Description of Work: The representative was very professional and helpful with information. Once he realized our vent issue was not something they could handle, he gave us a referral company that they worked with well. We were not charged for the visit.

Description of Work: Thought the hot water tank was done for. Came out extremely quick and analyzed the problem. No repairs needed but we had peace of mind. The employees were courteous and were thorough. Would use again.
