Great service, came on time and didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need.

Had to pay OT for service due to error in communication; the error was my fault. I was grateful that they were able to come out same day as initial contact to facilitate repairs. The service technician was professional and replaced entire "wash box" in laundry room.

I have used them many times. Their prices are normal. They do a good job. I have not had any problems with their quality.

My impression was the the contractor also worked for Mullin. If that is the case, I'd suggest better communication between the different departments.

Blaine was friendly, very professional and careful not to leave a mess behind or track anything on the floor. He also answered my questions with patience and gave me feedback about how to maintain a clear drain. Terrific, trustworthy service!

Their prices are very reasonable. The customer service is excellent and they are very flexible on timings.

They are a local company here, I have known them for a number of years, and I have used them a couple of times. I would say their price was fair. It wasn’t really expensive, but it wasn’t cheap either.

I didn't dislike anything, they were thorough and they didn't charge you just for showing up.

They fixed a valve, relocked the pipe and they fixed some of my essentials. I had a clogging removed by them. They did a good job.

Called to get an estimate done on putting in a water line. I was told that the estimate would cost almost $50. I told her that the listing on Angie's List says estimate is free. She told me that they were in Broken Arrow and since we were in Beggs it would cost. So the free estimates are really not free. Doesn't seem to be a problem with other plumbing companies

The same person that answered the telephone and took my request for an estimate called me back and quoted me the company's standard per hour charge of $97.50. She also stated that they figured 5-6 hours needed to complete the job. I tried to explain that it was a simple one sink only filter system and did not think it would require 5-6 hours of work. She stated that if that was the case, they had a two hour minimum on water filter systems, so the cost would be the hourly rate charge times two (2). I thanked her for returning my call and providing the information.

A new kitchen sink faucet that had been installed within the past 6 months by another company (Airco) had started leaking underneath the sink during the night and when I woke up the next morning a large portion of the wooden floor in front of the sink had water underneath it, which squished up between the boards when I walked on the floor. The leak was quite substantial! I called Airco and explained the situation to them. They told me they were very busy but might be able to get out to fix the leak around 6 PM that day. So I called Mullin Plumbing and they had someone out here in half an hour. The plumber replaced the leaking connector and said that the connector used by Airco was a "quick-connector" that he wasn't even allowed to use except on trailer houses with plastic pipes. (My pipes aren't plastic). The plumber from Mullin was very pleasant and efficient and I intend to use Mullin Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We have used Mullin multiple times. Most recently they did some drain cleaning and removed a nest from a vent pipe. IN the past they have replaced are main water line after it broke and have done some other minor plumbing work. I have always been satisfied with the work they have done.

They were excellent. They were nice enough to go and pick up one and he came back and told me that it was little smaller than the one I had. He told me to go back directly to the manufacturer as it would be guaranteed for twenty years or something. I did and I got a replacement head directly from the manufacturer. He was here quite a while and he didn’t even charge me as he had not done anything. I would recommend them. They were very nice. I had different people each time. They have different people who work for them. Their price was fair. They quote me the price ahead of time. They tell me straight up what their service call would be and plus the parts that would be.

They did the work with minimal impact on my property. They were professional, did good work, and answered all our questions.

Over the winter, we were having to fill the pool up on a daily basis (we keep our pool open year round). Obviously, there was a leak of some sort. We asked our pool service, Baker Pools, to look into it. He recommended Josh at Mullin Plumbing who had just been trained to do the pressure testing in the pool for the source of the leak. He was polite and timely. It took a full day to test the pool and everything was found to be intact, but he needed to return a second day to test the main drain. When he returned, he determined there was "some sort of leak" in the main drain, but could not tell what it was. He and Baker recommended that we just permanently seal our main drain. They felt that the drain for the spa would be ample for the pool. They also said to try to fix the leak was dangerous and the pool might be cracked. We thought that sounded ridiculous - really? Close the main drain to your pool? We have one of those self cleaning pools where the debris is swept down to the main drain and then out of the pool. If we closed the main drain, the cleaning system would no longer work. We called another pool company, Blue Water Pools, and he recommended American Leak Detection. They charged me $1,068.75 for the two days of testing. However, they determined there was a faulty plaster seal at each of the gutter drain wall fittings for the water fall suction system. Blue Water Pools fixed it and we have a pool where the cleaning system works and we still have a main drain. Using Mullin was supposed to save us money, but it ended up costing time and money because we had to hire someone else. It may be expensive, but call the pros, American Leak Detection. We would not use Mullin again for leak detection.

Very well. All 3 Technicians were very personable and explained what they were doing and why during the work. All the work was completed in the time expected and everything was put back to in as original shape as possible.

We just liked the work they did and they were very nice and pretty prompt.

Called in the morning... Staff was courteous and thorough on what problems we had observed. i was told to expect a call from their person handling the problem some time after 12:30 pm. Right around 12:40 pm plumber called to say he would be in route to our house and that it would take thirty to forty-five minutes depending on traffic. He arrived within his time estimate. His appearance was clean and professional from the get-go. He quickly diagnosed the problem and set out to fix it. He worked very fast, conscientiously and cleanly... He even put back the lawn mower he had to move to do the job.. The price was very affordable by Tulsa norms, considering he had to "hunt" for main line access to the house. Bill would have been about thirty dollars cheaper if we had a PVC access to the house found in more contemporary houses. We will use Mullin Plumbing again. We are referring our friends and relatives.This is a quality professional outfit!

We've always been very happy with them. Their people are well skilled at their job and on time and respectful.

Everything went perfectly - he was there when he said he would be - performed services I needed - cleaned up - absolutely no problems. I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it very efficiently.

I was very pleased with them. They did not over charge me at all. They were very professional.
