They come every other month, provide what my lawn needs, leaves a note on my door, of exactly what they have put on my lawn, and if there is anything else I need to do to promote a healthy lawn, for example, water, etc.

The company does a professional job. I am able to negotiate and tailer my services acccording to need and cost. They render service as contracted by email notification, notification on arrival, service as scheduled and discriptive invoice with recommendations when service is completed. A service evaluation system is provided. I will continue to use this service.

Tru Green Land Care have somebody come out and check that what they are spraying is the proper thing for your lawn. If you have some new weeds come in they check for that. My yard was full of weed, but now my lawn is doing much better. They always call ahead of time to let you know they are coming. Then they leave a report for you saying what they have done and what you should do, how often you should water it and that kind of thing.

Came at exact time they said they would. Very professional. Did a great job.

Very happy with their work. They always left information on my door about the applications they applied and # to call for questions. I never had to call them and have them respray my yard.

The cost towards the end was getting expensive. They did not do a very good job. They would charge for the whole yard and would only do half the yard. We would have them come back out and eventually got tired of it and used someone else. They seemed unorganized as they would not show up and they would not let us know when they were going to show up. We needed them to let us know as we had a dog that we had to put in when they were coming.

I would give them an overall grade of B. I will use them in the future.

We used them for a year only on our front yard and it was great. Then we had them do our backyard and I don't know what happened....they killed and damaged some of the plants along the edge of the lawn. The technician said he didn't know what he could have done to cause that, but I had a vegetable garden and the lettuce and carrots that were close to the lawn died. He apologized and said he would have the manager call me. I am waiting to see how they handle this situation to decide whether I will use them again or not.

I asked to have Scott's come out to my house after being referred by my mother for weed control. We agreed that there would be two services in the spring and two in the fall....the same service had been negotiated between a different salesman and my mother. We both PREPAID... The first service call arrived two days later. He did the front yard, but not the back. I called about a week later with my concern. nothing was done. The second service 30days later, I spoke to the person doing the job. He confirmed that it was apparent that the backyard had not been treated the first time and informed me that the first guy had quit. So the third time in the spring someone came (30 days later) kind of surprised me, but thought that maybe they were making up for the service I had been shorted. Then I saw the bill, and had been charged against my account. I called at 11 am on Friday June 8, 2011. I received a callback at 6:45AM.....yes that's right A.M. From the individual who had applied the last treatment. Groggily I tried to voice my concern...he said he would check on the matter. At 9AM I called the business office to voice my apparent frustration with the individual that had called at such an early time....I only got voicemail.....Finally someone called back. I told him my concerns as to the third application being done too early, and also with the fact one of his representatives calling me at 6:45AM. He responded with " There is no such thing as 2 treatments in the spring and 2 in the fall." I said funny, my mom is on the same program...he responded, "Your mother must be a liar"....of course at that point, I imploded. No one calls my 69 year old mother a liar. He then proceeded to say that I didn't know the difference between fescue and crabgrass....(trust me I do!) He was condescending in his discussion the whole time, not once did he apologize for his employee calling me and waking up the whole house at 6:45am. Nor did he care whether or not I was retained as a customer. He just said he was sending me back my remaining balance.....which still isn't fair, considering I was shorted my backyard on the first application and yard was treated the 1 additional time......FYI, this man made me so mad, I spent the $30 to join Angie's List........Do Not Prepay for your services with Scotts Lawn Service....and do not believe what you are being sold....I am still fighting weeds

I am very happy with them, but they keep trying to raise my bill. I just got a notice that my spraying is going up five percent. They have gotten fancy on me and send notices of what they have done then send the bill from somewhere out of town. Sometimes they go so fast that they miss places, so I have called them and had them fix it.

They are very reliable and always call to remind me of the appointments. Their price have stayed pretty consistent over the years. They will also come back to redo any service if we are not completely satisfied.

Their service has been satisfactory and inertia makes it easier to stay with the same company. So I have no rave reviews or no complaints. A couple years ago I had a lawn that was kind of struggling and they continued to apply fertilizer and stuff to it. I talked with the manager and he apologized and got it straightened out. Too many treatments was basically the problem. They had that one little problem, but they handled it very expeditiously and efficiently, so I would give them an A. I think their price is competitive.

I have been using them for a year now and spend about $46 every time. They are very friendly. He dresses very professionally. I don’t have any weeds in my yard and whatever they do they do it well. I will continue to use them in the future.

I never had any problem with them. They do an excellent job. If I had any weed then they would come out within few phone calls. They have done a good job.

I've been using TruGreen for several years to help me with my lawn. I have been pleased with everything they have done. The cost is equivalent to other companies in the area. Communication is clear and they bill my credit card after each service. I will continue to use them until I no longer have a need to.

They made a big difference in my lawn. Their treatments have cut down on the amount of weeds in the yard. They come at regular intervals and treated the lawn, and suggested actions that can improve the lawn quality.

It's very great, which is why we continue it. And that's why our yard always looks very nice. The service people who come out are always courteous and professional and let us know what's going on.

They did a treatment in August of this year. The treatment failed to control the weeds in my yard. I called them to come out and do a retreatment which was in the contract. They told me that they couldn't do that because they were narrowing in on the area that they service. I would think that a company such as this would at least finish out the contract before they would do something like this. The price shown is per treatment.

The aeration went well. The first application of the fertilizer, they ran out of chemical. They did come back and finish it. I watched them and they didn't do a very good job of application. You could tell the whole lawn had not been treated. After three months, there really was no difference in the lawn. We also had billing problems with them. We weren't happy with their service.

I think they are very, very good. They are professional. They are very good about closing the gates when they leave. They leave a little sign in the lawn that says that Tru Green was here. I have a pretty good looking yard, so it does work. I have used them a little over a year now. I have them on an annual contract. They automatically come out 4 times a year for me. This is my second year with them.

Scott's is one of the best lawn care specialists out there. Our lawn has never looked better, and we love both their punctuality and their courteous representation. Reliability is also something you can count on with Scott's.

True Green Chem Lawn is a very reliable company. They come out when necessary and do an excellent job of keeping my grass fertilized. I like the price a great deal and their customer service is always very helpful whenever I have any questions about my lawn.

I'M NOT USUALLY HOME WHEN THEY DO THEIR WORK, BUT IT SEEMS LIKE THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THERE HAVEN'T BEEN ANY MESSED UP SPOTS IN THE YARD AND THE YARD ITSELF SEEMS MORE ALIVE BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK.
