I searched for a plumber on the computer and within 10 minutes I got a call. He ask me a couple questions and was at my house in about an hour... finshed that job, went for parts, then fixed another problem I had. from search to finishing 2 projects in a couple hours. wow. Quick effiecent and reasonably priced. I will definitely ask for these guys again. denny from west Toledo.

I was quoted a price to replace two electrical outlets. The job proved to be more time consuming than they anticipated, but they charged me the quoted amount. Polite and timely, I will definitely use them again.

Ron was very professional and honest. He found the gas leak that others couldn t find and fixed it without any issues. He showed up on time and the bill was as he had estimated. His work ethic is admirable. I will definitely use his services if needed in the future

Never came back to finish the job or pick up old water heater

Called Ron to repair kitchen faucet. He thought it was debris build up in the lines; which would require turning the inside main water supply off. Due to having an old, out-of-date valve handle, when he turned the water off, the handle broke, meaning no water in the entire house. He then had to find the outside water shut-off, so he could repair the inside valve. Our house had a completely different shut-off than our neighbors and we had to call the emergency after-hours water number to make sure we were shutting off the correct one. Ron wanted to make sure because if it was the wrong one and he cut the pipe it would have flooded our entire basement. He stayed and waited until the water guy got here and then fixed the valve and made sure we had water before he went home. Ron could have just left, but he made sure we had water before he left. Thats great customer service. I will definitely hire him again!

they replaced our hot water tank, they were prompt, professional, and cleaned up

The initial work was done OK but Ron agreed to install a new faucet at no labor cost but he grudgingly completed this task and left in a huff taking the drain part mechanism which was not installed. After several calls which he said he would drop it off have returned no results. Poor customer skills.
