Quick, fast and professional

Job was done in an agreed upon time schedule. Finished project is satisfactory but not exactly what I expected. There were a few issues but Basement Authority rectified very promptly. Overall, very satisfied. Bit pricey, but no leaks yet and if it stays that way I will be so happy. Our basement had water running across the floor when it rained before, now not even any damp spots. A+ for that.

He arrived in just a little over an hour and replaced the broken fittings on my leaking sump pump. He stayed to make sure the water was draining correctly. Since the pump itself was working, the cost was minimal.

In fact, I was still on the other line getting contact information when I had another call coming in. The ServiceMagic representative said that was probably a contractor calling, she was right!
