We are very pleased with the entire experience. Jim Petcovic of 123 Exteriors was very professional from start to finish. The work was done on time and with attention to detail in every regard. Jim inspected the work when finished and repaired an error which even we overlooked without hesitation.

We signed a contract for the siding. We couldn't decide on a color so Jim took us in his truck to other neighborhoods where they had done siding so we could see the colors on the homes. We decided on a color and our siding was put on the next week in one day. We loved it so much we decided to order custom made shutters from Jim. We had those put on the next week. We are very pleased with the work. One thing I especially liked was that Jim was supervising the job the entire day. Everything was cleaned up when they left. I highly recommend them to anyone getting siding on their house.

When I called, I was told someone would come out and leave an estimate. Several days later, I received a card but no estimate. Over a week later, I finally called and found out the person who looked at my house went on the roof and found all sorts of other things that could be fixed and potentially covered by my insurance company due to possible hail damage. But he wasn't able to give me a quote for what I had asked for because he wasn't in the office at that time. One week later, I still haven't heard back. I already had someone look at my roof months ago after a hail storm. I didn't need someone to find thousands of dollars worth of repairs when all I asked for was a $150.00 repair to some fascia.

Fred Grove, a representative of 123 kept his appt with me, and was on time. Mr. Grove did an examination of the hail damage by shining a light down the siding after dark. This makes all of the dents and imperfections show. He then circles them with chalk so they are very easy to find when it's light outside (which made all the difference with the insurance adjuster in my opinion.) Fred sits down with you to do all necessary arrangements of picking colors and going over the specifics. We then did a walk around to make sure exactly what the workers would do, and replace, etc. There was some dispute after the original contract was signed about mis-measurements that cost me more $, and the siding contractors had to come back 2 separate times to fix some things that were done very poorly from the start. The vice president did come out personally to assure me that things would get done to my satisfaction. 123 uses separate contractors for roofing, siding, and gutters which I did not like.

So far so good.

Fred Grove has been awesome and easy to work with. I can't wait for them to begin the work and will update the report with quality after it's finished.

The company was excellent to work with. The representative examined the roof and took photos of hail damage. We then called the insurance company and he helped me answer questions. Once the adjuster had come and verified the damage, the company representative brought sample roofing (the highest quality from my independent investigation) from which I made a selection. I was given a 3 week window with a week lead time, which they followed exactly. While installing the roof we had a mishap. One of the workers slipped and dropped packs of shingles which came through my roof, through my ceiling and into my living room. Fortunately no one was hurt. The company immediately went into action repairing my ceiling, painting, scrubbing the carpet and compensating me for damaged furniture. Their workmanship was excellent. Certainly this kind of mishap is not the rule, but I was pleased with their quick response in correcting the problem. I would highly recommend them to others and have done so.
