+ -1 moreIt was a great experience and I call these people for all heat/cooling problems!
Description of Work: Originally I called them because the a/c came on, but was not cooling. they came out almost before I hung up the phone, they analyzed the situation and said some main part needed to be replaced and it would be $700. our unit is old and I really did want to sink that amount of money into it, if I was going to fork out lots of money, I might as well go for new unit. salesman was here quickly, went over everything cost, etc. they came out next day, worked all day, came back next A.M. to tie up loose ends and then returned when we had the City inspect their work. By upgrading, we got $$ back from PSO, tax rebate. it is more energy efficient and I can work the control! if you are tech-savy, you can alter the temperature of your house from your I-phone!

+ -1 moreService was excellent as always. I've been a customer of Air Assurance for years now. Then have repaired my older HVAC several times. They are always prompt and professional. Their technicians know really their stuff. This call required two visits. One to diagnose the problem and make a tentative repair that held us over until they could return with the replacement part, and a second to return and install the part for a permanent repair. They only charged me for one service call. They are worth the little extra that they might charge.

+ -1 moreFirst time to call when our furnace went out at 11pm.....they called and indicated that we would have to schedule our service during working hours. We explained that we had a 1 yr old infant and had purchased the service plan with virtually no change in the response. Definitely will not be using them again, and do not recommend their extended service plan or them.q
Description of Work: We purchased an extended service contract which entailed twice yearly service on our units and discounted parts and no up charge for off hour and holiday service with priority 24 hr service.

+ 5 moreThey did the service maintenance. As usual they did a good job. I had them install the system and have been using them for the bi-yearly service. Their service plan is not only a good deal but it also extends the warranty. I recommend them whenever asked about hvac.

I ALSO HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR MY AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING UNITS, SERVICE PEOPLE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY JUST SEEM TO BE SOME WHAT EXPENSIVE FOR REPAIR PARTS BUT IN ALL FAIRNESS THIS COULD JUST BE "THE WAY IT IS" IN A LARGER CITY. WE JUST MOVED HERE FROM A SMALL OKLAHOMA TOWN.
