Pro Cut Landscape Development

I purchased a "Big Deal" coupon for 4 man-hours of lawn work. I e-mailed Pro Cut to schedule a date. They responded promptly and we discussed the work to be done. I requested that the leaves and debris be removed from my flower beds, the beds edged, and the branches raked up from under the willow tree. The crew showed up on the scheduled day and cleaned the yard beautifully. Every twig and leave was removed from the lawn. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I am very pleased with the work. Pro-Cut was very responsive. I would use this company again.

This is the first year that I have used Pro Cut as my lawn care provider. So far they have performed extremely well. Paul first came out to give me an estimate. They have now been mowing my lawn for a few weeks. Yesterday they completed mulching, pruning of shrubs, and planting of a tree. I am impressed by the little details that they did without me having to point them out, such as cutting extra growth from one of my trees and cleaning up dead areas around some plants. The yard looks really good. I have used landscapers for the past 5 years. The cost to do the above was less than the last landscaper charged. I am looking forward to working with them for a long time. At this point I would highly recommend Pro Cut.

Overall....we started a bit nervous with the pre-pay..lead time etc...and are more than thrilled at how we were treated..the courtesy and demeanor of the workers..the "can do" attitude...and so on.....we will use them again in the future for sure!

Went well...they confirmed their eta...arrived on time...estimated additional time beyond the "deal" did the work efficiently and let me know when they finished the actual amount of Angie's deal...did the extra work...and let me know when they were leaving . All were very professional and hard workers...

750 cubic feet of mulch was delivered to me at our home. They were quick and efficient and on time when they came to our home with the delivery. I would use them again in the future.

They did a great job. Mulch is a dark brown and is evenly spread. Looks terrific ! And yes, I would hire them again.

Looks fantastic and saved us a lot of work. They showed up with the blower truck and were able to reach up to 300 feet so easily reached the rear of our property. Communication start to finish was great. Will use Pro Cut again, excellent!

The guys that came to do the work were very neat and left no hint that they were there. All the debris was removed and the place was clean. When I had questions about the project, I called and left a message for Paul. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. His 20+ years of experience shows in his work. He is really patient because I had no idea what to do and he gave me some scenarios and made me feel like this wasn't the mountain of a job I thought it was. I highly recommend this group!!!

We procured this service with a Groupon for 4 hours of yardwork. The representative, Paul, came out at the scheduled time to discuss the work we wanted done. He was thorough in discussing the work and provided many helpful suggestions. We specified edging the beds as the first priority, with general cleanup to fill the time. A crew of two workers came out right at the scheduled time and performed the requested work, continuing beyond the 4 hours to complete the job. The beds look great! That is one of my least favorite yard jobs, and I am so happy with their work! Clean-up was spotless, there was no evidence whatsoever of the work being done here that day (other than the work itself).

On February 11th, I purchased Angie's List "Big Deal" for landscaping services from this company and received confirmation that they had processed my purchase via email from Angie's List. After no contact with the company for scheduling, I contacted the company on Thursday, March 22nd at 3:30 pm and inquired as to the status of my service. I initially spoke with Patrick who took my information and promised to follow up with me after he did some research. He called back 11 minutes later leaving a voicemail on my cell phone and confirmed "your on the list" and that I should have received an email a couple of weeks ago. He "apologized" and stated that "they had all my information, would pursue additional information on when you would be scheduled" and "I'll get back with you tomorrow". I confirmed this information by reviewing the voicemail on my cell phone. I waited a week until I could no longer delay my yard work and called the company on Friday, March 30th. 8 days after my initial conversation with Patrick and being informed "I'll get back with you tomorrow". This time I spoke with Rich from Pro Cut and it didn't go well. It seems as a customer, I am expected to schedule my appointments, and follow up with the company when I don't receive telephone calls. That it was my responsibility to contact the company to schedule the service installation date as it clearly stated on the deal coupon. What Rich didn't realize was that by relying on email alone, they didn't have a back up plan to follow up. Their emails went to spam file. So as a result, I followed up on March 22nd. Rich stated he never received the message and confirmed (Patrick was standing next to him and I overheard him confirm our conversation) that Patrick did remember speaking with me but stated that I would be scheduled in 2-3 weeks, that they were extremely busy, it was way early in the season, mulch preparers were still trying to organize material, etc., etc. Like I said, it was not a good conversation and it appeared they didn't have a good back up plan to contact me anytime soon. In fairness, Rich offered to send their mulch truck over today and resolve this issue. I declined their offer. I had waited over 30 days for contact, and waited again for 8 days, they had taken enough of my time waiting on them to respond. At the end of our phone call, I informed him that I intended to complete a service report which would note my frustration and level of unhappiness. Rich insisted that would be unfair, insisting that it was my responsibility to contact them to schedule the service. Obviously he had already forgotten about my phone call 8 days ago. I contacted Angie's List for a full refund and will not contact this company for any service in the future.

