Pro Cut Landscape Development

They were very task oriented and really accomplished a lot in four hours.

They set up quickly and completed the job in a timely manner. They were careful with my plants. I saw no damage after they left. The odor from the mulch was minimal as I know that some can have a very strong, unpleasant smell. If my budget allows I will use them again next year. It was a pleasant experience!

The edger machine broke while they were working, but the two guys continued doing the edging by hand. It turned out great.

They worked quickly and cleaned up after they were done. My only complaint is that they spread the mulch VERY thin, so it didnt do much for keeping the weeds down. Still a good job for $150 though.

Difficult to schedule. Did not return calls promptly, but when finally scheduled, showed up as scheduled and did a very good job.

Workers showed up on time, as scheduled, provided me with an overview of what they would and wouldn't be doing, and proceeded to accomplish the job. I then left for work. No complaints -- job was completed when I returned home. Mulch was clean and evenly distributed, with no mess left behind and no damage to lawn or existing plants.

Extremely nice and pleasant men but product did not stay dark and faded within one month. They also charged $180 in addition to complete the bed, so it would be uniform, because my yard was larger than the area pre-paid for Angie's List customers.Overall, very nice workers and company, but product failed to live up to the expectation. Mulch was faded within a week.

I received an email from Angie's List with a special offer for from Pro Cut to deliver and install 5 cubic yards of double shredded mulch to my house. It took a bit to hear back from them once I purchased the offer, but did not experience and issues with them. They arrived at the scheduled time and they unloaded and installed the mulch in about two hours. They even pulled some weeds and cleaned up some of the edges on my landscaping beds. They also put down a line of much around the stairs of the deck and pool. It looked very nice and has stayed fairly weed free since. I hope this offer is available next year as I wouldn't hesitate to hire them back again. They did an outstanding job.

Excellent price. Would have cost as much to buy in bulk and install myself. Professional install with attention to smallest detail. Complete cleanup when finished.

The coupon was for 8 man hours of work. They left before the 8 man hours were up. I contacted the company to let them know that I did not get the amount of time that I paid for. They got back to me right away and apologized and sent someone out the next day to finish the work. They were very responsive and addressed my concerns immediately. Apparently there was a misunderstanding between the workers and management. The only reason that I would not hire them again is that I like things to go smoothly the first time around. I like to be able to contact a company once for the work I need and have the work done without having to call a second time. Other than that, they did the work that was needed.

The experience was very good. Mulch was delivered and spread as agreed. Quality of mulch was very good - did not fade in color and still looks good today.

EXCELLENT! ARRIVED ON TIME AND JOB COMPLETED WITHIN 2-3 HRS

Paul came out and we discussed what I wanted done and what my best options would be. He took measurements and we went over tree/bush selections. He drew up a design layout and made sure he knew what I wanted. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgable. He really took the time to listen to my needs; low maintenance, deer resistant, dog urine resistant and made some great suggestions; contrary to what I thought I wanted initially. A few days later we received a quote for the job. We went ahead with the job and couldn't be more pleased. The crew removed our old overgrown beds, deep bed edging was done. Weed mat/Herbicide was put down, the new plants/trees/bushes were put in and we went with landscaping rock instead of mulch (after taking a suggestion from Paul). A new little section next to our patio was dug out and laid with weed mat and pea gravel for my toddler's slide, sandbox, Little Tikes toys etc. Rubber edging was used all around the areas to keep the rocks/gravel in. The crew worked very had all day long on one of those 96 degree days we had back in July. They arrived early in the morning and finished the entire job about 615pm that evening. They were great! The results are gorgeous! Our patio looks amazing. All of our neighbors have come over to nosey and have asked who did the work because it looks so good. Even my son's little toy area looks great-nice and neat. I just gave your name and number to a relative who also loved my patio and wants something similar done. Thank you so very much. This was an Angie's list deal for 5 yards of mulch including labor to lay it in the garden beds. The company made an appointment right away, but came a day early when I wasn't home, so they mulched in one area where I didn't want them to. I called them to have them come scrape it away (It was a large section), and they said they would do it, but never did. I called a few times, but it never happened. I eventually emailed them and told them that if it is not done by a certain day, then I would just do it myself, but not pay the extra $15 fuel charge they wanted. I did it myself, and didn't pay the charge. Fortunately, the company did a beautiful job spreading the mulch, went carefully around every plant and left the place very clean.

Everything went great. The only minor issue was scheduling and communication. They had several dates scheduled that were missed. Mainly weather related, but i had to stay on them to reschedule. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of if timing is an issue.

Ok they installed mulch on date they stated but mulch faded within. Two weeks of install and we will need to install mulch next year it looks terrible. You get what you pay for.

Everyone was very nice. Arrived on time and completed my list of yard work. So happy to have the yard all cleaned up now.

Was terrific from start to finish. I had several Angie's list providers give me estimates, only calling those who had good ratings, And while I use Angie's list for a lot of things, not all providers are created equal. When one highly rated provider gave me an estimate nearly five times what I ended up paying, and referred to my Hydrangea plants, ( which I have many of) as a "tropical plant'.....well......that kind of gave me a red flag as to what I might expect from them. I then called Pro Cut for an estimate. I had used them in the fall for leaf removal and was very pleased with the results, so their representative came out and told me that he could send workers who could just do whatever I asked them to do, all I had to do was point and they would have the equipment to do whatever I needed done. Things happened just that way, and even better. As things I didn't think of doing, the young men did, and pruned, and weeded and did all the things I had wanted done all summer and was not able to do myself. I'm so pleased with everything. If I could express how happy I am with their service, in words, it would be too long and no one would read it, but bottom line is Pro Cut did a wonderful job with our yard, flowers and shrubs and plants.....I could not be happier.
