Description of Work: I bought a deal from Angies List to buy and have mulch installed. I paid an extra $25 to get dyed mulch. I've used Pro Cut before for the same deal and I was very happy with the results. They came on schedule and were very neat in spreading the mulch, even though I was not home when they worked. I would have given all A's except that I had trouble initially contacting them to set up a scheduled delivery. In spite of this, I would use them again.

Description of Work: Purchased a deal for landscaping services. First, I was told the price was incorrect on Angie's List, then they said it was expired (I just purchased it 2 days before calling...) then said they don't complete work in my area. The kicker is we had to wait 1 week to hear back from them (which I made the call to check the status of service - no proactivity on their part) on what we thought was scheduling an appointment, but ended up being a bunch reasons why they couldn't complete the work. What a waste of my time & money. Never again...

Work was performed in a timely fashion. All work performed as specified. End product was a great improvement. Only issue was Pro Cut's choice of rocks which they seemed a bit on the large side for where they were placed but this was not discussed beforehand. Overall, a good job.
Description of Work: Pro Cut performed a major clean up of overgrown landscape. Removed overgrown shrubs, moved shrubs to better locations, edged all beds, mulched, reseeded lawn where needed and new rocks added to replace old existing rocks.

The lawn has patches where there is no grass and it was not graded properly. They said the reason it looks bad is because when they put it in, it was too wet. They also maintained the lawn. They would mow when it was wet and leave muddy ruts in the lawn. I found the workers to be rude, but the people at the company were fine.

They came when scheduled, cleaned up spotlessly when job was completed. This is one of many times we have used this company -- for shrub trimming, shrub replacement & leveling of low spots. Job was neat & cleanup great. Men were friendly.
