Roger was the installer of the fans, did a fantastic job, I commend his aptitude and work ethics.

I made the mistake of buying the Angie's list coupon for $150 of electrical service for $75, thinking I could get a porch light fixture, ceiling fan as well as a light switch that weren't working replaced. Since all of these are pretty simple jobs for an electrician, I thought the total bill would be around $150 or a little more. Nope, the total estimate for these three repairs? $840. Really?? That's right, I was forced to chose one with my paid for coupon so I chose the porch light fixture ($265) and ended up paying $115 in addition to the $75 I had already spent. In all irony, it took the electrician longer to write up the estimate in his truck (20 mins) than it did for him to replace the light fixture (15 mins) It's probably my fault for going for the advertised deal, but the prices seem unreasonably expensive.

We had purchased a Big Deal for $99 for $200 worth of plumbing labor. The technician showed up on time, but did not seem prepared for the job that we had requested, even though my husband had discussed the job with the person making the appointment. He did not seem to have the right tools, had to read the directions included with the replacement kit, and still made a couple of mistakes that my husband had to point out and ask to have redone. He started to leave without replacing all the parts in the tank, but finished when my husband pointed out that the work was not complete. The technician then handed my husband an invoice for over $400! When my husband protested, the technician pointed out that the plumbers got $110.00/hr for their labor and he had been there for 3 hours (plus parts). When my husband called the office, he talked with someone who agreed to lower the total bill by $100.00. We ended up paying over $125 in addition to the $200 coupon we had paid for. The bottom line is that the technician took 3 hours to do a hour job, causing my husband to miss a whole morning away from work in addition to costing us at least twice what it should have. We had used this company before for another job (cleaning out a dryer vent) and were very pleased with the service, so we felt safe purchasing this deal and having this company do the work. But we will not be using their services again after today's fiasco.

The plumber was a very nice gentlemen and went above and beyond in his work!

The scheduling process with Julia was very courteous and flexible. I was able to get a next-day appointment. As the appointed time approached, I received a phone call stating that the technician was detained on an earlier call. I was given a new projected arrival time, which was completely acceptable to me, and a promise for updates. I received another call later stating that the technician was on his way and would be arriving in approx. 30 mins. I was also told the trip charge was waived since my original appt time had not been met. Chris arrived at the expected time, was courteous, neat, and thorough. I received an estimate before work began. The estimate was lower than I expected! Chris completed the work in a timely manner and provided me thorough and legible documentation. Recommended without reservation!

Joe and Julia were very nice and professional! Joe was very friendly while he was working, and he invited me to watch and learn over his shoulder or just chat with. I felt comfortable with him at my home, and I felt he was giving his best even as things got more complicated than anticipated. Julia worked with me to make sure I got the best discounts with Angie's List coupons and was very helpful!

The guy said my current wires were the wrong size and couldn't do it. ??? Had someone else do it for me. This is the SAME stovetop I have had for 15 years, simply wanted to make a plug connection. True Tech guy didn't seem to know the difference between a solid gage wire and a twisted gage wire. I waisted my money on these guys.

Since surge protection installation I've had no problems.

The workers were great, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. They explained everything before starting and cleaned up after they were done. I was very impressed.

He had to reschedule due to illness. I had to reschedule due to a change in my schedule. We did get a date that worked for both of us about 10 days after the original scheduled service. He was prompt and efficient. I am satisfied.

The technician did a good job. I think the price was high but this was the first time using a handyman for electrical work (replaced 2 light fixtures and 1 exhaust fan) and I don't have a comparison.

It worked out fine and we were selling our house and needed some repairs done. The scheduling was fine. They got the job done in about an hour. The electrician was courteous and professional.

THEY REALLY WORKED HARD TO GET THE JOB DONE, BUT HAD TO RETURN A SECOND TIME TO FINISH -UP. THEY WERE GREAT TO HAVE IN OUR HOME AND WORK FOR US. EVEN WITH THE $99.00 SPECIAL, THE TOTAL PRICE SEEMED VERY HIGH.

They came and they did a good job. They matched the price that we have had from another competitor. They did what they were supposed to do.

