Arslanian Brothers

My dog had been sick with diarrhea in 5 different places on the rug. I spot treated the areas with Nature's Miracle then rolled up the rug. The next day I carted the rug to Arslanian Brothers so I could get a 20% discount on the price. The rug was ready when they promised. To my joy, every last spot of poop was gone! And the colors were so vibrant. For the first day or so, one of the darker colors in the rug "bled" onto my knees when I crawled over the rug to inspect it, but it didn't affect the appearance of the rug.

On-time, friendly, high quality work.

I would highly recommend this company. Their service is excellent! I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly, they arrived on time and their company representatives were very professional. We have very old carpet upstairs and it is amazing how clean they got it. We have carpet that is only 1 year old downstairs, but we have 2 dogs and it had gotten very dirty. It now looks brand new!

THEY RUINED MY LIVING ROOM CARPET. THE CARPET WAS SOAKING WET WHEN THEY FINISHED, AND WITH ALL OF MY FANS RUNNING, IT TOOK FROM WEDNESDAY TO SATURDAY FOR IT TO DRY. FURNITURE STAIN FROM THE LEGS OF 3 PIECES OF FURNITURE SEEPED INTO THE CARPET, DYING MY LIGHT-COLORED CARPET RED. I BELIEVE THAT THE WETNESS OF THE CARPET COMBINED WITH THE PADS NOT BEING PLACED PROPERLY UNDER THE LEGS CAUSED THIS TO HAPPEN. I APPROACHED ARSLANIAN ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THEY SENT A CARPET PERSON OUT TO SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE SINCE ARSLANIAN COULD NOT REMOVE THE STAINS. THE CARPET PERSON WAS SHOCKED AND SAID HE HAD NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. WITH A RAZOR, HE SHAVED SOME OF THE AREAS. PATCHING WAS NOT AN OPTION SINCE HE SAID THAT WOULD LOOK EVEN WORSE. IT IS 7 DIFFERENT PLACES. WHEN I APPROACHED ARSLANIAN FOR A REFUND, I SUFFERED THE WORST PHONE CALL OF MY LIFE. THEY WERE ABUSIVE AND OBNOXIOUS. MY CARPET WAS VERY EXPENSIVE AND ONLY 2 YEARS OLD WITH NOT A MARK ON IT AND NOW IT IS RUINED.

The work on the rugs was excellent. However, when I called to check on delivery of the cleaned rugs, I was treated very rudely by the man who answered the phone. They had NOT called me to schedule a specific time for delivery. (I knew the day of delivery). I called at 8 am the day of delivery to see what time they were coming. The man who answered told me they'd be there in the late morning. I let him know (nicely) that I could not be at home then because of a meeting at work. He became very rude and belligerent and said "Why didn't you call us before now?! You should have called earlier! I'm sure they called you for a time. These drivers have a route and they are just like UPS. You should have called! They will be in Gates Mills in the morning and this just messes up their route!" etc. He went on and on. Long story short: I wrote Ted Arslanian a letter of complaint. He told me the man is a relative and they can't do anything with him. I have some advice -- read on.

These guys are very professional and take pride in their work. I would use them again.

They warned me ahead of time that they might not be able to get the stain out--and then tried four different ways of treating it when they got here. Unfortunately nothing worked, and we have to get new carpet.

The men were on time within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment. They were thorough and told me what they were doing and why. They gave me tips about how to try the carpeting. The were polite and trustworthy. I would use them again.

He arrived on time and was very professional and did a great job.

An appointment was made promptly. The gentlemen came on time and were courteous and efficient. They did a very nice job and we are pleased with the way our carpets look.

They sure were quick;almost too quick! Overall the work was fine. I was a little disappointed that they had completed both the bedrooms and I had to go back and ask them to move a dresser and a bookcase. They hadn't initially moved them and did not tell me they were not going to move them. Had I not been paying attention, I would not have noticed until after they left. I found that very frustrating because when I scheduled the cleaning, I was told they would move furniture.

I dropped off the rugs to get a discount. They did a great job with quick turnaround.

EXCELLENT WORK, COMPLETED JOB QUICKLY, WERE ON TIME AND VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. MOVED ALL FURNITURE AND ITEMS ON FLOOR TO CLEAN CARPET. REASONABLY PRICED. WOULD DEFINITELY CALL AGAIN.

Arrived promptly, worked cleanly and efficiently. Unable to remove some stains but those stains are probably now permanent due to no fault of Arslanians.

All of the employees were very helpful. The worker who picked up the carpets from my house evaluated the chain stitch rug and assured me that they often clean those types of rugs. When the carpets were ready for delivery, they very nicely delivered the large carpet to my daughter's dorm at a local college and the other two carpets to my home. They were so helpful with this project - I highly recommend them!

They were on time, polite, and professional, and worked quickly. I would highly recommend them and have done so to family already.

They were very professional, courteous, on time, and did a nice job on the carpet cleaning. They moved one or two small pieces of furniture and set up fans for drying. They accepted my Angie's list coupon with no problems.

Was not on time 1 1/2 hour late called office twice she was a little rude. Overall cleaning spectacular even get rid of pet odor. Took only 25 min to do.

Great service! Called on a Saturday and got an appointment on the following Tuesday, the day that I wanted. I was instructed to call the morning of the work to get an estimated time of arrival. They came when they said they would. The two people who came were quite polite, pleasant, and extremely fast. Everything was cleaned extremely well. We were really pleased with the work and will hire them again.

THEY WERE PROMPT. THEY CALLED BEFORE COMING TO MY HOUSE. THEY WERE POLITE AND CLEAN. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH RESULTS ON CHAIR AND CARPET.

They actually came earlier than scheduled, were very polite, and explained what they were going to do. They worked quickly and explained what I needed to do after the carpeting dried. I was very pleased with the result.

They did a great job. I've used Stanley Steamer before and there is no comparison. The gentlemen were very nice and made sure I understood what they were going to do and why. Excellent service.

Quoted $140 over the phone and then charged $225 to my credit card. Called and they lowered the price to $184 which was better but not what we agreed to. Tried to rip me off for last possible dollar. Should have forced them to honor the price but I was out of town and too busy to argue. Will not do business with this company in the future. If you do, get their price in writing.

Carpet was ready when expected. They helped unload and load the carpet.
