They recommended unnecessary alterations to plumbing design. Did not completely clean drain the first visit and returned 1 week later to clean again. Charged for the 2nd visit due to their recommendation, but they clearly found and removed the clog problem when they cleaned the drain on the 2nd visit.

The technician, Aaron was easy to work with, fast, and professional. He was able to show me different drain options for the replacement before installation. The price for my job went up because access to the pipes was a little difficult and increased the time, but Aaron let me know about that beforehand. I would use Mullin again.

Mostly use this company & heart them. Accurate, nice , and consistent.

Arrived and identified self. Was professional. Identified within a few minutes what needed to be done. Left to get parts then came back and changed it. I would recommend or use them again anytime I need a fast, reliable, and affordable service.

Great! It was an unusual circumstance....water pooling in bedroom away from bath. Shawn figured out the problem immediately and repaired the pipe.

I was called but unavailable so when I called back they rescheduled and called me again when technician was on the way. Tech arrived on time, put covers on his shoes and listened to the issues. We could not replicate the problem but dissected the issue to what it had to be. The part was changed and it hasn't even an issue since. The second problem was that our water pressure was very high so he tested it and adjusted the valve to lower the pressure. The clean up was not as precise as I expected, but overall very good.

Technician was very professional and did a great job. Worked quickly and explained the work done as well as the charges and associated warranties. I called early morning and they were out within an hour of my call. I also appreciated that he wore covers on his shoes. My only complaint was that I was not allowed to use the Angie's List coupon because I was unable to print (printer out of ink). The office wouldn't accept a visual confirmation by the technician. They required a hard copy. Seems silly since they could have easily made note of the coupon. Otherwise, good experience.

Called late Saturday night and Joshua came first thing Sunday morning. Forget his water key at another job but was still able to shut off water to complete job. Very friendly and had the job done in two hours. Very reasonable price for a Sunday! Very happy and already planning on using him again. Thanks Joshua and Mullins for sending him.

Technician Sean was awesome! He was punctual, polite, neat, and very helpful. We couldn't be more pleased and are about to schedule our next repairs!

I had another Pumber out before I called Mullin. The other plumber said he could not fix the leek without tearing out the bathroom tile. I called Mullin for a second opinion and Bryan (tech no. 14) came out on time and repaired the faucet without tearing out any tile. This saved me hundreds of dollors I would have had to spend retiling the bath. I have nothing but praise for Bryan, his dedication and professionalism.

They weren't too bad. The guy that repaired the leak did very well. He was a good plumber and really good about fixing it. When it comes to finding the leak, he needed more experience; I don't think he knew what he was doing. It took them two weeks to get the hole in my ceiling back in. They came when they said they were gonna come so I had no problem with that except for trying to get them back out here. I guess they were pretty busy at that time. It's pretty expensive just to locate the leak.

We had a leaky sink with some pipes that needed to be replaced, and also wanted a plumber to inspect some other plumbing questions we had with our home purchase. It was a pretty simple job, but the worker who came was very nice, did the work we needed quickly, and answered all of the questions I had. I also appreciate that he was honest with me and told me simple things I could do myself, as well as how to do them. I will definitely call Mullin in the future.

We called a different plumbing company who helped us over the phone at no expense.

We used Mullin to replace a toilet, sewer line work, and remove a refrigerator. They arrived as scheduled, were knowledgeable, and professional. Easy to work with, and honest.

It only took them 15 minutes to get the garbage disposal unclogged. Unfortunately, 15 minutes of work costs $97.00, which is a little high for only 15 minutes of work! They knew exactly what they were doing and are very knowledgable. I just regret the high price!

2 visits for repair of pipes...the first was fine. The second we were scheduled to wait between 1 and 6 pm for a plumber....none showed until 5:30. We gave up and called the office as we had waited almost all day. The person taking the message said that two of the guys were finishing up and would be right there. She called back a little before 6 and said that one was leaving and he was 45 minutes away. But, it was our lucky day (facetious), we would not be charged for after-hours service. My husband agreed. I exploded. Needless to say we will not be using them again and will tell all of our friend. They need training in customer service. I grow extremely weary of sub-contracters who refuse to call the customer or who just never show up. But this one topped it off by saying oh, don't worry, we won't charge you for showing up late.

I called Mullin Plumbing to come and look at a leak coming out of the meter on my side, they arrived on schedule but after estimating how much the work was gonna cost i decided that they are too expensive. I canceled the it but the still charged me

My experience with them was fine and I did not have any problems. They are pretty easy to get a hold of and they try to get out right away to take care of my problem, whether it is big or small. Their pricing is a little high and they charge $ 97 just to walk through my door but they do come when I call them. I have no problems with their quality or work.

This project was in two stages over two days: replace water heater and repair the ceiling drywall. Both techs were fully prepared with supplies and tools, did a great job in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves. The quote for both jobs was $1445 and $225, respectively.
