Audra, Bethany, and Jaime, the women associated with â Pretty Neat,â helped me transform my apartment that was filled with boxes and stuff into a home that is not only organized, but one that makes me feel an inner peace and happiness like I have never experienced before. You get so much value from just one session. This included an initial zoom meeting at the beginning of the process so that Audra might be able to assess and prepare for the work that needs to be done. She also made sure that she was very clear on what my goals and expectations were in terms of their work. That was important to me and makes a huge difference in any business contract. The â Pretty Neatâ organizers were patient and easy to talk to. They were very open minded, kind, and I felt very comfortable with them. Unlike other organizers who claim to help you organize and utilize space, Audra and her team NEVER ever told me â this needs to go,â or â you have too much of this or that and you need to get rid of things.â Not once did I hear these things. Instead, they would say, â we have several of these. What would you like to do?â They gave me tips for letting specific items go and tips for which items I should keep. They made it so easy by picking out the items they could tell that I liked A LOT and discerning the unwanted and unused items! It meant so much to me. They came with bins and other tools needed to help me stay organized and not just that, but that I am able to sustain the hard work they completed. If you need help organizing a room or your whole home, Pretty Neat is your company! They had a great eye for how to how to utilize space, particularly if you like and have an overwhelming number of items in your collection (i.e., for me it ws 100â s of tee-shirts, make-up, shoes, purses and the list goes on). My apartment is only 900 square feet but they took all of the things I had an overabundance in and creatively figured out a way that I could retain all those items yet make the space look a lot larger than it is. They hauled away bags and bins of donations which was also a huge relief. They acted like it my home was their home and took great pride in it. Since I have 2 young children ages 10 and 6, each organizer, using their experiences as moms, would offer exsuggestions on how to keep my kidsâ room organized and as a result a miracle happened; my kids now love their room and spend more time in there than they ever have. I am ecstatic with the finished product. I was overwhelmed with my â stuffâ after moving to a new apartment. My apartments was close to a scene from â Hoarders,â seriously. The office, closets, and bedrooms all became a vast dumping ground. It was a mess! I was embarrassed to hire Audra at first given that I hold a very prestigious job and reputation. I didnâ t want anyone to see the clutter and chaos and my hoarding tendencies but from the moment she and Bethany arrived the first day, I felt comfortable, empowered, and confident that they were up to the job. Their suggestions, ideas, and inspiration were remarkable. I felt like I was on a healing adventure, enjoying every step of the process. They helped me focus my attention on the task at hand -- sorting things into "keep", "donate", and "trash." They broke the job into other small doable parts as well; buying the bins, using a label maker for the bins, organizing the chaos into categories, hauling the donated items, and teaching me how to use my space and find an organized spot for everything that I had. Audra and her team completely rethought where items should go so that me and my kids would have resources that would help us to be efficient and quickly put things away. I had tried another organizing company, for my office and was not completely satisfied. This company has gone above and beyond to understand my personal and professional situation, and worked around my schedule putting 100% effort into everything that they did! Super friendly and very fast paced, love the ideas and how I got input as well. I m so happy with all the hours and dedication they put into their work to help. If you need help unpacking they are great going through all the junk you probably have kept and didn t know and help with storage and everything. Such great work and dependable as well.

There was only one person here for a while. But Audra worked like a horse! I was home but only had to answer a few questions and she did the rest beyond my expectations. She did not get everything done but is coming back in a couple of days to finish up. Love her!

Audra with Pretty Neat: An Organizational Solution is amazing! Realizing I needed to quit putting off getting organized for the purpose of keeping my sanity and reducing stress in my life made me fully aware that I needed help! Her service was invaluable to me! Definitely worth every penny. She helped get things organized in my master bedroom closet and bathroom, and then even took my donation items away for me and brought back the donation receipt in our next session! She was sweet, helpful, none-judgmental of my mess, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional organizer!
