They were very good. He came on time. They were very professional, courteous, and very unobtrusive. The price was more than reasonable for what they did.

They were quick and did what they had to do. When I called they scheduled me right away, I didn't have to wait long for their service. My carpet looks great and I'll continue to use them. They are a very professional company.

They left stains on my sofa and dining room chairs that will not come out because they have already been treated. They were in and out very fast, they did not take the time to do a thorough job. I was very dissatisfied with their work. I did not get a reasonable price for the results I got, the price would have been fine if the job would have been done correctly. When I tried to show them stains, they did not pay attention and did not pre-treat them.

From start to finish they were professional, prompt and friendly. They gave us a $20 discount for being Angie's List members. When the delivery men returned the rug, we asked if they would recommend us putting a pad underneath it and they said yes, it would extend the life of the rug. I called around and it turns out that Arslanian Bros had the best price for the pad so I called and made arrangements for them to cut the pad for us and we picked it up from their plant, although they would have delivered it to us if we had wanted them to. I will definitely use this company again.

Arslanian Bros. cleaned our carpeting and furniture in August of 2007. The crew of two arrived on time and they were clean and professional. They cleaned our living room, dining room, stairs and hallway. They also cleaned four sofas, three chairs and two area rugs. Our furniture, carpeting and rugs looked nearly new when they were done and we were very satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the price. We will definitely hire Arslanian Bros. the next time we need their services. We give them all A s!

During the winter, they only work weekday mornings. Although I have had good experiences with them in the past, I am not able to take a day off from work for this. Another company was able to accommodate my schedule.

I put the rugs in the corner and waited for them to open after a fire they had. That is how much I value their services.

My wife called on short notice to have our carpet cleaned in anticipation of a furniture delivery. She was treated courteously and we were added onto their schedule with no problems. The two men sent to our house to clean came within the time frame specified. They were courteous and hardworking. When they were done, our carpets looked almost new. Our family room carpet, heavily soiled with spilled/squirted milk and juice from our baby, in particular, looked almost new. We plan to have them back for more cleaning. The price quoted included adding a stain retardant.

Called on a Friday and they arrived the following Monday. Two service people arrived to our home within the 2 hour time frame. Nice and friendly. Very efficient and finished the job in 1/2 hour. Accepted coupon. Most importantly, big stains from our carpet were removed.

I found Arslanian on Angie's list and compared quotes with two other firms. Based on Angie's list reviews and quotes, I decided to try them. I had used another company previously. There was a stain at least 2 feet wide by 1 foot long in one area of the family room. It came out entirely. I called the company several times with questions and they were always courteous. They were able to clean the family room within a few days of my initial call. Someone separate came a different day to pick up my area rugs and delivered them one week later. They were very flexible on scheduling around the times we could be at the house when they came. They had a coupon on-line. I was able to use two coupons -- one for the family room and one for the area rugs. Everything went well.

They showed up on time, did a wonderful job without trying to sell me any additional services and gave me a $20 discount for mentioning Angie's List.

Pick-up, cleaning and return was performed professionally and on time. Carpet looks great. However, a week after the return I noticed that the (small corner) area where cat urine had occurred still smelled awful. I called and they sent a local crew right over to re-clean and deodorize just the corner where the smell was. The crew said that cat urine smell is very tough to remove. Everyone was so nice, BUT, after the carpet (small corner) dried, the smell is still there and as awful as ever. I did some research and am next attempting to use a purchased product which promises to remove the smell. I also purchased a blue light which promises to show if any uric crystals remain. I appreciate the excellent service overall, but with respect to the removal of cat urine, I think that the company needs to either improve their understanding of this chemical problem and the way they resolve it, or just honestly tell the customers that they cannot remove cat urine smells from carpets.

Called and got info. Person nice on phone. Called back and made appt for a week in advance. The day came, and we called in a.m to get appt time. They said 11 ish. So at 11:45 I called back and said they weren't there yet. The person said he'd check. He called back and said they'd be there between 12:00 and maybe 12:30. He didn't sound convincing, so I had my husband get on the phone, and now there was a different attitude, a "yes sir", but my husband rescheduled because we can't wait all day. So today is the rescheduled date, and I call in the morning and they say "between 11 and 1 p.m". And I said can't you be more specific, that is 2 hours and they may not show up until 1:00..and he said "well, you can call back at 10:30 to see how they're doing with time"....and so I called him back and canceled. There are many carpet cleaning companies out there, and they didn't seem all that concerned about MY business.

The two man team arrived at 8:30 as I was the first call of the day. They came in and moved necessary items. They were able to clean the whole job in less than an hour, which included putting pads under the feet of anything remaining in the rooms. It was amazing to see the color change in the couch as they cleaned it! Amazing! It is like a brand new couch! Thanks!

I feel that it went well. The men were experienced, and completed the job in less than an hour. They did not arrive in the two-hour time-frame that we were given and also didn't call when they were on the way as we had requested but we realize that sometimes these things are out of one's control as one's day progresses from job to job. Once there they were efficient and professional.

I called them on a Thursday and they were out the next Monday. They did a great job and were very professional. They cleaned up well and you wouldn't even have known they were there except for our clean carpets. I will definitely use them again.

The service was impeccable and my carpeting came back to life after using various other carpet cleaners who did not do a good job at all. Not only did my carpet revert back to its almost-white, nearly new condition, but all stains and matting were virtually eliminated by Arlanian Bros. They actually took the time to go over everything until it was clean and did not rush through the job, as so many others before them had done. And they were concerned about my being satisfied and happy with the results. The Scotchgard was applied with a machine, which produced a much heavier application than was applied by previous carpet cleaners, who only used a spray bottle, which went over the carpet with nothing more than a fine mist. I was totally impressed. And even though it was a little expensive, it was worth every penny to have beautiful looking and clean carpet once more, which has resulted in my entire house looking light and airy once again. Will I use Arslanian brothers again? YES!!!!

Excellent. I was not a believer in using a service to clean carpets, but our realtor said to do it. I thought our machine did a good enough job. Boy was I wrong. The carpet looks much better and they treated my wife well. I would recommend them to anyone.

First of all, my calls were returned promptly and the cleaners arrived on time. I had hoped to restore some life to the low quality carpet that I inherited from the previous owners of the house. I was told it was builders carpet, but I would get good results. I was amazed. The carpet now looks better than when I bought the house. Everyone was friendly and I have to say the price was well worth it. I have used Arsalanian Bros. to have area rugs cleaned and I am impressed with their work with wall-to-wall carpet. I am planning on having them clean on a yearly basis. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The carpet cleaning was great, however the furniture job was mediocre. On the couch, they had a younger man cleaning it who seemed newer and it was a sloppy job.

Excellent service. The rugs were easily removed (furniture not disturbed). Two large rugs removed from home for cleaning with minimum of disturbance. They were returned one week later (as arranged), and cleaned very well. The stair runner and one area rug were done in the home (the latter was suggested by the cleaners to save us money). Both were done well, though an extra visit was required to remove a few areas not completely cleaned (one was 'browned' a problem with Berber rugs that was clearly explained to me). The runner needed a third cleaning; the company sent workers a third time with no problem. They offered to return as many times as needed (though the third cleaning did the trick).
