The techs arrived on time with the new heating unit. It took about 6 hours to get it installed. My garage actually looked better when they left than when they arrived. Really nice guys. The heater works great. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service just too expensive.

Overall, a much better experience than other companies used in the past. Lee (Pippin) was a straight shooter and gave us some really good information and was quite effective at setting realistic expectations. I would highly recommend him.

Air Assurance had installed our current system and we had contracted with them to maintain it twice a year. It was at the end of its average life span and we could no longer get freon for the air conditioner. Financial incentives were also available to go higher efficiency. We had been very satisfied with our experience with Air Assurance's installation of our old system and their maintenance of it and decided to have them replace it with the higher efficiency appliances. The new furnace is over 15 percent more efficient than the old one, and the new air conditioner is almost double the efficiency of the old one. We hope the new equipment will be a selling point for the house when we decide to move. We have lived in this house since 1988.

They are very good. We didn't spend anything because we have a contract with them. They didn't do anything else like cleaning and changing filters. I think they are top-notch. They are very professional. I think their prices are competitive. They do a really good job. I have all good things to say about them.

Fantastic service. Called and arranged same day service. Service tech Anthoney W. arrived on-time. He was professional and courteous, diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it very efficiently, explaining to me what he was doing as he went along. Very through work. I will definitely use Air Assurance again and request Anthoney if possible.

They did a great job. It was a Friday night in the heat of August. They came out and did the job. The guy was very knowledgeable. He didn't mess around. He called me when he was getting ready to leave another job and he did everything he was supposed to do. They didn't charge me as much as I thought they would.

They went on to work on an A/C that was causing the problem, replaced a part and that apparently came loose, and they had to go back a week later because the A/C went out again, but, they did not charge me for that because it was a defect in the work they had done, so, I was pleased with that. I have got the report on one of the maintenance visits and I have not got the report on the other, although I was told it was scheduled, so, I need to check on that. I like the contracts and that saves a lot of problems.

The technician was nice, and very knowledgable. Spent at least an hour cleaning and checking the AC, and explained what he was doing and how the AC worked to my husband while cleaning and checking the AC. The technician was able to answer all of our concerns. Before our system was cleaned, the thermostat was set on 76, and the house was always 83. After the cleaning, our thermostat was set on 76, and the house is able to stay 76. I look forward to when they come and check the heater!

They were prompt, polite and professional from the very beginning. They were recommended to us by a friend. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately.

Technician looked over unit; discovered the problem and replaced faulty part. There was a little problem about the address, but when he got there, there were no problems.

We have a two story home with two heat pumps that service the home. The upstairs has conventional ceiling vents. We had water in our galvanized, in ground, floor duct work downstairs. We had been told that a French drain and 'coating" the ducts would work. However, we could never keep the water from getting in them. We decided to put our ducts "overhead". We asked for competitive bids from three companies. The other two company's reps came into our house with their minds made up on how the project should go and would not listen to our ideas. The Air Assurance rep, Mike, listed to our ideas with respect. He was the only rep that actually got into our attic to check the feasibility of the project. The other reps told us there would be visible ducts and soffits built throughout the house. His price was also the lowest one as well! The company installed a new furnace in our attic and ran duct work throughout the attic and walls in order to put ceiling ducts in all our downstairs rooms. Due to their efforts, there was no need to build special soffits to hide the ducts, they did it so that there are no exposed ducts in the living spaces. They spent a lot of time measuring the rooms and the layout of the house to make sure the vents would be centered and perfect. They stayed late each day, their crew was in uniforms, clean cut and good men. They were very professional and courteous in their demeanor. They cleaned up very well each night. They used "mastic" to seal all the joints, not duct tape. They used metal to make their plenum and return, not foil covered cardboard. They also installed a new heat pump outside. Their electrician found some problems with our wiring that had to be corrected, but they honored their bid price. Our other furnace was not the best so we had them install a new one as well. We spent alot of money with this company and we feel that we received an equal value in the premium installation and great guaranty they provide. They give a Comfort guarantee, if you are not comfortable from the new system, they will fix it or refund your money! I would use them again and would gladly refer them to my family and friends.

Their technicians and installation personnel are neat, courteous and professional. The installations are first class. I believe in every instance, the city inspector has commented on the high quality of the installation. Although I imagine you can always get a lower bid, I have given them an A on price because I think you are getting a quality installation for a fair price. The technicians do a very thorough job on spring and fall check ups to keep your equipment in good shape. All of the people are a pleasure to work with.

During the 100+ degree heat this past August 2007, our 30 year old unit failed. After doing homework on Angie's List and the BBB we decided on Air Assurance out of Broken Arrow. Our salesman, Mike Guillen was FANTASTIC! He is all that he appears, professional, educated and had the follow thru attitude doing what it took to make things happen. Because our unit was 30 years old, we had to replace everything from evaporator coil to furnace and condensing unit. Ducktwork also had to be modified as we have one of those unusual 1 1/2 story homes that is hard to heat and cool. Jody and John were our installation crew and they were professional, courteous and clean! I have had work done before and worked around other construction type workers and know what clean work is. They wore "booties" on their shoes while in our home which was a nice touch. They only had to return once to work out the bugs. They did a wonderful job and would highly recommend their work. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY DIDN'T RESPOND WELL TO A SERVICE CALL ON ONE OCCASION, BUT UPON OUR RETURN THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED.

THEY CAME ON VERY SHORT NOTICE, AND THEY ARE VERY FAST AND FRIENDLY. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THEIR COMPANY. THEY HAVE REALLY FAIR PRICES.

THEY CAME OUT WHEN SCHEDULED AND ARRIVED PREPARED TO DO THE JOB. THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO STOP AND GO GET SUPPLIES FROM THE COMPANY. THEY DID GREAT WORK AND IT HAS REALLY MADE A DIFFERENCE IN MY HOUSE.

THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND HONEST, WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THEM NOT ARRIVING WHEN SCHEDULED. THAT IS WHY I HAVE USED THEM IN MY HOME FOR THE LAST FIFTEEN YEARS.

THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE WORK THAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP THE MESS THAT THEY MADE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WONDERFUL TEMPERATURE IN MY HOME.
