I had a dishwasher and sink installed and hookup was not completely normal and easy. Rich was able to keep to his original estimate and was very prompt from the first phone call to the scheduled service calls. I would highly recommend him for any service rather it be simple or more complex.

Fair and Fast

Arrived on time for Both the site survey and installation. Installed new gas line off of the main for new gas range for my kitchen renovation. $125 for installation, parts ( black pipe) elbows and shut off. My.neighbor was converting to gas range in his kitchen had Arch install his line also due to his work at my home. Great Value

Rich arrived on time and installed a new water heater in about an hour and a half. The unit is just inside the house so the install is fairly easy, no steps. I would recommend him for any medium plumbing job and I'm confident he would come back if I have any problems.

Where to begin. The job was to fix a toilet, and move a dryer vent and outside faucet. The toilet got fixed, but he took out my copper connection for the outside faucet and replaced it with blue plastic tubing, he cut the supply line without shutting off the water so the corner of the basement got soaked, and he left 2 holes in the side of my house from where the faucet and dryer vent originally were.

Arch Plumbing was on time, thorough and friendly. I had Rich come by to initially give me a price on installing a shower in my new home but luckily he was there when the water department was because my meter pipes, hot water tank and lines and my gas lines for my stove were all out of code so I needed more work than I initially thought. Price was very reasonable and took the time to answer any question I had.

I appreciate Arch Plumbing driving all the way to Kent from Wooster. Job was done quickly and I'm pleased with a working waterline for my fridge. Thanks!

I would recommend ARCH PLUMBING, he is a wonderful plumber. My home was not easy for him to do, but he knew how to work around the problems that he encountered.
