Great, experienced service. Will use again.

All of the work was done professionally. The service technicians were polite, thorough and made sure I understood everything they were doing. They cleaned up all of the old materials and hauled off all of the old equipment. There were no surprises and the prices quoted were the prices I paid. I will definitely use their services for future work and would recommend them to others.

Punctual and professional. A little expensive to me, but probably standard prices.

The work from the coupon was not done. Instead I had an attic fan installed.

Scheduling was difficult because of my issues, not True Tech's. True Tech could not complete the work until the floor replacement had been finished. The floor couldn't be finished until the faulty cutoff valve was replaced so this necessitated several trips but the True Tech professionals took care of the problems in a timely manner without becoming frustrated with the situation. After the toilets were set, there was an issue with one that didn't seem to work right. They came back, analyzed the problem and fixed it. I really appreciate their understanding in dealing with the flooring problems that created scheduling issues..

ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED. VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. RAN INTO A LOT OF PROBLEMS CONNECTING DISHWASHER DUE TO PLUMBING/ELECTRICAL ISSUES, BUT COMPLETED THOROUGH JOB. JOB TOOK A LOT LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT DID NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT - JUST DID WHAT IT TOOK TO GET IT DONE.

See UPDATE below... Enjoyed scheduling the service with Julia who was friendly, outgoing, and waived the traveling fee! She then delivered as promised by calling me when the plumbers were headed my way. Chris and Eric came out the same day, which was greatly appreciated since I had just gotten my yard sprayed for weeds and I needed to water my yard! They assessed the need to replace one spigot. Then, instead of replacing the second one, Chris "mcgyvered" it by finding a washer in their work van and adapting it to fit. I really appreciated his effort to save my money by doing a simple fix rather than a more costly one!!!! Eric even took the extra moment to show me how to work my new water sprinkler! There was one issue which was resolved. The quote given by Chris and Eric was higher than expected because of what I understood Julia to say when scheduling. They called Julia and we agreed on a price - which was actually still more than another plumber had quoted for a simple replacement that did not require crawl space or outdoor/indoor wall work. Yet with the Angie's List coupon I ended up paying less. After completing the work, I showed Chris and Eric additional plumbing work needed in the future. I look forward to receiving their quote and hope it is comparable (or even better than others!) because I would like working with the guys again! UPDATE..............After learning more, I realized I was lied to and actually received POOR service, in addition to being overcharged. On the backyard spigot, I specifically asked if we could just replace the gadget on the end where all the water spray was coming from. I was told the only fix was replacement ($250) because the part can't be obtained separately. This is not true! I learned that vacuum breakers just screw onto the spigot and can be purchased at home improvement stores and Locke Supply - which is where they purchased my front yard replacement spigot! I don't know but I strongly suspect there was a much cheaper and easier fix for the front yard spigot as well (a cap replacement which I specifically asked about); yet, they charged for a full replacement. Then there is the issue of overcharging - which I initially stated. However now that I know that I was already "taken" by True Tech I really resent having to confront them about the charge discrepancy. Although I strongly suspected, I now feel confident that the "Angie's List" coupon from True Tech was just a sales gimmick with no real savings. They just inflated the price to show a supposed discount. I do not trust this company to be honest in diagnosing the problem, choosing a solution that is in the customers best interest, and charging a reasonable rate for services. Ironically since I am remodeling an old home, True Tech lost the potential for much plumbing and other work due to short-sided greed.

Service was highly responsive to customer time constraints. Work was quick and thorough. The cost was higher than anticipated as the charge was per light.

The price was somewhat expensive, but I would have them again for the convenience of getting everything done at one time.

It turned out okay. It took a while for communications to get correct. We paid $100 up front for a $200 job. The price was steep and we were not happy about that. I would not use them again.

