Terrific! They called when they were at the stop before mine so I could come home from work and give them the rug. They cleaned it in two days, and called again so I could come home from work and receive it. It cost less than I expected, and they did a wonderful job.

Our experience was great. I never thought our carpets would look so well again, especially the stairs and master bedroom where there was a stain. The workers arrived on time, and the work was performed in a very professional manner.

They do what they say they will do, are always punctual and work with my schedule. I've been using them for years. We're just content to have someone who stands by what they do and do it well.

Two employees from Arslanian Bros arrived around 10:00. They were very polite, called shortly before arriving, got right to work, and left before 10:30. The chairs and staircase look great. They had efficient power tools, didnt waste any time, and got the job done well and quickly. I was quite impressed that they were able to clean these white chairs which hadnt been cleaned since we bought them 4 years ago. This is the 2nd time we have used this company, and we will certainly call them again.

Last year, I had my carpets cleaned by another company and was not happy with them. They told me I had stains that I wouldnt be able to remove. When Arsalanian Bros. came out, they got all of those stains out. They saved me from having to replace the carpet, which is what the first cleaners told me Id have to do.

The men arrived in a timely manner, were very polite and efficient, and the carpets cleaned up better than I ever dreamed.

It was a little pricey, but I would call them back before anyone else-- it was worth every penny. There was a spot that I was dissatisfied with, and they came back right away. When you're trying to sell, time is money. They were very courteous, which helped my peace of mind. Very accommodating.

They were on time, polite and did an absolutely fabulous job.

The were on time & thorough, but were very expensive. Everyone I have told about the carpet cleaning cant believe how much it was- & that was with a January discount!!!!!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. CALLED PRIOR TO LEAVING STAGING AREA, SAID WORK WOULD TAKE ABOUT 1 HR AND THEY WERE FINISHED & GONE WITHIN AN HOUR. POLITE, HELPFUL, REMARK ABOUT UPCOMING SPECIALS WHEN I SAID I WANTED TO DO 1ST FLOOR OF HOUSE IN 2-3 MONTHS.

COMPANY PICKED UP RUG FROM MY HOUSE AND RETURNED CLEAN RUG ONE WEEK LATER. WHAT A CONVENIENCE.

THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE ANGIE'S LIST COUPON. RUGS WERE VERY WELL CLEANED. THE FRINGE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED MORE ATTENTION. THEY OFFER A 20% DISCOUNT FOR CARRY-IN. HOWEVER, THEY WOULD ONLY HONOR THE ANGIE'S LIST COUPON ON THE CARRY-IN IF WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE 20% DISCOUNT. CERTAINLY THIS LIMITATION WAS NOT LISTED ON THE COUPON. THIS PRACTICE IS NOT FAIR TO THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE THE 20% REDUCTION IS NOT A DISCOUNT, IT IS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PERFORMING A SERVICE (PICK-UP & DELIVERY).

THE TEAM DID A GREAT JOB ON THE CARPET, BUT I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED THAT THE TOTAL AMOUNT WAS DIFFERENT THAN THE ORIGINAL QUOTE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THEM. WHEN I CALLED TO INCLUDE THE STEPS INTO THE QUOTE, THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO PAY MORE FOR THE CLEANING. I FELT THAT WAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I OBTAINED A QUOTE THAT INCLUDED THE STAIRS. APPARENTLY, THERE WAS A DISCONNECT BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE & THE PEOPLE PERFORMING THE WORK.

THE CARPET TECHNICIANS DID A GREAT JOB. I HAVE VERY LIGHT CARPETING IN MY BASEMENT WHICH IS USED AS A FAMILY/PLAY ROOM. WE HAVE VERY HEAVY TRAFFIC IN THE ROOM AND ARSLANIAN BROS WAS ABLE TO GET OUT ALL OF THE STAINS. THE CARPETS DRIED IN ABOUT 2-3 DAYS. I THOUGHT THE CARPET WOULD DRY FASTER, BUT IT DIDNT. HOWEVER, IT WASNT A BIG DEAL I WAS JUST VERY PLEASED ON MY CLEAN CARPET AND I DIDNT WANT MY KIDS WALKING ON THE DAMP CARPET.

THIS COMPANY SCHEDULED ME RIGHT AWAY. THEY CAME TO MY HOME WITHIN THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. THE TWO CREW MEMBERS WERE POLITE AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN ABOUT ONE HOUR. THIS INCLUDED CLEANING THREE ROOMS, A HALLWAY, STEPS AND A SECTIONAL. THE PRICE WAS $320.00 FOR ALL, WHICH IS JUST ABOUT $100.00 MORE THAN I HAVE PAID FOR THE SAME SERVICE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. THEIR CLEANING QUALITY WAS NO BETTER AND NO WORSE THAN OTHERS I USED.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND FOLLOWED THROUGH AS AGREED.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND CLEANED THE 2 ROOMS IN NO TIME. THE CARPET LOOKED BRAND NEW. I REALLY COULDN'T BELIEVE IT WHEN I SAW THEM. THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE AND PUT IT BACK METICULOUSLY. I KNOW YOU CAN FIND CHEAPER CARPET CLEANING, BUT YOU WON'T GET THE QUALITY OFFERED BY ARSLANIAN.

I MOVED INTO A NEW HOME AND DECIDED TO HAVE THE CARPETING CLEANED INSTEAD OF REPLACED. IT WAS IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE. ARSLANIAN CLEANED THE CARPETING AND TWO PIECES OF FURNITURE IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS MANNER. THE OFFICE SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT TO MY CONVENIENCE AND THE CLEANER WORKED EFFICIENTLY WHILE PATIENTLY ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR MY FUTURE NEEDS.

THE RUGS LEFT FOR CLEANING REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL DRY CLEANING. IT WAS EASIER FOR ME TO DROP THEM OFF THAN TO ARRANGE FOR HOME PICKUP. ALSO, WITH THE DROP OFF THERE IS A 20% DISCOUNT. THE RUGS WERE MEASURED AND PRICED AT DROP OFF AND WERE READY FOR PICKUP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME.

SOMEONE ANSWERED PHONE, MADE APPOINTMENT WITHIN ONE WEEK. CAME OUT PROMPTLY, AND DID NICE JOB. A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

COMPETITIVELY PRICED. PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT. I NEEDED A MORNING APPT BECAUSE I HAD AN AFTERNOON MEETING AND THEY TOLD ME NO PROBLEM AND I COULD CALL TO GET AN ESTIMATED TIME THE MORNING OF THE APPT. WHEN I CALLED THAT MORNING I GOT A DIFFERENT, VERY DEFENSIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE WHO SAID THEY WERE NOT TOLD IT WAS A MORNING APPT AND THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND I COULDN'T EXPECT THEM TO COME AT ANY CERTAIN TIME. THIS PERSON WAS QUITE HOSTILE AND ALL I DID WAS CALL TO CONFIRM THE TIME. FORTUNATELY I HAD LEFT THE FRONT DOOR UNLOCKED AND THE CLEANING CREW WAS ABLE TO DO THE WORK THAT AFTERNOON. THE CARPET TURNED OUT VERY NICE.
