Having used Alliance Electrical before and been pleased with their services, we called them for an estimate on the above listed projects. Dom gave us a detailed quote and answered all our questions. Once we scheduled the work to be done, we were pleased by the professionalism and punctuality of Dom and his helpers. Dom is obviously very knowledgeable about his craft and helped guide us through the process when there were things we didn't understand. We will definitely use Alliance again when we are ready to do other electrical projects.

Elec Tech, Kelly Williams came on the date and time scheduled. Kelly was friendly and professional. Kelly took care of the work needed. We had bought the wrong wall switch, and had to order the replacement online. After the correct replacement switch was received Kelly came back in a timely manner and installed the replacement at no additional cost. I was very satisfied with the work done and the cost. I will call Alliance Electrical in the future when I need electrical work done.

They did exactly what I needed. I called a few other companies and Alliance's prices are reasonable. He actually finished the job that another electrician abandoned. They were right on time and I've definitely held on to their number for any future work.

I own a few residential properties and Alliance has been easily the best electrical company to work with over the past 5 years. I've worked with Dominic recently and before that Mike (no longer works there), and both have provided sound service. You'll pay for the service, but it seems that's standard when dealing with reputable electricians in okc.

The Alliance electrician told me that this would not be an easy or cheap repair because the electrical system was old and needed updating. The cost would be $1,500 to $2,500 to complete the work. Alliance recommended the whole panel should be replaced but he would replace just the 220 box and get power to the dryer (which is what I called them out to do) for $800.00 but he did not recommend doing only that repair. I told Alliance not to do any repairs and we would let them know if we decided to proceed with any work. I called a second electrician for another opinion. The second electrician was able to come out the same day, hooked up the 220 service, and sent me a bill for $130. The dryer works great now. When I got a $69 bill for the service call from Alliance I called to see if anyone was concerned that I was able to get the repair done without paying a month's wages. I was told by Stephanie that Alliance does not do any repairs that are not in compliance with current code. However, the licensed electrician that made the repair told us that the $130 repair was safe and legal. There are certain circumstances where an old house has to be brought up to current code: a remodel that requires a permit, sale of the home where a lender requires the upgrade, etc. I can only imagine how many homeowners of older homes, who could not afford it, have paid Alliance to do a whole house job when all they needed was to get an outlet working. Don't let Alliance sell you a Corvette when all you asked for or can afford is a Cobalt.

The electrician arrived on time and completed the repair in a reasonable time. He was very good in answering all my questions. And he checked to make sure the repairs worked appropriately.

We lost power to an outlet (where the microwave was plugged in) and the dishwasher (in mid-cycle) in our 1952 kitchen. Repeated tripping of the circuit breaker didn't help so we needed professional help. Alliance was able to send someone the very next day and the service technician, Kelly Williams, was considerate, professional, respectful, listened and explained what he was doing so that it was easy to understand. Since we had Mr. Williams at the house, we asked him to look at our kitchen light fixtures that had been giving us trouble for some time and he made those repairs in addition to fixing our outlet problem. We will definitely use this company again.

entire day waiting on this company who I thought would be good based on their A rating on Angies List. I get it that it was a holiday weekend and they might have fewer people on call. But to me it was totally unprofessional to create the expectation that they could provide the service and then the repair person never even gave me a courtesy call to say they couldn't help me. They get an F rating from me.

Our lights would not come on in the master bathroom. We had checked fuses box etc. The local electric company came out and ruled out anything on their end. They came inside and couldn't find any reason for the lights not working. We called Alliance Electric and thought we would be on a long wait to get someone out . It was within 3 days that they were here. In about 15 min Simon found the problem. It was a tripped electrical outlet. We had looked at all of our outlets. But he found one we did not even know was there. In our master walk in closet behind our clothes! All he charged was the service call. He was so polite. He was right on time. We really appreciated the kind and professional attitude of the service provider. I would use them again for sure!

Install went smoothly. Scheduled on 28 October and Mike was there on the 29th. A quick return visit was required when there was a minor wiring issue but Mike was back out at 8 AM the next day (30th) to correct the error and it's been trouble free since then. In addition to having the work done on the garage we wanted a bid to modernize electrical service to our house, which was built in 1916. The bid came in at ~$35K but included a new 200 amp service as well as running wires through plaster and lathe walls. We will absolutely consider the bid when our finances become more stable as Alliance did a fantastic job. Different then some other electrical companies we received bids from was that Alliance works on a fixed price per service (for example, a new switch costs $XXX and a new outlet costs $XXX) as opposed to time and materials but they are willing to bid out time and materials as well.

Called for initial switch repair (completely burned out - when wall plate was removed entire contents crumbled out), while technician was there he noticed the breaker box that was not in code and over loaded. We then had him check the remaining boxes, which again were found to be not in code. (Home was built in 1985). They provided quote and scheduled service. Service day arrived, they were prompt. let us know approximate time required for job and proceeded to get started. There were two technicians and they both were great, completed earlier than promised and left all work areas clean. Couldn't be more pleased, and we will certainly recommend and use Alliance for all future electrical needs.

When I recently bought property, electric service to one building was intermittent. Called Alliance, was scheduled for 2 days, or maybe the next week. They called back the next day to say they had a cancelation, could they come a day early. We agreed to meet. The two workmen were on time. We discussed the problem(s), investigation found wire to the building almost corroded in two. We agreed on a course of action - dig out the corroded wire and replace the wire into the building to the electric panel. All within 2 hours and to the estimate. The men were tidy in their work, the repair looked much better than the original work. Power was restored to the building and they checked outlets to make sure all were working. Both workmen answered my questions fully, offered suggestions, and did just what was agreed to. This was a very good experience. I look forward to working with Alliance Electric in the future.

The work, it looked fantastic and it was really nice because it was a jumbled up mess out there. I thought the people were great. I really thought the work looked professional. It looked really nice when they were done and they did a good job.

The service man (it's been so long I don't remember his name) was the same both times and knew exactly what he was doing, was very professional and knowledgable. It was a little pricier than what I expected but we got what we paid for- quality work. We would definitely use them again for any electric needs.

Really it went great. The electricians were here the morning after I called them and it was fixed in about two hours. They were not able to come at 8:00 am as we planned, since it was storming at the time, but they rescheduled and were there by around 11:00 am. I am not sure about the price rating part. I did not call around getting estimates and have no idea what a fair price for this service is. We just wanted to get our service back. I was impressed with their professionalism and their response to my phone calls and questions. The people I dealt with were very helpful.

I called on Monday, they came by on Wednesday to give an estimate, showed up right on time Thursday at 8 a.m., very professional, got exactly what we wanted, the new lighting looks great, our kitchen is so much brighter!

Had to put new wire to meet code and then install fan.It was not a fast job as a lot of work had to be done but he worked efficiently and did all that was needed to install.This is the second time I have used this company and I will continue to use them.
