.
