Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for 7 Apr 2017, between the hours of 2-4 pm. The scheduler called at 3:50 to tell me the plumber was overcome by events and to inform us that he wouldn't be coming. The apt was rescheduled for 8 Apr 2017 between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm Once again I made sure I was home during this time. No one showed up and I did not receive a call to inform us that no one would be showing up. The scheduler I had spoken to Friday guaranteed the plumber would show up on Saturday at the scheduled time, explaining that he had a simple job prior to our appointment and the plumber would call. The plumber called two hours and ten minutes after the scheduled appointment asking to look at the issue. But we had gone on with our day after the no show. The kicker is I took time off work to meet these appointments. The reason we picked this company was due to the A ratings they received and the " 2016 Service Award" they received. Needless to say, I still have a clogged drain and am seriously disappointed in the lack of service received.

Description of Work: We called Air Assurance (because of their good rating here) when our air wasn't working. After an hour, the guy tells us he added FOUR POUNDS of freon and that we likely have a leak. Why wouldn't you test for a leak before putting hundreds of dollars of freon in? That did not even last 24 hours before we were without air again. Now we have a new unit that we went elsewhere for.

The ticket shows that there were many other issues with the system that we made you aware of, and that the age and condition should be considered at this time and that we recommended getting one of our estimators out to quote a new system. We put the Freon in so that you would not be without air for any length of time until you can make that decision. We wouldn't have expected it to only last one day. 4 pounds is significantly less than what the entire system holds, so we would have never known it would only last that long, but certainly one of the reasons we recommended replacement. We would have no doubt credited you the repair towards the replacement. We hope we can make you a customer in the future!

Description of Work: Replaced my air/heat system in my house. Did great job. System works perfectly. They arrived right on time and completed the job in the estimated time. Cleaned up like they had never been there. Contract is clear and easy to read. Price included several options and they assisted with rebates and tax credits that were available. Sales staff are very knowledgeable and are not pushy at all. The installation team is also quite professional and courteous. Overall a very good experience.

Description of Work: We have had a service contract with Air Assurance for about 6 years (hence the $0 cost of service above - it was covered by the service contract), under which they service our heat and air system twice a year. About 4 years ago, they installed a new heat and air system (Lennox) which has run perfectly since. We have no intention of changing contractors.
