We purchased a heating and air conditioning unit from them. They found leaks where we did not know we had them and now our electric bill reflects it. They had installed it and had the inspectors come out too. After the inspector noted a few items where improvements could be made, True Tech came right back out and resolved them. They were always top notch! Every technician that we dealt with within the company was great.

Because we had the agreement with them, we were supposed to be put as a priority when we needed service. I am unsure of what happened, but they stopped coming out for routine services without having to call them first. When we would call them, the lady who answered would say the person who takes care of our service was not in and they would call us back. They never got back to us. Our agreement with them ended up getting cancelled and it was never renewed. Usually, when the service agreement ends, they are very responsive and good about contacting us to renew. It had started out really well and we were always very pleased with their services. However, it went downhill fast and we couldn’t get them out here when we needed a plumber. We have since been using other companies.

I have been doing business with them for a couple of years now. They have always been responsive and show up when I call them out. They schedule your appointment within a time frame, but the technician does call before coming. With the contract, if you ever have an emergency, they put you at the top of the list. They also offer a discount on any repairs and come out twice a year to check the heating and air conditioning unit. I initially hired them for electrical and plumbing services when I needed a dishwashers installed into the home I had moved into. I chose them because they can complete all the work themselves instead of having to hire several other companies or subcontractors. They arrive on time to appointments and their prices are reasonable. Overall, I am very pleased with their services and I think that they are great!

I had them come out for three different jobs. They always came when they said they would and stuck to the price that was given beforehand. For the plumbing job, the technician did tear up my yard a bit. When I contacted them about it, the supervisor came out immediately and corrected it. I am overall very satisfied with the work they did.

They serviced the unit one month before the replacement. We would have appreciated a heads up notice that the unit was going to need to be replaced. I don’t know if they could have told us if the unit was on its last legs, but it would have been nice to know in advance. They told us that the unit had been installed improperly seven years ago and that is why it needed to be replaced. Overall, we were pleased with the unit and the installation.

I've used them for years and I've always been happy with them. The installation has held up fine and they did a good job. They cleaned up well and finished it in about 6 hours. The two people that came out were very professional and scheduling was straightforward, too. I'd recommend them.

They did a fine job! They were right on time and did exactly what I needed. They replaced some things in my water heater and it's held up fine since then. They finished the work in about 1.5 - 2 hours. Any future plumbing I need will be between them and one other competitor -- mostly because they're a bit pricey. They do a good job keeping you informed and are very professional.

They did a great job! I've used them before and I'll continue to use them. They're a bit pricey but they do good work. A- in quality of work. I do think that their cleanup could have been a little better, though.

They advertised a deal for $75 to install a ceiling fan. I purchased the deal then the company told me there would be an additional $45 service fee/travel fee for all Angie's List customers. I called Angie's List and they are going to find another provider to perform the service for the price that I paid.

Everyone was very courteous. I received a call shortly before they arrived and they came on time as scheduled. Did a neat job, cleaned up and offered to do extra since I had a coupon for $200 worth of work and the fan install didn't come up to that amount. I will definitely use True Tech again.

They did a good job and I would consider using them again. Their price was OK. The two people that came out were professional and finished the job in 30-45 minutes. It was a high-quality cleaning.

They started with just sending one person out, but he had to call for a separate snake to finish the job. I would use them again.

Our shower head was leaking and it required a small part to fix it. They were able to fix the issue, but we were very disappointed in the service fee ($60+), which was more than anyone else's fee. I know I could have found another plumber to do it cheaper. I would give him between a B and C for professionalism. I wouldn't use them again.

They came out to the wrong address, rescheduled, and then sent me a bill for a $49 service charge. He gave me an unbelievably high quote ($4000) for work that is otherwise about $400. I would like a refund.

They came out and quoted me $850 to install the light! When I said no, they charged me with a $75 fee just for coming out. There's no way I would ever consider using them again.

They did a good job and we signed up for an annual contract. The three different people that have come out have been relatively professional, but there was one occasion that they never showed up for an appointment to install a ceiling fan. I'm on the fence about using them again.

Dealing with True Tech was from the very beginning a pleasant experience. Julia was friendly and personable in arranging a date for service. We had to re-schedule twice without any problem or conflict. She called on Thursday to let me know the plumber was on his way. When Carl arrived, he was friendly and very professional in explaining all that he was going to do and what I should expect. He went right to work and completed the project and left no trace of the work that he had done except for the bright, shiny new faucet that replaced my old, leaky one. I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work and his efficiency. I will definitely be using this company in the future for other projects around my home. They did a decent job. The one person that came out was on time, easy to schedule, and did a good job. I plan on using them to install a few other things -- I actually signed a contract with them.

Called them to help me find a solution to a dead circuit leading to yard. The repair person spent most of his time talking to me about other sorts of things that needed to be done here, and only a minimal time fixing the actual circuit. I feel like I got about $50 worth of repairs for the $200 I was charged.

True Tech provided one of the all-time worst consumer experiences I've ever encountered. A different tech showed up than the one who was scheduled. He was late and did not call to let me know. He charged me $625 to install a showerhead, two of the absolute cheapest hot- and cold-water knobs (without giving me a chance to see them in advance; I would have never agreed to have them if I had been able to see how awful they are), and a rubber flapper in the toilet which cost $5.00 and for which I was charged $40. The shower works fine but the knobs are so cheap that it feels like I am showering in a Motel 8 every morning. The toilet is not fixed; it still runs on and wastes water non-stop. And the tech left without me having any hot water. I texted him about the next day and did not get any response. Unable to get him on his own phone, I called the office and was finally able to get him on the line. I explained that a) the toilet still did not work properly and b) that I had no hot water at all. The only thing he said in response to this is "It'll be another 80 dollars for me to make a call." So what I've got from True Tech are gimmicky looking shower knobs, a toilet that doesn't work, and no hot water. And, of course, not attempt at correcting the problem. Oh yes: and did I mention that it cost me SIX HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS? I chose these people because they had high ratings on this site, but I have to tell you: Angie's List, you have got this one wrong. These people are incompetent, overpriced, unconcerned with customer service, unresponsive, tardy, and cavalier nearly to the point of rudeness.

That service turned out great. Two technicians came out and it took them about 30 minutes to an hour for a tune up for my HVAC. They were very professional. They came out and went right to work. After they got done, they made some suggestions on things that could improve my system.

This was a little slow. They ran into some problems with the copper pipe. But they finally got it done and I was pleased with their work. I had them replace the shower handles. It took them a couple of hours to do the job.

I've used them before, but this time I’m having a problem connecting with them. I tried to get them over to my home a few weeks ago. They made an appointment with me. The electrician, Joe, ran into a problem with his previous job and called me 1.5 hours later, saying he was running late. It was my understanding that I had a specific appointment time, but they said that it was an appointment window. Joe called me later and said that he wouldn’t be able to come until very late and he’d call to reschedule. I’ve not heard from them since and all I want is an outlet put in. I don’t understand why another electrician couldn’t come out and assist me.
