Description of Work: I paid for 8 hours worth of work. The company sent 2 men who worked approximately 4 hours each. I had them trim my shrubbery; move a couple of shrubs; and trim up a few trees, although they forgot their tree trimmer. They did good work and cleaned up. |I would use this company again. I felt I got my money's worth.

Description of Work: very dissatisfied with end result. had to come back on 3 occasions to correct some really sloppy work after 3 tries we decided it will never look like a the professional job we were hoping for also after trying 3 times to get it right we would of hoped the supervisor would have checked and seen the end result instead we were emailed a invoice therefore I would not recommend this company TO ANYONE.

Description of Work: As requested they cleaned up my yard - back & front - removing weeds and moving several existing plants. The three men worked quickly and completed all that I needed done. I have used Pro Cut Landscape in the past and hope to use their services in the future.

Description of Work: I've sent in my review a few times, tried to contact them for satisfaction with no response (even sent pictures via text message), I spoke with AL customer service department and I RECEIVED NO SOLUTION, SATISFACTION, SUPPORT, OR WHATEVER YOU WISH TO CALL IT. I PAID $399 AND THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB...TRIMMED TREE/BUSHES ON ONE SIDE, A LARGE NUMBER OF WEEDS STICKING OUT OF THE MULCH, THEY SAT AROUND THEIR TRUCKS ON THE CELL PHONES AND SMOKING CIGARETTES, MULCH WAS THIN... What more can I say? You have done nothing to rectify this issue so I'm done and I will not recommend anyone.

Description of Work: I told my neighbor about the offer so we each bought half a load. I got 1/4+ |and my neighbor got 3/4 of the load. I was promised they would make it good but they never returned.

Description of Work: April 28 I ordered a landscaping package for weed control, pruning, & 10 yds.of mulch. I indicated that I had a prior credit of $199 for which I wanted additional work done & requested an estimate for an additional 5 yards of mulch. I received an estimate for the additional mulch for which I agreed to pay. May 4 I received an email from Mike scheduling the work for May 21. May 19 I called Pro-Cut & left a voice message for someone to please call me to confirm that they would be here on May 21. No response. I left another message on May 20. Again, no response. On May 21 no one came. May 22 an employee called, but he was trying to reach another customer to provide an estimate. I told him about my problem & he said he had nothing to do with scheduling but would tell Mike to call me. I never heard from anyone & they did not return any phone calls. I have paid for the service and am left with nothing but fields of weeds.

Description of Work: Used a coupon for 5 yards of mulch. Told them on the phone to mulch the front yard only and not the fenced-in backyard. I was out of town when they arrived but my daughter was here. She told them to stay out of fenced in back yard because of our dog and only spread mulch in the front yard. Someone opened the gate and the dog got out. The dog was caught and returned but it wouldn't have happened if they had stayed out of the backyard.

Description of Work: They initial set up the date of service. They never showed up. I asked them to contact me by phone instead of messaging on Angie's List at least twice. Not done. After several months I asked for a refund.