1) It took 72 hours to complete the work. 2) Assistants (a different one each day) seemed very green and inexperienced. 3) Was told I could split the work into two jobs because of the high cost. 4) HALFWAY through, was told OGE would not turn on the power until ALL the work was completed. 5) This work depleted ALL my accounts. Had to borrow money from my unemployed son. 6) Paid for a one-year "Service Plan" (for $25 a month) to get a "discount." Some discount. 7) First "Service Plan" call found SIX THOUSAND dollars worth of repairs (repair furnace, replace duct work, etc.) 8) Service Plan "technician" talked too fast; had difficulty explaining the "problems." I repeatedly asked for clarification. I used this company because it was the ONLY one in Midwest City that answered their phone. Expected the work to be done quickly. I knew the work was WAY overpriced and did not believe their story about OGE; but OGE seemed to back them up. Because the work was already half finished, felt like I had no choice but to let them finish. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY (unless you have money to burn).

Had a new panel installed, grounded, and upgraded my electric service box, by a licensed electrician, for $2,200 including everything. Just felt like I was being hustled.

Electrician was very pleasant and helpful, I felt very comfortable having her in my home and she was great to spend time explaining how motion feature worked.

They were very prompt and courteous and replaced the unit in a very short time period.

The bid was $550 for a simple job. I think it was horrible. They came on time.

Promised items on the coupon included surge protector on main panel, surge protection for TV's computer, alarm etc., limited $25,000 protected equipment warranty, 10 year product warranty, check grounding, inspect busbar , breakers and connections, evaluate panel condition. Work order shows "Install Main Panel Surge Protection." a low end surge protector was tacked on to the wall next to my main panel. Flush mount plate not used since it wasn't mounted flush as per unit instructions. Unit has 10 year warranty. Requested the $25,000 protected equipment warranty from TrueTech, was resent surge protector instructions with it's 10 year warranty. Called Leviton the surge protector manufacturer and found not other warranty existed or implied for this model including weather it will protect what Angie's coupon said it would protect. Second coupon used from Angie's List, second time burned.

They were on time and quickly loaded the items I needed out of an apartment in Norman and then moved them to a storage unit in Edmond. I truthfully don't think I could have rented a truck and moved the items myself for the amount I paid them.

Replaced Ac thermostat and he did a great job

Had a plumbing leak into a crawl space on a rental property that had gone undetected until the tenant complained there was a strong odor. I called my regular plumber who is very honest, dependable & affordable. He said there was a leak from the kitchen sink, disposal, dishwasher, and washer drain line that had pooled under the house near the crawlspace access. He said it was about a 3 hr job but he was no longer able to do work in crawlspaces or do any digging due to his age. So I went on Angie's list to find someone else. True Tech was able to come out the next day which I was please about. I mentioned the coupon for $99 for $200 worth of plumbing repairs and I was not required to purchase it prior to the service call which was also good. The problem was the estimate. The plumber said they would have to cut a hole in my hardwood floor to create a crawlspace because the access was too small to get through, then they would have to lay plastic down over the wet areas in order to do the work, then wanted to know if I would need the hole repaired. Of course I would not want the hardwood floor left damaged so I said yes I would require it be repaired thinking they wouldn't tear it up if they had to fix it. The estimate was for $3200. However, if I purchased a home service agreement for $26 per month they would take 20% off the bill bringing it down to $2600. This would include all my other rentals as well. It seemed like a good deal but I wanted to get another estimate. I paid them $45 for their service call because I was an Angie's list consumer which was a good price because my trusty plumber charges $95. I called my own plumber to ask about the charges and he said he thought it was outrageous. I called plumbing company number 3. They came out, dug out the dirt covering the crawlspace access instead of cutting a hole in the floor. The leak was right at the crawlspace access so the work didn't take long. He found that the old metal pipe was making contact with the dirt and had corroded. The house was over 50 years old. He cut out the bad part and replaced it with 10 feet of pvc pipe. My bill was $645. It took a total of 2 hours from start to finish. I thought the bill was high for 2 hrs of work but after what I had just experienced I was happy to pay it. If I had it to do over again, I would made sure they spread baking soda, lye, charcoal, fresh dirt or some type of natural product to help the smell go away faster. I asked for it while making the service call but when the work was completed I found it was not done and the plumber who did the work did not know I asked for it.

They were great! I can't recommend them any higher. They were courteous and didn't mind going the extra mile for me making sure they could get it done without any extra cost. Highly recommend!

Everything was okay. The discount on the big deal was only for the first $100, so it was misleading how they wrote it. They were fine but I don't think I would use them again though. The price was ridiculous.