Overall, everything went smoothly, quickly and way better than expected! It was great being helped with a plan before this first work, as found the advice most valuable, as would never have known amounts needed! Will hire them again for pavers near garage to keep me out of the mud! Very Pleased!

They exceeded our expectations from quoting to scheduling, to the mulching service they provided. They were professional at very step of the operation and left our yard in absolutely pristine shape. We are not easily impressed but we were here. They deliver both quality and value--rare these days.

This company is fantastic. The workers were right on time, did an exceptional job, and accomplished twice as much work as I expected. I have already called to have them come out again.

We won't know how well the planting was performed until Spring, but we were so pleased with the responsiveness that we also hired Pro Landscaping to deliver and plant several white pine trees. Again, they came to the house to discuss where we wanted to plant the trees before providing a written estimayte for the job and were consistent in notifying us of schedule changes caused by weather conditions. The people who worked with us were professional, caring and it seems that they did a very good job, especially for the price. We will definitely call on them again

Planting went well, and quickly. We will see how the job looks when spring rolls around. The crew was polite and efficient.

They were awesome. Everything was communicated in writing as well as follow up by phone, which we really appreciated. They were very professional and very nice. They did what we paid them to do. Their price was good. We took advantage of a Big Deal.

The company reps were courteous and fast-working....the work took about an hour and was done very well. I won't see the results until the bulbs rise in the spring! If there is a problem then, I'll let you know!

Paul and his crew did a wonderful and thorough job. The work was completed quickly. They removed the many leaves and trimmed a long line of hedges. All debris was removed from our property. Purchased an Angie's list big deal coupon for the work. Would not hesitate to call them again.

The flower beds look better than ever thanks to their taking the time to clean and re-spread the mulch. I would recommend them to others and plan to check with them in the spring for more work.

Pro Cut was very responsive in providing estimates for all the various services we needed. As questions arose, they always answered my emails promptly. It was truly a pleasure working with Rich and Paul, and the crew of Nick, Mike and Skip did an excellent job. It was amazing how quickly they laid 8 yards of mulch and it looks wonderful! You can tell they take pride in their work. We certainly won't hesitate to use Pro Cut again.

Pro-Cut give you an honest estimate and charge you what they tell you what they will charge you. They do a fine job with no suprises. They give you the information you need on how to take care of the plants they install. I am very pleased with their work.

Rich and his crew are great. Did what they said they would do and did it when they said they would. Cleaned up everything when they left. The work can't be beat.

They were double what our other estimates were, but we thought we would pay extra for quality service. They were great at first then quality slowly declined. They burned the grass a few times and mowed over sprinkler heads. We called to report the problem and have them cut the grass higher but found that we had to ask the workers directly each time. They also only showed up once in November.

Work was performed in a timely fashion. All work performed as specified. End product was a great improvement. Only issue was Pro Cut's choice of rocks which they seemed a bit on the large side for where they were placed but this was not discussed beforehand. Overall, a good job.
