Allan and Tony were knowledgeable, friendly, polite and on time. They were very thorough and advised that I update my breaker panel before adding the generator as it would only cause more problems. They were dressed in uniform and even wore shoe protectors in my house. I have decided to not upgrade my breaker panel at this time and thus am not going forward with the deal. I have requested a refund from Angie's List. This was a great experience with them and would definitely consider them for future service.

It was a good experience, and everything went well. The electrician was a great guy, did the work as promised, and successfully repaired the lighting.

I purchased that because of the deal they have for the electric stuff. There was no extra charge. It went pretty well. The guy did a pretty good job.

Easy to schedule, they showed up on time, very nice installer, did work quickly, inquired if there was anything else I needed done. I thought surely $150 would cover the cost - but their cost to do that was actually $176 so I ended up paying an additional $26. I was surprised because I had recently had similar work done on a rent house with 2 outside lights and 2 inside lights installed - in that case there was no existing fixture and they had to run new lines. That was only $400 - so I thought this company's prices were a little too high. I still stick with my old company because they have better pricing.

They have a two-tier pricing schedule kind of like the members and the non members and I don't know if I want to continue paying the monthly membership for the discounted rate.

It was ok. Scheduling was easy. The plumber was on time, was friendly and professional. He wasn’t able to repair the leak in the drain without doing a lot of other stuff, but he patched it and its holding fine.

They were OK but they cost way to much.

Had an old valve that was leaking, an emergency to my way of thinking, they got to our repair very quickly. Told us who was coming and when. Had to go get the part, replace it and relight all gas appliances. Done in under an hour. Very nice people to work with and Carl was neat, clean and polite.

Went very smoothly. Technician was very friendly and helpful. Great job!

Both technicians were very professional and friendly. When I asked them to install a microwave and range due to a recent kitchen remodel, they checked with their office and immediately installed those two items as well. Looks like they have my business from here on out.

My experience turned out good. They were able to come out the next day of when I purchased the big deal. They were responsive to me.

Gave us a cost estimate for work in excess of $400.00 to install ventilation fan and add electrical box (which electrical box we felt was not necessary). In addition, it seemed more like a sales pitch for their monthly membership service (that cost about $26.00 per month). I have emailed this service provider for a $75.00 refund.

This was a great Angie's Deal, $49 for approx. 2 hrs of service. It takes a long time to drain and flush a 50 gal water heater. Caution be prepared for other things to go wrong that are not covered in the deal. Had to replace the water shut-off valve and the pressure valve that were corroded from the hard water we have in Oklahoma City. I believe both were fine until they had to be turned off to drain the water heater, but that act causes them to need to be replaced. But I had no problem with True Tech Home Services, they performed what was in the deal.

I guess I did not interpret the deal correctly, as I thought it was $75 for $150 in electrical service. The workers were very prompt and courteous, and did a good job installing a new light fixture on my back porch. However, the man told me the deal was for installation of a ceiling fan or interior light fixture and would not apply to exterior work. He said I would have to get a refund of the $75 I had paid for the deal from Angie's List and he charged $230.00 for the job, which I paid to him.

He came out on time and was very professional. He gave me a detailed list of the services and prices, but the project was going to cost more than the deal, so I have decided to cancel for now. However, I would use him in the future if I needed to.

I refused to schedule the "ESTIMATE" and we parted civilly - I hung up after wishing them a good day. This has all the earmarks of a scam or an inflated sense of importance.

I bought a coupon for $75 for installation of ceiling fan There was nothing in there indicating the $75 was "toward" installation. When the old fan had been taken down, I was informed the junction box wasn't compatible with the new fan and the cost would be an additional $162.84. I knew the cost of the new wall switch was not included in the $75 price. Maybe I am wrong but $86.00 to change out a wall switch seemed a little high to me. I asked about cost to replace wall sockets and was told they were $106 PER SOCKET. The price went down to $86 if more than one was replaced. The workmen were very nice and polite and cleaned up the mess after installation. I had no complaints about them or their work I just think the coupon was a misrepresentation of what it covered. I don't t think I can afford this company for anything else.

They were on time and did the job I asked them to do.

Electric plug went without any surprises but REALLLY pleased that my Jacuzzi is working so well now.

Office contact person was helpful and professional. The two young men who installed the fan arrived at the scheduled time and were professional in appearance and demeanor, They did an outstanding job, including hauling away the box the fan came in. in. The price, including the installation of a new electrical outlet box and additional support in the attic for the heavy fan I provided, was fair and reasonable.

Two men came out for work. The job took them about three hours to complete. They cleaned up well after completing the job. It was just fine.

I called the company and set up an appointment in the same week. Servicemen showed up on time and were nice and polite. The work was professionally done. Without the discount, the cost would have been $875. As it was, I paid $774 for 4 man-hours of work, or close to $200 an hour. I authorized the work because I wanted to get it over with. Very expensive.
