Air Assurance

It went fine...they are always prompt...call if running late and provide excellent service. Need to schedule fall Heating service. I am on an annual plan they provide now. t takes care of routine services and saves money.

It took a couple of extra days to get the part but the repair was completed without incident.

We've used Air Assurance for many years. They installed a new heating & airconditioning system for us several years ago after our units of 20+ years finally bit the dust and have done maintenance on both our old and new units. They even provided us with the necessary paperwork to claim special refund h the local utility company and a deduction on our tax return. They are great to work with as they can do inspections on weekends (we both work). When we've had problems they are very quick to respond. I would highly recommend Air Assurance.

They replaced our entire downstairs system which involved both the heater and air conditioner. They showed up when they say they would and did the work they were suppose to do. They also cleaned up everything afterwards. All in all they did a good job.

In the past they have replaced our duct work and updated our thermostat. All work has been professionally done on time and reasonably priced.

They installed a complete heat and air system in April 2011. One of the reasons I chose them was because of the way they did an install where I work. I was extremly impressed. I am 100% satisfied with both the product and the service of the job they did for me. I also purchased an extended service plan with them (great value and it extends the warranty) and they have been doing all the servicing since. I have and will continue to recomend them to anyone looking to have heat and air work done!!

He took care of my problem and was very efficient and professional. He wasn’t able to print me a hard copy of a receipt but he did mail me one.

They completely replaced our HVAC in about a half of a day and it has worked flawlessly. They completely removed the old HVAC system and cleaned up after themselves.

They came out fairly quickly to make the repair and the tech was reasonably knowledgeable. They had wanted to charge us for the repair and we called the owner and the fees were waived. They needed to come out twice to properly diagnose the unit. They have been a fair and reasonable company to work with.

We were very pleased and they helped us obtain rebates from the electric company. They were polite and we received a couple of estimates and Air Assurance was right in-line with the other estimate. They were punctual and we would recommend their service to others.

I would highly recommend them. They offer top quality work and are not the least expensive but well worth the money spent. Their techs are congenial, considerate and knowledgeable. They do a very good job. I was very impressed by them and also use their annual service agreement, which is a program that allows for two system checkups per year. My experience overall went very well. The staff was friendly and professional. The pricing is a little high but the quality of work is work it. I was pleased with the work provided. I have an annual subscription with this company. I would recommend them to others.

They came out to work on my air conditioner and it had a problem that it would work awhile and then shut off. The unit was so old that they could not get the parts to fix it. We settled on a unit and they were scheduled to install it. I made arrangements to have the ducts in the floor to be cleaned and we found out they were rusted out and could not be used. At that point we had to change the system style and put ducts in the attic. Since it started getting so hot the installers could not work in the attic. The repair man came and did a temporary fix on the unit we had and we waited until I believe it was the first part of September and they came out and installed our unit. There were two installers and they were very polite and explained things before they did it. The new unit has worked very well since we had it installed.

We had already been using Air Assurance with our 30+ year old unit that they told us a couple of years ago would need replacement before long. We use their annual subscription service for preferential treatment and discounts. I think they are a little expensive, but they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their service and their suggested equipment. They even pre-fill out any available rebates from PSO or ONG and leave them for you to review, change or just submit. All of the servicemen that we have met have been personable and knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need.

Aoe says it all and the technicians attitude was very bad and kept giving excuses. I was not happy with the service, the price or the technician.

I had no complaints about their work. There prices are competitive. They provided same day service , came out on time and repaired the problems. My tenants have not offered any complaints about the problems that were repaired.

I'm real pleased with Air Assurance because they come right out as soon as you call them. When the men come in they put booties on their feet so they won't truck stuff in your house. My daughter was on a long vacation and I was looking after her house. I thought I smelled gas and I called them and asked them if they would go check on her house, and they did that for me. They found the problem and fixed it immediately. They have come in and checked our air conditioner, and we're on a contract with them to come back and clean the vents regularly. Then they had us do some work that they thought would be more efficient for our household, like put in another vent which has helped our bill. I believe they are competitively priced with other companies.

It was good and I was really happy with everything they did. They were really professional. Everything about them was good. I got a lot of quotes and I chose them because I got a little better unit and got the best for my money. I have a service agreement with them so I will continue to use them.
