Description of Work: Nowicki was used to tear down and rebuild a complete new chimney. The quality of the work was very good. The only complaint was that even though an estimate was given and signed and agreed to, a much larger price was charged at the conclusion of the project due to all the extra time it took to dismantle the old chimney. The old tear down was difficult due to the way the old chimney was tied into the house structure. However that should have been part of the original estimate. The sense was that the estimate was low balled to get the job and perhaps eliminate pursueing other estimates.