True Tech originally came out to clean my dryer vent on 12/27/13. It was apparent that the vent needed to be cleaned because it was taking too long for clothes to dry in the dryer. The company''s technician came to my house, cleaned the dryer vent and the problem appeared to be fixed as the clothes would now dry in the dryer in a single cycle. About 6 weeks later I began having the same problem again so I called True Tech, let them know that they had been out on 12/27/13 to perform the same service, and asked them to come out again. We scheduled the appointment for 3/10/14 and the technician (a different technician from the first visit) arrived to clean the vent. He informed me that it would cost me $193.50 to clean the vent and I explained that they had been out a few weeks earlier and I asked if it would covered under warranty. The technician did not know the answer so I told him I would call their office while he went to his truck to get the necessary tools to complete the job. Before I called the office I looked at my work order receipt from the first visit. On the back it reads in the paragraph titled LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY (all caps), then in small print ".....has a lifetime warranty on it's workmanship if stated in writing by the technician on the face hereof." I went ahead and called the office and asked the representative if they would stand behind their work they had performed a few weeks earlier. She said she was going to check and call me right back. Meanwhile, the technician proceeded to clean the dryer vent. I will skip to the end - The girl I talked to about the warranty did not have the courtesy to call me back even though I was very pleasant when I spoke to her on the phone. The technician cleaned my vent a second time. Also, he discovered that there was hole on the vent flap on the roof that was causing water to drip into the vent pipe and causing the lent to become damp, thereby restricting the vent. Unfortunately, the first tech did not notice this problem. I rated the company's service as a C and I think that was very kind. However, I believe in the phrase "Buyer Beware"and I did not catch the fine print where the warranty must me written on the front of the work order. However, I will not do business with True Tech in the future. I prefer to spend my money with people who do the right thing and True Tech dropped the ball when it comes to customer service. One last thing - This rating in on the company, not the technicians.

It turned out okay. It was a little more expensive than I expected. I thought that the little thing that I wanted done, would be under $200. I would use them again.

It went fine and he was through in 30 minutes.

It well, took a little longer than expected. The electrician also seemed very interested in selling me more service, $4000.00 more. The Angie's list $200 for $99 didn't make much of a "dent" in the final bill.

Provider arrived a few minutes late, but otherwise did a good job.

Fixed everything as promised and were very professional.

Tru Tech arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, inspected all the sinks and toilets and then had to run out to Locke's Supply to get the part. Returned promptly and replaced the valve. The cost of the valve was not included in the special. By going with the special, and my total out of pocket costs being $139, I still saved probably $60 over a standard plumbing service call.

The installation was fine, no issues. Fast and professional. Didn't get to use it that much due to date it was installed. All personnel we dealt with in person or on the phone were friendly, polite and professional.

These guys are consistently good. We don't hesitate to call them when we need assistance. They are friendly, helpful, and professional.

Joe, Technician, was punctual and nice. He was courteous and helpful with suggestions and completed the projects in a timely fashion. The only problem I have is trying to get used to the bathroom switch which is backwards for me. I'm still trying. :) Note to any future customers: Be sure and read all the fine print in ALL offers by ALL companies. This offer was $99 for $200 of electrical service. This is what I mean about the fine print: No where on the "deal" was a travel charge mentioned. (copy of deal follows). After he was going to deduct the travel charge I was going to end up owing over $40 after paying $99 to get $200 worth of electrical work done. When I told him there was no mention of a travel charge in the deal, he did the job for the $99 already paid. So please, pay attention to the details. Everything went very smoothly. It was evident the installers knew exactly what they were doing. It took a total of two full days to complete the installation and instruct us on how it would work. They started the first day by digging up some shrubs where we had decided to place the generator outside the house. So we did not even have to prep the area for them they did it all. They worked very hard for the two full days. We did have a situation come up the weekend following the work completion on Friday. As of Friday evening we found we had no hot water. It turned out they had forgotten to light pilot lights on the hot water heaters and the fireplace. No big deal.

Someone else showed up for apt than who we had scheduled. Just moved in, needed to use dryer, she had us over a barrel with price.
