Fantastic. Arrived on time and finished within the anticipated timeframe.

They said the fixtures were too old and needed to be replaced. Only offered me minimal guidance in how to replace them. They tried replacing one light but it stopped working within two days. It's probably not their fault since I live in a very old house, but I paid a lot of money for virtually no work.

After I filled the guys in on what the problem was they went straight to work. They had the problem diagnosed and repaired in about an hour.

They had to provide an estimate when they re-wired my house before they did their work, about what type of damage it would do to the drywall because that is another set of problems. They made it sound like it was so easy and it really wasn't. The drywall damage was extensive. They did the best they could, I believe, but the drywall damage was a lot more than they estimated. Their work was good, but the scope of work beyond that was more than they originally told me.

Quality work. Electrician handled an extra task that came up after the original inspection/estimate. A portion of the job was incomplete after first visit. The electrician returned within 2 days and completed the work. Kind and professional service.

Very well, they were great about suggesting but not pushing ideas, and when we ran into a minor problem later on they came right back to fix it.

Awesome. I emailed Rob through Angie's List on a Sunday evening and he contacted me the following morning. Luckily, he was able to send a team same day. They arrived on time and did the work within the estimate that Rob had quoted. Very professional and efficient. We then hired Bradley to install ceiling fans and some additional electrical work. Again, it was an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

It went very smoothly and they completed ahead of the shared schedule. They cleaned up afterwards and I was able to restore the area back to what was originally contained in that space around the panel.

After investigating the technician from Bradley Electric identified that the issue was on the end of AEP. He helped me call AEP and explain the issue and we got it resolved quickly. I truly appreciate the assistance and professionalism.

Although they were very nice I'd have to say it went poorly. I did the offer through Angie's list including the days I was available. Those days came and went and no one even called. Finally about two weeks later I called and left a message and they called back. It was another two weeks before they could come out. I had some old track lighting that I asked them to hang in the crawl space in the basement. They ended up not hanging it exactly where I asked but it was the crawl space so I decided to let it be. I also asked them to install an additional outlet in the bathroom. They asked if I had attic access and I said yes and showed them where. They cut a hole in the wall for the outlet and then figured out they couldn't get to that spot in the ceiling. So here I was stuck with a rectangle hole it the wall and nothing to put in it. Initially they told me I was going to need to call someone out to cut another hole in the ceiling for more attic access. Then they said they could just cut through the drywall in my bathroom to feed off an existing outlet. I really didn't have much of a choice since there was already a hole in the wall. They put the new outlet in and it was super expensive. I think I paid around $500 for what I thought would be covered under the $200 deal. I called to complain and they said they had a drywall guy that would come out and repair the cuts. Two weeks later that still hadn't happened. I had to call and they apologized and did have someone call me but didn't tell him they would cover it. I called back, they said yes they would be covering it and would call the drywall guy right away. That never happened either. I was also told the person typically in charge was out until Thursday but if I sent pictures he would be calling me back. That also never happened. The drywall guy came out and spackled and left it for me to sand and paint. So while they were very nice when I did get them on the phone I still feel I paid way too much for what should've been a 2 hr job max and instead took over 6 weeks.

They were polite and courteous, but they were not the company we needed to do these minor repairs.

Excellent, all accomplished in just under an hour by the two personnel.

Technicians came out twice very quickly after I called. Very polite, on the second trip actually found the problem and their pricing was very fair.

The two electricians arrived on time. They replaced two light switches and installed an outlet controlled by a wall switch. They were able to do the work with a minimum of disturbance to the existing wall. They were very polite. I would definitely use them again.

But of course in order to fix it they had to dismantle the whole light fixture. Overall, definitely an A. They found something that I thought was kind of difficult to find. I just admired their professionalism and their ability to do the job correctly. Price is definitely an A. I certainly would use them again.

Two electricians came out. They were timely, personable and did quality work.

Bradley Electric has performed multiple jobs for us. They wired wall mounted tvs (hid wires in walls), and installed very large chandeliers. One chandelier came with the wrong installation material and Bradley was able to come up with a safe and secure (to code) solution. They are all friendly, timely, responsive and professional.
