The technician that showed up was late and charged me an arm and a leg. He broke one of the toilets during installation and he even tried to sell us candy that one of his children was selling. I suspect that he charged us for the time that he was simply socializing with us. We have switched to a new plumber since.

I had a slab leak and they had to tear up a floor and replaced some pipes.

They did an awesome job. Was very understanding and answered every question. Cleaned up their mess and left a number to be contacted, in case of problems. Which there was none. will call them again.

Showed up on time fixed the clog in a less expensive way than another company was going to do.

The plumbers were very proffetional and did the work of taking out the water softner very nicely.

Went well everything is still working fine.

Did an excellent job, with work done and time spent. Came when scheduled.

Kevin was prompt getting here on a late Saturday night. He did the job, was professional, and courteous.

Replacement of faucet went quickly and is now fixed. All I need to do now is patch the sheetrock from the cut out in the wall. The first $120 was for trying to fix the leak, the second trip was no charge and the third trip for $300 was for the installation of the new faucet. I bought the new faucet at Lowes for installation so I don't know what they would of charged for a new one if I had bought one from Mullins.

They were prompt, courteous and very helpful.

Arrived on time to clear a sewer line shared with a neighboring business. They called the city out to inspect the main sewer line and cleared the problem.

The experience is up to debate. They did a great job with the actual install, there was no problem with that. My problem is there is a rebate with the electrical company and I have been waiting to get it. I have been waiting to get the information back for the rebate. I am yet to actually get a hold of them to find out about it. I don't know when the rebate is going to end. That is just a couple of hundred dollars sitting there. That is the only problem that I have with them, as far as the actual install, customer service has been great, but in that one area we have been lacking. They did the job back in March of last year. It has been six months since I spoke to them.They quoted me about thirteen thousand five hundred dollars. They did some duct work, they did a whole new system- heating and air. I have been using them I bought my house. I would give them an 'F' on the rebate and an 'A' on the service.

They were very professional and honest when I explained what I needed they told me they couldn't do what I needed.

1) They said the primary drain was plugged and fixed it. 2) Renter called them a few days later on a Sunday and told them it was leaking again... they came out, told her it was the secondary drain, but that they would be out to fix it the next day, so that she wouldn't be charged weekend after hours rates 3) Came back out on Monday and fixed it. 4) Leak came back again, and we found that the leak was from a vent in the ceiling. No telling whether or not either of the drains had actually been plugged or not originally, since we took their word for it. End result? It cost me nearly $1100 in damages to sheetrock because they misdiagnosed the problem. I might have had the damage anyway, but the problem is I'll never know, since they didn't diagnose it right. If the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem is a nail? rowI guess the only tool they had was plumbing tools. Very disappointed.

I was having a plumbing emergency and they came out very fast and repaired the problem. It has not reoccurred. I would use them again in the future. They are a large enough company that they have enough people on the job that they can get someone out for an emergency. If you are bargain hunting I wouldn't advise you go to them, but for emergencies they are great. I would use them again in the future.

It went very well. They were very professional and did the job they were supposed to do. I would highly recommend them as they do a good job. They are very friendly.

They are fairly priced and very quickly responsive.

Arrived on time very courteous and got the drain line unclogged in a timely fashion.

When Mullin installed the toilet that we provided, I felt the bill was excessive. Apparently there were some complications with the mounting flange but still... $400?? Anyway when I called later to complain (my wife had already paid the bill), they credited back a small amount on the septic pumping. I still felt the overall charge was too high but at least they did something. I think the firm is reputable.

Mullin Plumbing Inc. are not cheap, but they get the job done.

We can home to find water rushing out of our hot water closet through the garage on a cold night. My husband attempted to find the source and stop the leak, but was unable to locate it. We called Mullin on a Saturday evening, and they were upfront about the cost to send a Service Man out and the estimated time of arrival. He was prompt, professional, and took care of the problem.

Went great. Took them 5 minutes to fix problem.

They did a really good job and were prompt. They came when they said they would be here and did the job. We have used them before. I thought their price was a little high.

I have never had any problems with their work.
