 + -1 moreWe have had this firm for several years and often do not even turn it on due to false alarms etc Finally doing a report on them as they promised to place new smoke alarms in the house (after they said they were still good several times but the fire department finally convinced them they were bad. We have now been without protection for 14 days (not the 3 they promised and they have not even called back for follow up.
Description of Work: We have had them as our security and fire protection for several years. We have had several false fire alarms with the fire department responding. We had Sonitrol come out and check every thing each time and they said it must have been bugs. After the last time the fire department told them the alarms were old and faulty not bugs. they promised to call and have new smoke detectors placed in 3 days.
