Mr. Applegate performed service home maintenance/repair services for our home including replacing part of the porch, hanging doors/door frames, etc. We were very pleased with his timeliness and the quality of his work. We will be contacting him for additional maintenance projects.

Mr. Applegate repaired several places on the outside of our house suffering from dry rot which included rebuilding and painting an outside stairway, repairing and painting door frames and trim, and repairing and painting a wood screen frame on a screened in porch. He also power washed and stained a large deck and deck posts, painted a two-car garage door, and probably did a few other small jobs that I have lost track of. He started what we originally hired him to do and as he progressed we found other little things that he could do for us. He was dependable and sincere and honest.
